This time, the energy was sufficient!

The explosive surge of the Power of the Giant Dragon was like injecting the purest Magic Power into a Melting Furnace on the verge of extinguishing.

The stalled advancement process restarted, and with even greater ferocity than before!

The vortex of Magic Power gathering in the sky abruptly accelerated, nearly forming an energy tornado that connected heaven and earth.

The silver radiance on Moonlight’s body shot skyward, dispersing the surrounding clouds and illuminating the top of Black Stone Castle as brightly as day.

Half an hour later, the light receded and the energy subsided.

A Silver Dragon, a full size larger than before, stood quietly on the platform.

Its body now exceeded thirty meters in length. Its silver scales were more brilliant, as if each one contained the very essence of the moon.

The silver horns on its head were longer and more slender, their tips wreathed in a halo of seemingly tangible moonlight.

A profound, vast, and powerful aura, suffused with Domain Power, emanated from its body.

Tier Five Domain Level—a success!

The Magic Power tornado in the sky slowly dissipated, and tranquility returned to the night. Only the cold, clear moonlight continued to pour down like liquid mercury, blanketing the newly advanced Silver Dragon on the platform.

Moonlight’s body stretched out, reaching a length of thirty meters.

Each silver scale was more solid than before, flowing with a restrained yet profound power of moonlight.

The pair of spiral silver horns were wreathed at their tips by a halo so vivid it was almost tangible, as if she wore a crown woven from moonlight.

She stood there quietly, not intentionally releasing her Dragon Mighty, yet a natural sense of pressure stemming from her very level of existence made the surrounding air feel thick.

"ROAR!"

A low draconic roar sounded.

It was Sun.

Its massive body, over a hundred meters long, cast a vast shadow. Moonlight’s figure was reflected in its golden draconic eyes.

Compared to Sun’s hundred-meter-long draconic body, the thirty-meter-long Moonlight appeared "petite" and "delicate."

For two Domain Level Dragons, the size difference was indeed quite stark.

Raylo let out a long sigh of relief. His tense mind finally relaxed, and an irrepressible joy spread across his face.

He slowly stepped forward, reaching out to touch Moonlight’s cool, smooth scales.

Moonlight lowered her proud head, her pale golden eyes gazing at Raylo. The pain and struggle of her advancement had faded, leaving only her usual affection and reliance.

The next moment, under everyone’s watchful eyes, a flash of light covered Moonlight’s draconic form, and the brilliant silver radiance converged inward.

When the light faded, a large white cat landed gracefully on the ground.

Moonlight flicked her tail and stretched languidly.

It was as if the formidable Domain Level Silver Dragon from a moment ago had been nothing but an illusion.

"CHIRP!"

A cheerful cry broke the silence.

Seeing that its big sister was back to her familiar form, Coal Ball instantly cast aside all memory of what had just transpired.

Its four short legs moved with surprising speed, and like a charging little black meatball, it dove headfirst into Moonlight’s embrace.

The boneless little shadow burrowed its head against Moonlight, letting out a satisfied purr and wagging its tail wildly.

Moonlight glanced at it, extended a paw, and gently but firmly pressed her paw pad against its forehead.

"Hahaha!"

Raylo could no longer hold back and burst into hearty laughter.

He bent down and opened his arms, scooping up the now larger and heavier white cat on his left, and grabbing the still-fawning Coal Ball with his right.

With one in each arm—one warm and soft, the other dense and sleek—he was filled with a sense of security and joy.

However, in the very instant Raylo was immersed in this joy, a sudden change occurred!

A vast, cold, and utterly pure energy surged through the invisible Companion Contract between him and Moonlight, pouring violently into his body!

This energy was none other than the Essence of Life Origin, transformed and purified by Moonlight’s advancement to Tier Five Domain Level!

"Ugh!"

Raylo grunted, feeling as if his body had instantly become a vessel for energy.

The Power was immense but not violent. Instead, it carried the cold and gentle nature of moonlight, rushing into his body like a celestial river bursting its banks.

His entire body—every inch of muscle, every single bone—groaned under the strain as it was washed over by this pure Dragon Essence.

Beneath his skin, his pale golden Fighting Spirit began to circulate uncontrollably, at a speed more than ten times faster than during his usual training!

Inside his body, the Qi Sea that represented his Tier as an Earth Knight, which he had already polished to extreme solidity, was now being frantically battered, tempered, and compressed by this immense external energy!

Raylo felt his consciousness blurring; it was as if an earth-shattering transformation was taking place inside his body.

He could clearly "see" the minute impurities slowly flowing in his Qi Sea being stripped away one by one under the scouring of this cold energy. The entire core was becoming purer and more condensed at a visible rate.

The bottleneck of the Initial Tier Earth Knight shattered with a resounding crack!

But it wasn’t over!

The torrent of energy seemed endless, pushing his Tier to advance triumphantly.

Middle Tier Earth Knight!

Finally, the Power broke through all resistance, forcefully pushing him all the way to High Tier Earth Knight!

Raylo’s eyes snapped open, a sharp glint flashing within them.

He could feel that his Power, speed, defense, and affinity for the Elements had all taken a quantum leap.

Raylo let out a long, foul breath. It was like frost, leaving a clear white trail in the night air.

The smile on his lips could no longer be suppressed. He patted the two little ones and laughed heartily.

...

The early morning sun pierced through the thin mist, gently falling upon the spires of Black Stone Castle.

Raylo hadn’t slept all night, yet he felt no fatigue.

The power from his advancement to High Tier Earth Knight filled every corner of his body. The surging Fighting Spirit in his Qi Sea flowed like a tamed river, steady and strong.

On the bedroom carpet, a ball of snow-white fur was sound asleep.

Moonlight’s form was a size larger than before. She lay on her side, her belly rising and falling gently with each breath, the tip of her tail twitching unconsciously.

Raylo got out of bed barefoot, carefully walked around her, and pushed open the door to the balcony.

A rush of cool, crisp air, carrying the fragrance of mountain flora, greeted him.

He looked down upon his territory. The newly planned expansion area of Black Stone Town was awakening in the morning light. Workers were already starting their shifts, and smoke was rising from the residential chimneys. Everything was orderly and thriving.

A faint sound came from behind him. Raylo turned to meet a pair of pale golden feline eyes.

Moonlight had woken up at some point and silently padded up behind him, looking up at him now.

"Morning, little one."

Raylo smiled and rubbed her large head.

Moonlight closed her eyes in comfort and nuzzled his palm with her cheek before leaping gracefully onto the wide stone railing.

She sat perched there, her silver fur seeming to be coated in a layer of pale gold in the dawn light.

Just then, a small black head poked out from Raylo’s collar and let out a yawn. It was the sleepy-eyed Coal Ball.

It seemed to have mistaken Raylo’s pajamas for the coziest of nests, having crawled inside at some point last night.

Raylo chuckled, plucked it out of his collar, and placed it next to Moonlight.

Coal Ball groggily looked around. The moment it saw its big sister beside it, it perked up immediately, toddling over on its short legs to nuzzle affectionately against Moonlight’s body, a contented purr rumbling in its throat.

Moonlight glanced at it, and with a curl of her tail, gently corralled the little tagalong behind her.

The man and the two "cats" quietly enjoyed this rare moment of peace.

However, this tranquility was soon broken by the sound of hurried footsteps.

"My Lord!"

The Personal Guard Captain, Ed, appeared at the balcony entrance.

"The Pegasus Knights have spotted a caravan approaching Black Stone Castle. The situation is a bit... unusual."

Raylo raised an eyebrow and asked.

"Unusual?"

"Yes."

Ed said.

"Their security detail... is extremely powerful."
