Lord Game: I Have 100 Million Talents
Chapter 285 - 33: Nuclear Bomb Girl! Amilia! A City-Wiping Blow
The moment he landed, he unhesitatingly activated his Core Skills, "Land of Corruption" and "Awakening the Dead." Countless withered bones erupted from the earth, instantly forming a densely packed and terrifyingly imposing Undead Legion.
Once the Extraordinary Dragon Cavalry had completely suppressed the Mage units on the city wall, leaving them powerless to retaliate, the Undead Legion within the Divine Chosen Army launched a frontal Strong Attack, surging toward the wall like a tide.
In that instant, the Mages who believed in the Evil God were caught in a dilemma. They had to make a choice in the blink of an eye.
Should they prioritize attacking the frontline Undead Army that was covering the advance of the Siege Vehicles?
Or should they turn to deal with the other Undead Legion that had appeared inside the city and was now approaching from behind?
Or should they spare the energy to guard against the Extraordinary Dragon Cavalry circling relentlessly in the sky, ready to strike at any moment?
Surrounded by three threats at once, it was impossible for them to handle everything.
But worse news was yet to come. "Abby," the second-in-command under Lord Nesia, along with the "Green Leaf Race Magic Guide Corps" he personally led—the strongest fighting force in the Evil God’s army—seemed to have been completely annihilated in the siege of the Gulad Royal Palace.
This was because the enemy squads responsible for destroying the No-Fly Magic Array had already withdrawn safely from the Royal Palace and were now joining the roaming Undead Army in besieging the city wall.
But from beginning to end, Abby and his Green Leaf Race kinsmen had never emerged from the Flame Emperor’s Palace.
"This..."
"Is it... over...?"
The Evil God Believers looked at each other in dismay as despair spread silently through their ranks.
Lord Nesia had only recently left for the distant Dragon’s Canyon and would certainly not be back anytime soon.
The No-Fly Magic Array that could restrain the Dragon Cavalry had been completely shut down, allowing enemy Flying Units to come and go as they pleased.
Even their strongest elites had been wiped out, cutting their combat strength by more than half.
Under this barrage of blows, the morale of all the Evil God Believers instantly hit rock bottom. Even their will to fight was extinguished.
But they knew better than anyone that once defeated, there would be no way for them to survive.
For this very reason, despite knowing it was hopeless, they gripped their weapons tightly, mounting a final, desperate struggle.
Until a powerful fluctuation of energy suddenly emanated from the sky.
[Your Heroic Unit "Amilia" is casting the Wing Connection skill "Fusion Magic." It can fuse and master all schools of Magic to unleash an ultimate move that combines all magical effects!]
[Current Fusion Magic includes the large-scale channeling magic "Ice and Snow World," "Dense Forest Stars," "Hurricane," "Volcanic Eruption," "Thunderstorm"...]
You see, Amilia was a staunch pacifist and had never before used such an astonishingly destructive Wing Connection skill.
Her choice to cast such a Wing Connection Big Move now clearly showed her determination to end this battle.
"Damn!"
"How stunning!"
Qin Feng stared at the scene before him, unable to help but exclaim in amazement.
Amilia was perched steadily on the back of the dragon "Thunder Fire," her body a vortex of Magic Elements. Lights of various elements—ice, wood, wind, fire, and lightning—swirled and converged, flowing endlessly toward her. The immense, steadily climbing power made one’s heart tremble.
Even before the various Magic Elements had fully fused, their dissipating energy was already causing cataclysmic environmental changes above the Royal City.
The pale blue elements of "Ice and Snow World" were the first to spread their chill. Frost visibly crawled across the stones of the city wall. Even the howling wind was coated in ice crystals, and when it blew across the armor of the Evil God Believers, it froze a thin layer of ice directly onto the surface, making their staff-wielding fingers tremble and go numb.
Emerald green vines from "Dense Forest Stars" sprouted from the cracks in the ground. Their tips were adorned with glowing white particles, yet they possessed a merciless, devouring nature. They grew wildly along the axles of the Siege Vehicles and wrapped around the dismembered limbs below the wall, instantly raising a dense, impenetrable green curtain amidst the ruins that shattered the sunlight into fine flecks of light.
A grayish-blue "Hurricane" swirled into a funnel in mid-air, flinging rubble and broken arrows down onto the top of the wall like a torrential downpour. Even the Magic Cannons fixed on the battlements were tilted by the Gale, their muzzles knocked off their intended targets.
The crimson elements of "Volcanic Eruption" caused the air to heat up abruptly. The stone slabs at the base of the wall began to glow hot, and scorching magma even seeped from the cracks, baking the Bone Armor of nearby Undead Soldiers red-hot. Yet, upon contact with the chill of "Ice and Snow World," it vaporized into vast clouds of white mist, shrouding the entire battlefield in a hazy steam.
Most terrifying of all were the violet-gold bolts of "Thunderstorm." They coursed and crackled through the clouds, and every lightning strike made the ground tremble. When the lightning illuminated the Magic Shield on the wall, fine cracks appeared on its surface. Even the Mages hiding behind the shield could feel a paralyzing current travel up their staves.
The five elements intertwined and clashed in mid-air. Ice and fire collided, erupting into clouds of mist. Wind and lightning tangled, unleashing a frenzied dance of electric serpents. The entire Royal City seemed to have been thrown into an out-of-control elemental furnace, and even the light between heaven and earth began to distort.
There were only two viable ways to break this terrifyingly powerful Fusion Magic.
One was to immediately break through the battlefield’s obstructions, get close to Amilia, and use a precise Ranged Attack to interrupt her casting rhythm.
The other was to be like the Extraordinary Dragon Cavalry: use agile Flying Ability to charge right up to her, get in close before she finished channeling, and run her through with a spear, stopping the spell at its source.
Unfortunately, the Evil God Believers on the wall already had their hands full just trying to survive.
They were either being forced to retreat step by step by the pincer attack from the Undead Legion, or they were exhausted from fending off the dives of the Extraordinary Dragon Cavalry, barely able to hold their own defensive lines.
They couldn’t spare an ounce of strength to deal with the "Genius Girl" on the far side of the battlefield, who was continuously gathering a terrifying amount of energy.
And so, after an exceptionally long channeling period of more than ten minutes, Amilia’s "Fusion Magic" was finally complete.
She pointed a delicate hand toward the ground, and the immense Magic Elements that had gathered around her in a torrent surged downward like a bursting dam.
In an instant, Ice Blades, vines, the Hurricane, magma, and lightning intertwined and exploded above the Royal City. Countless instances of Advanced Magic erupted simultaneously, and the dazzling light nearly consumed the entire city, instantly killing all the stubbornly resisting enemies within, leaving them no room to even struggle.
Even more remarkably, this level of "Advanced Magic" came with a precise friend-or-foe identification system, just like Qin Feng’s "Arrow Rain" skill.
Even with its massive area-of-effect power, it could clearly distinguish between allies and enemies on the battlefield, ensuring it would not cause a single point of friendly fire damage to any allied unit.
"I..."
"Fuck..."
"That’s insane..."
"Wiped out the city in a single blow..."
"That’s basically Nuclear Bomb-level damage output..."
Qin Feng watched the elemental torrent sweeping over the entire city and couldn’t help but exclaim again and again.
’If this "Fusion Magic" didn’t have such a fatal flaw...’
’Not only does it require Amilia to remain completely still while channeling for an extremely long time, but it also triggers intense, cataclysmic phenomena that blatantly alert the enemy to hurry up and interrupt the casting.’
’This ability would be as unstoppable as the Three-Body People, easily capable of turning the tide of any battle.’
’A pity.’
’My Divine Chosen Soldiers still need to grow stronger through "War Merit Enfeoffment" and "Hero Enhancement."’
’If I rely on Amilia’s Nuclear Bomb-level magic to clear the field from now on...’
’...and no one else can get the kills on Hero Level enemies...’
’...I’ll miss out on a lot of benefits.’
At this thought, Qin Feng sighed helplessly and then "banned" Amilia’s "Fusion Magic" from his standard tactics.
Unless it was a truly life-or-death situation with no other choice, or an emergency that required them to race against the clock and end things quickly.
Otherwise, he would never again let Amilia use this terrifying, "Nuclear Bomb"-like magic.
