Chapter 1387: Incarnation Of The END (Part 4)

Far away from Utopia, in the vast expanse of the starry sky, countless stars twinkled like shimmering droplets of water, casting a celestial glow across the firmament.

Amid this breathtaking scenery, where every star shone like a precious pearl and appeared to be the most valuable treasure in existence, a giant golden star hung like a king, completely different from the other lively stars.

Unlike the rest, which illuminated the entire sky with their radiant glow, the golden star although incredibly bright, refused to cast its light upon the world.

If one looked closely at the star, its brilliance was the strongest among all the stars.

However, for some reason, the area around it was shrouded in complete darkness. All the stars and even entire galaxies around it had been completely destroyed, leaving behind a hollow, empty void.

Not too far away from the golden star, a colossal being floated within the starry sky. Its body was so immense that it seemed capable of covering the entire universe.

It slept peacefully without a care in the world, drifting amid the shining stars like a massive meteorite.

The giant had no hair on its head, and its bald surface reflected the starlight in all directions.

Suddenly, the giant seemed to sense something, and its eyelids fluttered slightly.

Slowly, its motionless body stirred, and it opened its golden eyes, each one larger than entire planets.

If someone were to look from afar, they would see, amid the endless sea of stars, two blazing suns suddenly appearing out of nowhere, shining brilliantly.

The giant slowly raised its body from its sleeping position, sitting upright within the glowing firmament.

Because its body was so enormous, even this simple action caused destruction. As it moved, its hand accidentally brushed against several nearby planets and stars, instantly turning them into cosmic dust that was swept away by violent cosmic storms.

However, the giant paid no attention to such trivial matters. Instead, it frowned slightly, as for some reason, an uneasy feeling had begun to rise within its heart.

For a being like him, a Primordial, to feel such unease, the giant knew it was certainly not an illusion.

"What is it this time? Can’t I sleep peacefully..." The giant grumbled in a low voice.

However, due to his immense size, his voice resonated across hundreds of thousands of light-years, causing the surrounding firmament itself to tremble.

The giant then turned its gaze toward the shining golden star in the distance, and a sigh escaped from its mouth.

"Is this feeling related to him again?" He muttered to himself while staring at the star. (Check out chap—1101 for information about golden star)

Although the golden star was enormous, in front of the giant, it appeared to be nothing more than a piece of candy that he could pick up at any moment and toss into his mouth.

Feeling irritated, the giant stretched out its hand, attempting to grab the star and destroy it.

However, the moment its hand reached near the star, a black-red glow erupted from it, a glow filled with boundless killing intent which instantly pushed his hand away.

"Still as stingy as ever..." The giant said in a displeased tone, though he did not attempt to grab the star again.

Just then, the strange sensation that had jolted him awake intensified and from a distant place, so far away that even he could not determine its exact location, the giant sensed an aura of endless horror spreading rapidly in all directions.

For a brief moment, confusion flickered within the giant’s enormous eyes.

But soon, that confusion was replaced by shock.

"This... it’s that damned Incarnation of the END. The cancer of this world that was created to kill that bastard, yet instead lost its mind and went on a complete rampage."

The giant could not help but grit its teeth as memories from the distant past resurfaced in its mind.

As one of the Primordials, the giant had lived for countless years.

Yet despite the passage of such an immense amount of time, there were certain things that could never be forgotten, no matter how much one wished to forget them.

When the Incarnation of the END first came into existence, it was because Azroth had disrupted the balance of the entire Origin Universe.

To protect itself and eliminate him, the world had given birth to the Incarnation of the END, a being whose power was so overwhelming that even the Primordials had to remain cautious around it.

Its role was to kill Azroth.

However, because it was the embodiment of the concept of the END itself, its destructive urges were incomparably strong.

Instead of carrying out its purpose, it began to devour everything in existence. Its role shifted from killing Azroth to bringing an end to the entire world, destroying everything and starting a new beginning.

As a living concept, its power was terrifying. In a very short period of time, it destroyed numerous races within the Origin Universe, spreading chaos in every direction.

The Primordials had already been struggling to cope with Azroth, and with the addition of the Incarnation of the END, who was another menace on the same level as Azroth, the situation worsened drastically.

The entire Origin Universe had been pushed to the very brink of destruction.

But surprisingly, at the final moment, it was Azroth himself who stepped forward.

Using some unknown and incomprehensible method, he sealed the Incarnation of the END within a weapon, later turning it into his own soul weapon, something that belonged solely to him.

Although it was a good thing that he dealt with the Incarnation of the END, it also gave the Primordials another headache.

With that soul weapon in his possession, Azroth’s strength increased to an entirely new level, making it even more difficult for them to stop him.

"Now it seems he has released that thing again... Is he planning to let it run wild in the Origin Universe once more and cause chaos?"

As this thought appeared in his mind, the giant could not help but sigh inwardly, as it already knew that its peaceful days were about to come to an end.

Even if it chose not to go looking for that damned Incarnation of the END, once it was released, it would inevitably come searching for him and the other Primordials.

After all, it was a ravenous existence, like a hungry beast that would be instinctively attracted to powerful beings, as they could provide it with an immense amount of energy.

In fact, at this very moment, not only this giant but all the other Primordials across the origin universe were sensing the same thing.

And deep within their hearts, they all hoped that that madman would somehow keep his weapon under control and not allow it to descend into another catastrophic rampage.
