He said to the fire god, "I will now send you to your maker. Isn’t that great?"

He said that, but he still didn’t release the fire god. What he did was to mark the fire god. Then he pressed his hand on top of the fire god’s head to crush it.

The fire god can avoid this kind of physical attack by turning into a nest of fire serpents. But Loki had convinced it not to try to avoid the danger.

His words were very convincing, so the fire god lay there as he crushed its head. But even this wasn’t enough to kill the fire god.

The support of the world meant that it could continue to live without its head. It can even heal the injury to its head if Loki gives it the chance to.

But Loki didn’t give it the chance to recover. He also shattered the fire god’s mind. Then he got to work cutting the fire god to pieces.

All of his actions finally worked to put the fire god to death. At this point, the mark on the fire god tried to seal its Power Core. This is the normal process of events that will take place when there is a mark on a slain enemy.

But Loki prevented the mark from sealing the Power Core. Instead, he let the mark stay in the Power Core.

His decision allowed the Power Core to appear. It rose from the corpse of the fire god as a ball of shining light.

The light that the Power Core was producing was multicolored and beautiful. Loki watched it with rapt attention.

He saw the light of the Power Core dim as it began to fade away. This sight confirmed that the Power Core was being retrieved by the will of the world, but he still did nothing to stop it.

A few seconds later, the Power Core disappeared completely. So he had lost the Power Core. But instead of being sad, he had a smile on his face.

As he smiled, he said, "So you didn’t fail me. Good job."

He could sense that the mark had reached a bigger source of power. This source of power was in another dimension, so he couldn’t reach it by walking over to it.

But he didn’t mind that he couldn’t get to the heart of the world yet. He continued to smile as he allowed the mark to turn into a seal.

Unfortunately, the seal refused to work. This was because the will of the world had taken control of the Power Core and had assimilated it.

So now, he will have to seal the will of the world if he wants to seal the Power Core. For him to seal the heart of the world, he will have to kill the world. This is something that won’t be easy to do at all.

This made him snort and say, "Fine. Be that way. See if I care about you swallowing my Trojan horse."

Since he couldn’t get back the Power Core or seal it, he decided to give up on getting it back. He decided to be content with getting something else, so he sat down on the ground and activated the Siphon Ability.

This heart wasn’t a divine being who didn’t have an Energy Well. In fact, the whole heart of the world was a large and powerful Energy Well, so the Siphon Ability was able to take effect on it.

Immediately after the Siphon Ability took effect, the world shook around him. The vibration wasn’t something that could be hidden. The five divine beings above were able to sense it.

The sensation of a shaking world couldn’t be hidden from the five divine beings. All of them opened their eyes and looked at the small world with curiosity.

Unfortunately, the shell of the world was blocking their sight, so unless they break parts of the shell, they won’t be able to see what’s going on inside it. So they decided to open the shell to see what was happening.

The duty of cracking the shell open fell to Monarch Bull Strength. This giantess roared and punched the shell of the world with all of her strength.

She didn’t use her Divine Metac for this attack, so it didn’t consume any of her lifespan. The situation hasn’t reached a point where she has to consume her lifespan, so she held back from doing so.

But she is taking this situation seriously, so if she encounters something that needs her full strength, she won’t hesitate to use some of her lifespan. None of them will hesitate either.

They are all taking this situation very seriously. After all, the cost of a problem with the Heavenly Battlefield can cost more than a few years of lifespan if they don’t handle it well.

After Monarch Bull Strength cracked open the shell of the world, Monarch Talisman Paper used a talisman to keep the crack in the shell open. Then they took turns using the hole to see what was going on in the world.

The crack had created a small hole the size of a fist, so it couldn’t be used to enter the world. They could only peek through the hole at the world below.

As they examined the world, they heard the continuous roar of anger of the will of the world. The will of the world said something along the lines of, "Thieves, all of you. You invaders are all thieves and snakes."

"You take and take like parasites feasting on blood. Now I am weakening and dying."

The will of the world wasn’t exactly straightforward and fluent like this. Its words were scattered and short, but they were able to put together their meaning into several sentences.

From what they could hear, the will of the world was angry about losing something and didn’t like that it was weakening. These were all normal things that they should hear from a disgruntled will.
