The stone slabs at the base of the wall began to glow hot, and scorching magma even seeped from the cracks, baking the Bone Armor of nearby Undead Soldiers red-hot. Yet, upon contact with the chill of "Ice and Snow World," it vaporized into vast clouds of white mist, shrouding the entire battlefield in a hazy steam.

Most terrifying of all were the violet-gold bolts of "Thunderstorm." They coursed and crackled through the clouds, and every lightning strike made the ground tremble. When the lightning illuminated the Magic Shield on the wall, fine cracks appeared on its surface. Even the Mages hiding behind the shield could feel a paralyzing current travel up their staves.

The five elements intertwined and clashed in mid-air. Ice and fire collided, erupting into clouds of mist. Wind and lightning tangled, unleashing a frenzied dance of electric serpents. The entire Royal City seemed to have been thrown into an out-of-control elemental furnace, and even the light between heaven and earth began to distort.

There were only two viable ways to break this terrifyingly powerful Fusion Magic.

One was to immediately break through the battlefield’s obstructions, get close to Amilia, and use a precise Ranged Attack to interrupt her casting rhythm.
