Like opening a Pandora’s box, Jane Sampson sat on the ground with scissors in hand, eagerly snipping open the box.

"Use a cushion to sit on." James Black couldn’t stand seeing her sitting barefoot on the cold floor tiles, nor could he stand her sitting so carelessly on the floor.

Always worried she’d catch a chill and upset her stomach.

Jane Sampson giggled at James Black, opened the box, and the first thing she took out was a lipstick set.

"JL’s summer limited edition lipstick set, this hasn’t even been released domestically yet. Bright Sampton’s gift is just exactly what I’ve always wanted."

Jane Sampson, holding the lipstick set, sat there kicking her legs in joy.

James Black glanced at the lipstick, then at Jane Sampson’s expression, he understood, a single lipstick could make Jane Sampson happy, but a pile of lipsticks given to her at once could make her twice as happy.

James Black took note.

"And cookies! Cookies! You didn’t get me any, but Bright Sampton did!" Jane Sampson set the lipsticks aside, hugged a full jar of little bear biscuits, and jumped around excitedly, even showing off in front of James Black, "Look, look, little bear biscuits! Even if you won’t buy them for me, I still get to eat them!"

Happy, happy, so happy.

That was written all over Jane Sampson’s face.

James Black slightly raised his eyelids, reached out, and swiftly confiscated the bragged-about item from right in front of Jane Sampson’s eyes, his voice low, "Confiscated."

Jane Sampson didn’t expect James Black to have any tricks up his sleeve, and she was left dumbfounded.

Blinking her eyes, biting her lip, her face full of displeasure.

Overdid the bragging and got countered.

She glanced at the remaining things in the box, then silently put the lipstick back in, transformed into a strongman, and directly carried the box into the bedroom, muttering as she went, "Purse, perfume, cosmetics, sigh, why didn’t he buy me more to eat, fine, I’ll just put the rest away, and I’ll look at them slowly later when I’m free, it’s so late now, I need to sleep."

Talking to herself all the while, she carried the box step by step into the bedroom, then hid the whole box in the cloakroom.

The snacks that Bright Sampton bought for her, only lost one jar of little bear biscuits, the rest, all saved!

Awesome!

It’s a pity about that jar of little bear biscuits, who knows when she’ll get to eat them.

Jane Sampson didn’t stay in the cloakroom long. After putting things away, she quickly came out and returned to the bedroom, and by the time James Black came in, she was already lying in the bed with her legs kicking.

At a glance, she was in an excessively good mood.

James Black couldn’t be bothered to expose her, directly grabbed his clothes, and went into the bath room to shower.

After finishing the bath, James Black saw Jane Sampson holding her mobile phone, seemingly messaging Bright Sampton on WhatsApp. He directly picked her up and placed her on the other side of the bed, freeing up the space that Jane Sampson had claimed, and lay down himself.
