Jane Sampson pulled James Black in purely to add to the numbers and help James Black blend into the Carter Family.

But unexpectedly, a while later, she saw a lot more new members in the group.

After James Black came Old Master Black.

Then came Brooke Black and her husband.

After that, Harper Black’s whole family joined, even Sunny Black, that little rascal son, had a WhatsApp account and was pulled into the group.

Next was Peter Gingery.

The last one to enter was Bright Sampton.

All these people were invited in by Old Sir Carter.

Jane Sampson watched the numbers rising rapidly and felt delighted.

In her heart, she secretly thanked Old Sir Carter.

After entering the group, Peter Gingery was the first to speak.

Can the group name be changed? I think it could be changed to Little Jane’s Protecting Team, what do you guys think? — Little Protein Prince.

Jane Sampson hadn’t had the chance to reply to the group messages, and Peter Gingery had already made a WhatsApp call.

"Jane, did you see Jillian Carter’s nickname? Carter Family’s treasure, who’s she trying to disgust with that name?" Peter Gingery spoke while snorting like a bull.

"What’s this welcome Jane joining our big family, as if you’re an outsider, needing her, the hostess, to warmly welcome you." Peter Gingery jabbered away, ridiculing Jillian Carter, "Look, I’ll make her pay, if Jillian Carter isn’t furious, I’ll write my name backward."

"Maybe that’s always been her group nickname; before my origins were known, it’s understandable to set this nickname in her family’s group."

Jane Sampson wasn’t offended by this, her heart wasn’t so small, after all, as the Carter family’s daughter, Jillian Carter is indeed the Carter Family’s treasure.

"Pah, she just changed it, I saw on Grandpa Carter’s mobile phone, she originally had ’beautiful Misty’ as her nickname in the group." Peter Gingery said, "The so-called Carter Family’s treasure, I bet she changed it for you to see."

Jane Sampson hung up the WhatsApp call with Peter Gingery and, when she returned to the group, was astonished to discover the group nickname had indeed been changed.

From Old Carter’s family, it was changed to Little Jane’s Protecting Team.

The one who changed the group nickname was Granny Carter, she was the group leader.

Jane Sampson was simply overwhelmed with favor.

Jane Sampson was a bit worried whether Jillian Carter would give her a cold shoulder in the evening, such blatant favoritism from Granny Carter, even if Jillian Carter had a big heart, she might well be upset.

Jane Sampson guessed that Jillian Carter must be regretting suggesting James Carter pull her into the group, a perfectly good Carter family group turned into one established just because of her, Jane Sampson.
