Infinite Survival: My 10,000x Return System
Chapter 33: [] The Sovereign Summit
The absolute center of the Apex Realm was a place where physics went to die.
It was known as the Sovereign Summit.
A sprawling flat expanse of obsidian glass hung suspended in a void of pure, blinding white light.
At the very center of this platform hovered a massive and jagged cosmic tear!
It was a bleeding wound in reality that oozed a terrifying higher-dimensional aura.
Surrounding the tear stood the true rulers of the multiverse. The Three Heavenly Sovereigns.
The Sovereign of Time was a clockwork entity composed of shifting gears and trapped starlight.
The Sovereign of Space was a towering figure draped heavily in cloaks of compressed nebulas.
And the Sovereign of Karma was a terrifying woman with eyes that reflected a billion different destinies.
They were ancient and entirely emotionless beings. They didn’t rule with armies.
They ruled with absolute concepts!
Currently, they were channeling a massive localized siphon.
Billions of streams of faint golden light were being forcefully dragged into the cosmic tear!
These were the harvested souls of mortals taken from across the lower realms.
The Sovereigns were slowly using them to pry the doorway to the Celestial Court open.
Back in The Mortal Domain, the situation had reached a boiling point.
Caden Cross stood atop the highest tower of the Vanguard Bastion.
The sixteen-year-old protagonist was no longer just a student. He was a Divine Emperor in his own right!
Following Arthur’s absolute mandate, Caden had spent the last month uniting the entire planet. He hadn’t just conquered them physically. He had united them spiritually.
Every king, peasant, and cultivator on the planet was currently on their knees.
They were channeling their absolute faith, fear, and reverence toward the God who had saved them. The God in the dark coat.
Deep within Arthur’s soul, as the Ebon Citadel prepared to make its final jump, the system chimed with frantic and triumphant urgency!
[Ding!]
[Employee Target ’Caden Cross’ has successfully united The Mortal Domain.]
[Massive influx of planetary Worship and Faith energy detected.]
[10,000x ROI Multiplier Activated!]
[Host is absorbing the conceptual faith of a trillion souls...]
↳ Synthesizing new conceptual defense: Divine Authority.
Arthur stood on the balcony of the Ebon Citadel. His eyes glowed with blinding and absolute power!
The raw unadulterated faith of an entire world multiplied by ten thousand wrapped around his soul like an impenetrable suit of conceptual armor.
The reality-warping passive auras of the Heavenly Sovereigns would no longer affect him.
He wasn’t just a powerful cultivator anymore. By the sheer weight of belief,
Arthur was a true God.
Arthur looked at his system interface.
He didn’t see ancient terrifying deities waiting for him at the Summit. He saw a final boss rush. He saw the ultimate payout!
He turned around to face his executive board.
Sylvia, Morwenna, Lyra, and Aurelia stood in a perfect line. They were draped head-to-toe in their looted divine-tier armor. Their weapons thrummed with lethal intent!
Arthur walked slowly down the line of his top enforcers.
He didn’t offer any dramatic, tearful goodbyes. He didn’t reach out to touch their faces.
He was a CEO about to crash a rival company’s board meeting.
Sylvia stood tall in her pristine silver armor, casually adjusting the straps of a looted divine gauntlet.
Morwenna leaned against a pillar, using a shattered piece of starlight metal to clean under her jagged abyssal claws.
Lyra was tossing a glowing spatial dagger from hand to hand. She looked exactly like a kid waiting in line for a roller coaster!
Aurelia stood at perfect military attention. Her dark-radiance armor hummed with barely contained kinetic force.
Arthur stopped and shoved his hands into his coat pockets.
"Everyone got their gear?" Arthur asked casually.
He looked at the four most terrifying women in the universe and met their silent, deadly focus.
"Good," Arthur nodded. "Try not to break the good loot this time. We are here to acquire assets, not just vaporize them."
It was a quiet, almost entirely normal moment amidst the drumbeats of apocalyptic war.
They weren’t terrified. They were just ready to go to work.
Arthur pulled his hands from his pockets. His demeanor instantly shifted from casual manager to absolute ruler.
"They think they own the board," Arthur said. His voice was low and resonated with absolute unyielding confidence. "They think we are just anomalies. Glitches in their grand design."
He drew the Ebonheart Sword!
The pitch-black blade violently ignited with the furious multi-colored roar of the Primordial Flame!
"Today, we liquidate their assets. We break their laws." Arthur declared. "After today, my Queens, we rule the infinite dimensions."
The four women looked at him with absolute intoxicating devotion. They were ready to tear the universe apart for him. 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺
"System," Arthur commanded. "Jump."
"BOOM!"
The Ebon Citadel didn’t just teleport. It violently crashed into the airspace directly above the Sovereign Summit!
The massive floating fortress completely eclipsed the blinding white light of the void. It cast the Three Heavenly Sovereigns in deep, mechanical shadow.
Arthur didn’t bother with a grand entrance and he didn’t waste time on a villainous monologue.
He stood on the edge of the balcony. His coat whipped in the violent spatial winds as he pointed his sword directly down at the cosmic tear.
"Fire."
"KRAA-THOOM!"
The Citadel’s main cannons roared to life!
A multi-megaton blast of pure hyper-condensed Order energy erupted from the belly of the ship. It slammed directly into the center of the Sovereign’s delicate Harvest Ritual!
The ensuing explosion completely shattered the obsidian glass platform!
It violently disrupted the flow of harvested souls and sent out a shockwave of kinetic force that physically pushed the Three Sovereigns back.
The smoke slowly cleared.
The Three Sovereigns floated in the void. Their ancient and emotionless faces finally twisted into expressions of supreme annoyance.
The Sovereign of Karma floated forward.
Her eyes completely bypassed Arthur and locked directly onto the silver-haired Arch-Mage standing at his side.
"The runaway cauldron returns," the Karma Sovereign’s voice echoed.
It dripped with ancient venomous malice. She was the exact entity who had placed the agonizing curse on Sylvia centuries ago.
"And she brought a pest to interrupt our work."
Arthur’s eyes narrowed. His Divine Authority flared as he prepared to step forward and permanently erase the deity.
But a cold, delicate hand rested on his chest and gently stopped him.
Sylvia Thorne stepped past her Emperor.
She didn’t look like a terrified victim anymore. She looked like the Grand Mage of the Omniverse!
Her pristine silver uniform practically glowed. The ambient moisture in the air instantly flash-froze into millions of razor-sharp ice needles orbiting her body!
She looked down at the God who had tortured her for hundreds of years.
"He’s not a pest," Sylvia declared.
Her voice rang out with absolute chilling finality. She raised her hands as the pure unadulterated cold of Absolute Zero gathered in her palms.
"He’s your executioner."
