Peter Gingery looked resentful, while Sebastian Fry dared not speak as he watched James Black walk out from inside the kitchen.

Unable to resist, he muttered under his breath, "Tomato and egg noodles."

He didn’t dare to openly rebel, so he could only use Jane Sampson’s influence to disdain as a way of venting.

As for James Black’s eye daggers, Peter Gingery turned his back and acted as if he didn’t notice.

After a busy afternoon, Jane Sampson and Mair Williams prepared a big table full of meals, and the five people sat around the small dinner table, enjoying a harmonious atmosphere.

"I sincerely hope little Jane can stay here forever, going out with the team or whatever, just thinking about it is so wonderful," Peter Gingery exclaimed contentedly after taking a bite of the braised pork, "I think, Brother, you must be thinking the same too."

James Black didn’t respond to Peter Gingery, as he held Jane Sampson’s hand under the table and his fingertips explored her palm; seeing her palm was warm too, he relaxed and let go, picking a piece of fish meat for her.

"Even if Brother, you don’t speak, I know you think the same," Peter Gingery chuckled to himself.

"Can’t you shut your mouth while eating?" Jane Sampson glared at Peter Gingery and then turned curiously to look at James Black.

This guy was fine just now, so why did he suddenly hold her hand for a moment and then quickly let go?

"By the way, little Jane, you must know about the thing on Twitter, right? Who would’ve thought Julie Sampton is this miserable now," Peter Gingery suddenly mentioned the very popular matter on Twitter and looked up to speak to Jane Sampson, "The way this thing bought a hot search is too blatant, now the whole Twitter popular topic list is full of this thing."

Jane Sampson nodded slightly; even Peter Gingery, an outsider to these circles, could sense how blatant buying a hot search was, indeed, it was done very obviously.

They’re just afraid that this matter doesn’t escalate enough.

"Who knows who did this?" Mair Williams picked up the conversation and said, "Julie Sampton has suffered enough, and now they still want to make her miscarriage known to everyone."

Hearing James Black bring up this person she had overlooked, Jane Sampson instantly understood James Black’s intention.

"Back then, the affair between Julie Sampton and David Chip was exposed to Twitter by Nina Lee, who then proposed to break off the engagement with David Chip; later, to dispel family thoughts of continuing the marriage with the Chip Family, Nina Lee leaked the news of Julie Sampton’s pregnancy, resulting in the Chip Family and David Chip consistently pressuring Julie Sampton to abort the child."

Jane Sampson raised her hand and tapped her head, "Nina Lee obviously wants to break off the engagement with David Chip and directly cut off any future possibilities of reconciling the marriage, so the video of David Chip bribing the hotel staff might have been taken by a private detective hired by Nina Lee, who happened to follow David Chip."
