365 Days To Love-Chapter 127 - ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SEVEN:Scared Of The Investigation.
Avery shaked terribly, when her eyes moved towards the bite wound on her hand,her skin was pierced open that it wouldn’t take much before the skin fell off.
Looking back at Sophia who was looking at her with bloodshot eyes,she saw from her peripheral view as Elijah sauntered in between them,pushing Sophia to his chest.
What the hell?
She couldn’t believe what the hell was happening,how could Sophia think of biting her skin off?
"Are you okay?"She heard Elijah whisper to her,as the tears continued streaming down her face,her pretence was back on as she clutched onto Elijah as if her life depended on him.
She felt her eyes nearly fall out of its sockets when Sophia licked the blood off her mouth,a dangerous grin at the edge of her lips.

What’s wrong with her?
She stared at Elijah who had his back facing her,she wondered what exactly was going on between the two couples.
Sophia nearly bit her skin off and the least he could do was hug his wife as if she’s the one who’s hurting,when she’s the one who deserved to be punished.
No,she needs to be taken to the hospital, Sophia’s sick,really sick!
Did she just lick her blood as if that was candy?
She applied pressure on her open wound, as she felt her blood dripping down and saw Sophia’s face looking still at her open wound,she was licking her mouth at the sight as if she’s some vampire.
What the hell is wrong with her?
"What have you done?"Elijah asked,in a really angered tone when he let go of Sophia to turn to her,his eyes moving over to her injured hand.
"What the heck is wrong with her?"Avery questioned back,she was no fool not to notice that something was really not in place with Sophia.
Who the hell goes around biting off people’s skin as if they were food?
"How dare you? Knowing she’s sick"Elijah grabbed her shoulders in a painful manner,and she squirmed in his hold.
"What the hell is wrong with her? She’s crazy!"Avety snapped, pushing his hands off her as she stood up, shaking her head in disbelief over what answer was appropriate for what’s happening.
"Kill her!’’Sophia shouted at Elijah and before Avery could make out what exactly was what she said,Elijah had pinned her to the nearest wall with his hands circled round her throat in a tight grip.
"Goodbye Avery ’’Elijah mumbled as she struggled against his hold,while he strangled her to death.
What a happy end..
"Babe!’’Elijah called, shaking Sophia when he came into the sitting room to find her staring into blank space and smiling to herself.
What the heck? Has she lost it again?
"Babe,you are here"Sophia jerked in surprise when she came out of her trance,which she wished was reality.
What she would do to make it come to reality, Avery was such a pain in the ass.
She had left earlier after taking her phone from the table and ignoring her question about how sick her daughter in-law was.
Maybe,she figured out what she had in-store for her if she retaliated?
Whatever it was,Avery needs to be out of the picture which she would make sure happens,maybe not now,it was too noisy out here.
She would do justice to her dead body by taking out those two eyes of hers that always seem to frustrate her,she will do that later when everything has calmed down abit.
Killing her now ,was only going to add more suspicion on Nathan who was the number one suspect right now.
"What the hell is wrong with you? I didn’t know you left the room earlier?’’Elijah asked worriedly when he took his bath after the phone call with his uncle,Cole and couldn’t find her.
He was scared that she was out for another killing spree, his suspicion was heightened when he saw her staring into blank space while taking into herself and smiling,he had actually thought she had gone insane.
The thoughts of his father, walking in on her before he did crossed his mind and he relaxed when he found out she was the only one here.
What was she thinking that made her not notice him? Judging from the look on her face she was thinking of something really precious that made her smile this much.
It’s been a while since he saw her smiling radiantly without pretending,it’s been a while because everyone was stressed out including him.
"What made you smile like that?"He was anxious to know,as he sat down beside her and saw her raise her eyebrows at him as if he just asked a really touchy question.
Suddenly,he saw her smiling again,but this time her smile was different,it was those smiles she always has on her face whenever she’s up to no good.
"Do you really want to know?"She asked,tugging at the hem of his shirt in a playful manner while biting her lips.
Uh! Not here Sophia.
He sighed,releasing her hand from his shirt. She’s been getting horny a lot recently.
"Tell me baby?"He said,cupping her face into his hands while suspiciously watching her in case she made a move like taking him out with the sedatives, just like last time.
He’s got to be careful, Nathan was nowhere to be found, which was another headache seeing that his dad and Ezekiel were suspecting his son about being the one who wanted to run Hazel over.
This had been the exact reason why he didn’t like Hazel in the very first place,it was as if he knew his son would fall for the bitch seeing that he had no control when she’s within.
Now,he’s got himself in some dip shit which he has sorted out,he only prays his grandpa would give up easily on who it was, but after hearing Zaiden’s conversation with his dad last night,he wasn’t so sure if Zaiden would give up that easily.
His Main suspect was Nathan,who he didn’t have any evidence yey,he prayed Hazel was not able to see his face too.
He had noticed the guards stationed at the front of the room Hazel was staying,they were prepared Incase the murderer comes for her.
The murderer who was no one else but Sophia who was trying to play games with him again,she’s up to something he knows.
She leaned more onto him,moving over to his ear only to whisper the words that made him so sure that Sophia was losing it every god-damned minute.
"I killed Avery ’’She whispered to him and sat back down in the seat while laughing at the look on Elijah’s face.
He didn’t take her seriously because he didn’t see any bloodstains on her,but that was until she was still laughing that he dragged her near to him, looking past her head to check if there was anyone watching them.
"You didn’t do it did you? You are just joking right?"He demanded in a haste,she couldn’t be too stupid to do that when everywhere was still hot.
That was adding more to his frustration when he doesn’t even know his stand with her anymore.
"You are hurting me"She cried trying to release her hands from his,getting annoyed at his attitude over something which was going to happen soon.
Elijah’s been keeping her in restraint which wasn’t pleasing to her at all,rather it was annoying,he’s been overreacting ever since she killed the guard.
What’s going to be his reaction when she kills Avery for real?
"Answer me Sophia,did you?"He asked, regardless of her uneasiness with what he was doing.
"I didn’t,let me go you pig!’’she yelled, tugged her hands free from his and kicked him with her legs, attempting to leave but he dragged her to his embrace.
"I’m sorry"He apologized,but she was struggling in his hold, throwing punches on his chest that he dodged the one which she aimed for his face.
Darm! Her punches were strong.
"Let me go,let..go!"She cried, when it seemed fruitless trying to escape his grip,he didn’t love her, Elijah didn’t! 𝐟𝚛𝕖𝚎𝕨𝗲𝐛𝚗𝐨𝐯𝐞𝕝.𝐜𝗼𝗺
"Hey it’s okay,it’s okay"He cooed,pushing her to his chest while patting her hair,He fucked up again.
But what does a man have to do in this kind of situation?
"I hate you"She mumbled in his chest,which he heard as he whispered sweet nothings in her ears which seemed to calm her down maybe.
They heard the old man’s voice and the footsteps as it stopped when it reached where they were going.
"I see she’s still sick?"Grandpa asked Elijah as Sophia turned to where the voice was coming from,to see her father-in-law, Ezekiel, with two cops.
Shit. The investigations.
Elijah curses aside,he had forgotten today was the the day everyone was getting interrogated about the murder,which he didn’t file Sophia in about what to say.
"There she is, Sophia my daughter in-law"Grandpa said to the cops who walked up to Sophia.
"I’m John,the investigator incharge for the murder case of late Mr.David,that’s my partner,Kelvin, your cooperation is needed"The cops said.
Sophia looked away from him with disgust written on her face over to Elijah,her eyes sending the message to him that she was scared.
