After Giving Birth, All My Beast Ex-Husbands Suddenly Want Me Back - Chapter 223: Dazzling
"They’re back?" Aviel’s eyes lit up with surprise.
Perfect. He could finally give Nina those things tonight.
As soon as he spoke, Pado and Taor arrived.
"My lord, we’ve brought everything you asked for. Please take a look."
They handed him the spatial stone.
Aviel accepted it with a smile. "I’ll check it later. I need to finish Nina’s snacks first."
Pado watched him, then sighed with emotion. "My lord is becoming more and more like a proper mate."
"No kidding. His cooking is even better than ours now," Viann added.
"All thanks to Nina’s guidance," another one said.
"If I could find a female like Nina, I’d happily become like this too," Taor chimed in.
Aviel shot him a glance. "Why are you still standing there? Go do your work."
There was only one Nina. He could forget about it.
He turned to Viann. "Is everything I asked for ready?"
"My lord, everything is prepared," the male replied.
"Good." Aviel nodded and continued making the snacks.

After studying the map, Nina discussed the route with Idir, while Sal and the others listened nearby.
Aviel walked in carrying a tray. "Nina, are you hungry? Want some snacks?"
Nina looked up. "Perfect timing. Come help review the route. I’ll eat later."
"Alright."
He set the tray down and sat beside her.
After listening, he nodded firmly. "Your plan is excellent. I see no issues."
"Idir, what about you? Any suggestions?" Nina asked.
Idir shook his head. "None. Your plan is very thorough."
Nina glanced at the others.
They all shook their heads as well. "No objections."
"Alright. We’ll follow this route tonight."
She rubbed her eyes, feeling a bit strained from staring too long.
Kith immediately moved beside her and began gently massaging her temples.
Aviel picked up a piece of pastry and held it to her lips. "Take a break."
"Mm." Nina took a bite and leaned back against Kith, closing her eyes to rest.
Meanwhile, Idir and the others continued studying the map, committing the route to memory.

Night slowly fell.
Aviel grew increasingly tense with anticipation.
After dinner, he took Nina’s hand and spoke softly, "Nina, can Odian put the babies to sleep tonight? I want to show you something."
He didn’t want to wait too late and lose time.
Nina let out a soft laugh and nodded. She had Odin handle the imprinting, gave him a few instructions, then followed Aviel out.
The other males watched with faint envy before turning back to play with the babies.
A strange flicker of loss passed through Idir’s heart.
Aviel led Nina into a large room nearby.
The moment the door opened, a flood of golden light dazzled her eyes. The room was lavish beyond measure. Every surface was covered in gemstones and crystals, glowing even without lamplight.
Nina’s eyes widened. So many gems...how much would all of this be worth?
Aviel guided her inside, stepping over the scattered jewels, then shut the door behind them.
He led her to the bed, casually sweeping aside a pile of gems before helping her sit.
"Nina, do you like them?"
"Yes. I do."
Who wouldn’t love beautiful gems? The dragon clan truly lived extravagantly.
"That’s good."
Aviel’s expression softened with satisfaction.
Though this place couldn’t compare to his true residence, it was more than acceptable for Barbarian City.
With these gems, it was at least worthy of her.
Aviel took out an array of exquisite jewelry and placed it in Nina’s hands.
"Nina, I had Pado and the others pick these out for you. These are the finest and most expensive pieces. From now on, no female will ever dare show off her jewelry in front of you."
He still remembered that female who had once flaunted her flower stones before Nina, though he could no longer recall her name.
He knew Nina was neither lacking nor one to compete, yet as a male, he would never allow his mate to suffer even the slightest slight.
Nina accepted the dazzling ornaments, her eyes curving with warmth. "Thank you. I love them."
Aviel’s lips lifted slightly. Then he brought out even more items, one after another, until the room was nearly filled.
Nina stared, momentarily stunned. There was still more?
"This is only a small portion of my dowry. When you come with me to Dragon City later, I’ll give you access to the entire dragon treasury."
There was simply too much for his spatial storage to hold.
As he spoke, he handed her a key. "This is the treasury key. Keep it for now."
Nina hesitated. "Isn’t this...a bit much?"
Aviel pressed it into her hand. "What’s mine is yours. A mate’s assets should belong to his female."
Nina laughed softly, holding the key.
Had she just married into a mountain of gold?
Finally, Aviel drew out a crown, magnificent and radiant, encrusted with countless precious gems.
"Nina, this is a gift every dragon king presents to his mate. It is crafted by our own hands using the most valuable gems in existence."
He knelt on one knee and offered it to her. "My queen, today I present it to you as well."
Nina gently traced the crown, starlight flickering in her eyes. "It’s beautiful. Put it on me."
"Alright."
Aviel carefully placed the crown upon her head.
Nina stood before the mirror, admiring herself for a long moment, utterly delighted.
It felt like becoming a queen.
After waiting for quite some time, Aviel could no longer hold back. He stepped forward, wrapping an arm around her waist.
"Nina, it’s getting late. Should we...?"
Nina turned and embraced him. "Then help me take off the crown."
As lovely as it was, her neck was beginning to ache. 𝑓𝘳𝘦𝑒𝑤𝑒𝘣𝘯ℴ𝘷𝘦𝓁.𝑐𝑜𝑚
Aviel quickly removed it and set it aside.
His fingers brushed her lips, his throat tightening. "Nina...may I?"
She gave a small nod.
That was all the permission he needed.
He kissed her at once, claiming the lips that had tempted him for so long. His kiss was both commanding and tender, one hand cradling the back of her neck as he lost himself in her, the other sweeping aside the furs beneath them. Crystals scattered across the floor with a soft clatter.
He tugged gently at her shoulder strap, lowering her beneath him.
Warmth spread across every inch of her skin as their forms drew closer, entwining...
Their quiet breaths lingered deep into the night.

The next morning, Nina woke in Aviel’s broad embrace.
His fingers traced her brows and eyes, his gaze soft and lingering. "Nina, you’re awake?"
She nuzzled against him, letting out a soft hum. "Mm."
The movement tightened something in him. "Don’t...or you won’t be getting up anytime soon."
"Hm?"
She lifted her face slightly. Morning light spilled across her features, catching the faint flush at the corners of her eyes. When she opened them, they were still hazy, carrying a subtle, captivating allure.
Aviel lowered his gaze, his expression darkening. "Nina...one more time?"
Before she could respond, he captured her lips again.
It was nearly noon when Aviel finally carried Nina back.
The other males looked displeased.
This dragon... was bringing her back this late?
Aviel merely raised a brow, ignoring them entirely, his expression brimming with satisfaction as he carried Nina into the room.
Nina, cheeks flushed, used her ability to restore herself before stepping out for lunch.
Two at once really was...intense.
That afternoon, she went to see Zena again and discussed their plan in detail.
After listening, Zena left to deliver the message to Yosan.
