It is common knowledge that vampires use their teeth to suck out blood from their victim’s neck.

Zephyr had seen many anime and manga in his days as an otaku, and he knew full well that once Xinran bit him, it was over for him.

She would have full control over his body and would be able to easily kill him off and suck all of his blood.

But after fighting Xinran for so long and after seeing her immense strength, he almost forgot the fact that his body was actually ’Indestructible Body’!

Xinran’s cute little teeth wouldn’t even be able to bite into his flesh, and as if to prove that true, the moment Xinran bit his neck, a loud ’CRACK’ rang out in Zephyr’s ears!

He opened his eyes only to see that Xinran broke her teeth trying to bite his neck!

*Uuuuuu... sob...*

Tears appeared in her big, adorable, watery eyes as she hurriedly distanced herself from him in panic and glared at him in resentment!

"What!?"

Before Zephyr could fully understand the situation, the giants that were holding him and suppressing him fell apart on their own as the blood magic used on them came undone once Xinran lost her concentration!

With a bewildered look on his face, Zephyr came crashing down from the sky and fell straight on the rocky street.

*BAMMM!!!*

His body hit the ground, and a crater was formed as debris flew in all directions!

"I am alive!"

Without caring about the injuries sustained from falling from such a height, Zephyr immediately thought of running away.

But then he remembered that the cunning woman’s magic had a range so massive that it could completely overwhelm the entire hundreds of kilometers wide town.

By the time he would manage to run out of this town, she might recover!

Moreover, she could fly and would be able to catch up to him pretty easily if he wanted to live without being pursued endlessly; he would have to put an end to this farce right here, right now, when she’s still injured!

With a look of determination, Zephyr glanced around and soon found Xinran sitting on the ground curled up like a bullied kid.

She was holding her mouth with her small arms and crying quietly to herself.

The moment she saw Zephyr coming closer, she glared at him resentfully and spoke,

"ou dot I will will ou!!"

As her teeth were broken, she could not speak properly due to the pain, and her words sounded like total gibberish, but Zephyr could sense the meaning of them more or less.

"You are saying that ’You idiot, I will kill you’ right?... Err... look, it wasn’t my fault that your teeth broke; you were the one who kept saying that I looked delicious and wanted to take a bite out of me..."

"It’s your own fault that despite the fact that you are so greedy for my flesh, your teeth are so weak..."

Hearing those words, Xinran glared at him fiercely as if she wanted to beat the sh*t out of him right there.

But the pain from her delicate and sensitive vampire teeth having broken was so high that she couldn’t even keep her mind straight, let alone cast a magic spell to attack Zephyr.

To vampires, their teeth are extremely precious, and they are one of their greatest weaknesses.

Without those two small teeth, they can’t suck blood and thus can’t eat food! That is almost like sealing a human’s mouth shut, forcing them not to be able to eat anything and eventually starve to death!

’Urgh... what do I do now?’

Being stared at by those resentful gazes, Zephyr felt helpless.

He had already hit her with his strongest attack back when he landed an uppercut on her chin directly, and Xinran had managed to easily shrug that attack off without any problems!

Her endurance was insanely high, and even if Zephyr attacked her now with his fist attacks, he would likely not be able to put a single dent in her body!

She was too strong!

Just when Zephyr was getting confused about what to do, he saw the big thread nearby and though,

’Should I just bind her with rope and throw her hand upside down or do I find some source of water and drown her in it?’

Xinran might be a beautiful woman, but she had tried to kill him; he had no mercy for someone who was out for his life!

In this dog-eat-dog world, you either trample on others to survive or others will trample on you!

As if sensing the increasing bloodlust around Zephyr’s body, Xinran’s eyes narrowed as she immediately opened her bat wings and tried to fly away.

But to her dismay, the pain interfered with her mind, and she couldn’t fly, causing her to crash straight onto the ground again!

Big tears appeared in her eyes as she glared at Zephyr in resentment again.

"Uuuuu... sob... sob..."
