Laura Yates walked forward carrying her child and asked Erin Yates, "Is he here too?"

Erin Yates: "Yeah, he’s just downstairs at the police station. Didn’t Master contact you? I thought you came along with him."

Laura Yates was surprised. When she sent a message in the morning, she had told Franklin Sutton about them being stuck at the hotel now, but Franklin Sutton didn’t mention he was here too.

"I’ll go handle something first, Mistress, and I’ll come find you later."

Laura Yates nodded, watching Erin Yates turn and walk away with the staff.

Audrey Sutton then moved forward to ask Laura Yates, "Second sister-in-law, do you really know her?"

Laura Yates explained, "She’s your second brother’s apprentice. I’ve seen her twice at the police station before. I didn’t recognize her without the uniform; I thought she looked familiar."

Franklin Sutton: "Stop causing trouble. I’ll deal with you later!"

Laura Yates: "You’ve messed up, yet you’re still scolding Audrey. I’ll deal with you later, too. Get your work done and come over quickly."
