I Became a Villainous Character with a Limited Lifespan - Chapter 1

In the God Domain, Cultivators were far and few between, but each of them wielded power that would make them known as gods.

How did they come to have such power? They comprehended the laws between heaven and earth and became those very laws.

But something occurred, a youth that hadn’t gained the acknowledgment of the heavens to become a cultivator chance upon Qi. Determined to reverse the bad hand faith had dealt him he started researching it and came to a shocking conclusion. The very laws that the heavens prevented him from comprehending were swirling around in this strange energy!

The youth thought to himself that if he could somehow control it, then he could defy the heavens and become a cultivator. Without any hesitation he began researching more and found out that the only way to control this newfound energy was to absorb it within his body.

After many years of preparations, he did exactly that.

However, he promptly died from the finger size strand he absorbed.

Ten years after his death a cultivator found his research journal and decided to further study this fascinating idea.

Skip forward to an unknown period in the future and a baby was born into a powerful royal family as the second prince. Upon his birth this child had the laws of heaven and earth swirling around him. This immediately sent the royal court into a stir as they thought the heavens themselves had blessed the Emperor’s second son.

But as that was happening, the baby that had just been born saw the midwife use a spell to turn Qi into water to clean him.

Upon seeing this, the baby’s eyes widen into saucers as a voice screamed hysterically in his head, “W-WHO THE FUCK STOLE MY IDEA?!”

During one of our arguments, my younger brother taunted me, claiming that I only knew how to depend on guys to get me through MMOs. In a fit of anger, I was spurred on by his words and decided to defeat my brother without depending on anyone else. By some coincidence, a new game called “Second Life” was about to go on the market and thus I started from scratch as a player. What’s more, I was the first person ever to log onto the game. The beautiful GM told me that I could have one wish granted… Humph! I. Want. To. Become. A. Guy!Shit, I accidentally became too super-ultra-incredibly handsome, now there’s a beautiful GM with designs on my virtue, waaaaah…!… OH MY GOD! That should have been the end of her story. Amane had achieved her ultimate goal of saving the lives of her loved ones and her sacrifice would give them all decent lives. But the Supreme Goddess felt her eyes opening in a new body and a new era. She had been reincarnated into the body of a Yoko Tsurugi, the mentally-challenged adopted daughter of the Tsuragi family (The family infamous for their beast-taming business) Reincarnated in a new body with no knowledge of why she had been brought back, Amane decided to embrace her new identity and live a carefree and easy-going life doing what she was known for before. She would do what the previous owner of her body was unable to do - Show everyone why you did not mess with her, the supreme tamer of beasts. The new era was different with no ‘alliance’ or distinction between races. The world was a calm place that seemed to have a place for everyone. Amane, now Yoko, should have a decent new life. But the past refuses to let Amane go and the circumstances behind her resurrection were becoming more and more complicated. It was more than clear that something seemed to be brewing in the background of this new era. And the balance of power was not as even as it first appeared to be. Who had called Amane back in her new body? And for what purpose was she brought back? These questions might be more important than they first appear to be.
