Moonlight froze for a moment, lifting its head. Its pale golden eyes gazed at the behemoth before it.

Sun didn’t speak, merely letting out a low rumble from its throat.

A slight smile touched Raylo’s lips at this scene.

His Knight partner, Sun, looked mighty and domineering, but deep down, he possessed an unexpected gentleness.

Perhaps in the eyes of Sun, a fellow member of the Dragon Race, the not-yet-adult Moonlight was indeed a "little one" that needed to be cared for.

Moonlight was stunned.

It lifted its head, looking from the behemoth before it to the fruit that had been pushed in front of it. A flash of human-like confusion crossed its pale golden, cat-like eyes.

Raylo watched from the side, not interfering.

A wave of Dragon Mighty erupted from it, sweeping across all of Black Stone Castle in an instant.

Coal Ball, who had been covering its head and playing dead, was now peeking through its claws with one eye, its little face filled with shock.

He uncorked the bottles and brought the potions to Moonlight’s mouth.

Moonlight, seemingly aware of its energy deficit, struggled to open its mouth and drank down all the potions.

But for the immense energy a Giant Dragon required to advance, these few potions were but a drop in the ocean. They only caused the nearly extinguished light to brighten for a moment before it dimmed once more.

Moonlight let out a low, pained moan. Its silver draconic body trembled slightly. If the advancement failed, at best its vitality would be severely damaged; at worst, its bloodline would be harmed. The consequences were unimaginable.

Just as Raylo, burning with anxiety, was rummaging through his Spatial Bag for any useful treasures, a black shadow shot off his shoulder.

It was Coal Ball!

This little creature, always so greedy and clinging to life, was acting completely out of character.

It bounded over to Moonlight, its tiny body looking particularly comical in front of the Silver Dragon’s enormous head.

It let out two anxious "CHIRP CHIRP" sounds, as if trying to cheer on its Big Sis.

Then, under the astonished gazes of Raylo and Sun, Coal Ball puffed up its cheeks and opened its little mouth.

"Ptooey."

Another Dragon Blood Fruit was spat out, carrying the same rich aroma and scorching energy, and it floated steadily before Moonlight’s eyes.

’The little thing! For its Big Sis Moonlight, it was finally willing to give up the Dragon Blood Fruit it had embezzled!’

Coal Ball used its small paws to painstakingly push the fruit forward, its beady black eyes filled with both urgency and reluctance.
