"You probably don’t know, but I’m actually an old resident of the city. I’ve known what each place in the streets and alleys of Tongcheng is for a long time, quite clearly too. I’ve never heard of the Lü Family Restaurant serving breakfast, but the things they have at night... seem to be quite plentiful."

As Qin Wenjun spoke, Li Qing’s head began to feel a bit heavy.

She was just humoring him.

"I’m heading back shortly."

He immediately said, "Look, if you don’t believe me, I can take you upstairs to meet the owner right now to prove my innocence."

"Hey, you really know him?" Qin Wenjun asked, surprised.
