Elf Kingdom: Game of the World Tree

Ruins exploration is a quite popular activity in the "Elf Kingdom."

Xu Ge had watched related videos and knew that the instance of the Cracked Divine Country was the most beloved by players.

It was an independent scene full of ruins everywhere.

However, if Xu Ge remembered correctly, that instance seemed to have a level restriction.

He didn’t know exactly what level it was, but he was sure he couldn’t go there now.

Thinking about it, he asked curiously:

"I’m only level 1, can’t go to the ruins, right?"

"Hey, level 1 is exactly what we need! It’s about scouting, not fighting monsters, just checking out traps or something. After all, level 1 isn’t afraid of dying, and even if you lose levels it’s no big deal!"

Gale, holding a big sword in one hand and with the other on his hip, said.

Gale shook his head.

Titan Ruins?

Xu Ge frowned slightly, trying to find related information in his mind about "Elf Kingdom."

Unfortunately, he seemed to have never heard of Titans, let alone any ruins.

"What is that? A new NPC race in ’Elf Kingdom’?"

He asked curiously.

"No, not a new race. Titan’s full name is Titan Giant, a race as famous as Dragons; they once had a prosperous civilization in Segis World, comparable to the Elf Clan, but later declined. Recently, the city ruins left by them were discovered through the Goddess’s Oracle."

"Since the ruins are in the Elf Forest, you can go, but the ruins are full of traps where many players have already been hit."

Gale explained.

"I see."

Xu Ge suddenly understood.

He had heard that the death penalty in the "Elf Kingdom" increases as you level up; for Black Iron level veterans like Gale, the cost of dying and resurrecting was probably not low.

In this situation, finding newbies as cannon fodder or pathfinders is the best choice.

"Boss Gale, I’m willing! And... I also have a companion who hasn’t arrived yet, can we two go scouting together?"

Xu Ge said.

"You have a companion? That’s great! I was just planning to find another person!"

The leader was an Elf Warrior with a red cloak.

He wore a bright silver Elf Mask Helmet, revealing only a pair of eyes, a pair of shimmering shoulder pads on his shoulders, heavily and splendidly decorated scale armor, and a finely carved Crescent Moon Blade on his back.

Beneath him was a handsome and charming Unicorn clad in a shimmering golden full-body scale armor horse armor.

Behind him, other knights had similar attire, with some carrying bows and arrows, others armed with swords, and their mounts not all Unicorns—many were splendid white horses.

All of the knights’ shields had the same emblem.

It was an artistic "L" with a battle axe in the middle, the emblem was golden, while the background was black.

In addition to the knights, there were some Mages and Druids on horseback, and even a few Priests.

They wore neither armor nor shields but donned elegant and luxurious robes or sacred and graceful Priest Robes, holding impressively stylish Magic Wands.

The emblems on their robes were identical.

The whole group totaled about thirty people, and each person’s presence exuded an irresistible pressure on Xu Ge.

He looked at the knight’s squad with excitement and his eyes full of envy.

The knight’s squad charged forward with an imposing presence.

Watching their departing figures, the elf boy’s eyes sparkled with little stars.

He asked with both longing and amazement:

"Who are they? So cool!"

Indeed, they were cool.

The cavalry was simply the romance of a boy’s imagination!

Gale looked at the galloping cavalry, slightly curled his lips, and said with a hint of jealousy:

"Looking at the emblem, they should be the Azeroth Guild Alliance’s Holy Temple Knights."

"Holy Temple Knights?"

Xu Ge’s eyes lit up.

The name was a bit dashing!
