"Are there any other toys, or did Uncle just buy me Pleasant Goat?" Candy asked with a smile, her eyes twinkling mischievously.

Qi Longbing knew this child would ask something like that and, with an air of feigned mystery, replied, "Of course, there are other toys! But how about Little Candy goes to my car to check them out? Go see how many toys I’ve put in there for you."

"Then let’s hurry, Uncle! Where did you park your car? I want to see where all my toys are!" Candy asked, smiling. Her little face, wreathed in sweet smiles, with its small mouth, tiny nose, and big eyes, made her as adorable as a doll.

"My car is parked right outside! Come on, I’ll take you to see," Qi Longbing said, taking Candy’s hand and walking towards the villa’s exit.

The servant, seeing Qi Longbing about to take Candy away, was at a loss for words and said awkwardly, "Mr. Qi, um, Miss Hua instructed that Little Miss Candy should rest at home today."

Qi Longbing looked thoughtfully at Candy’s leg. "Candy, does your leg still hurt?"

"It stopped hurting a long time ago, Uncle! Don’t listen to Auntie. Auntie just listens to Mom, Mom just listens to the doctor, and doctors love to blow things out of proportion!" Little Candy rattled off this surprisingly adult-like reasoning, nearly making Qi Longbing burst out laughing.

Qi Longbing simply said to the servant, "It’s fine. I’ll be with her and take care of her. She’ll be alright. I’m taking her to buy toys, and then we’ll come back. Don’t tell Miss Hua anything for now, so she doesn’t worry."

"Well, alright then," the servant had no choice but to concede.

Afterward, Qi Longbing led Candy to his car. Sure enough, there were even more toys inside. Candy was thrilled to see them, exclaiming happily, "Wow, I’m so lucky! I have so many toys! Uncle, you’re so good! And not selfish at all! I really like you; you’re the man I like most after Brother Zi Yunsui."

Qi Longbing was stunned by her words. What did she mean by her ’favorite man’? She’s just a child, isn’t she? How could she be so precocious? He really wondered how Hua Xiaomo was raising her child.

Qi Longbing looked at the child and asked seriously, "Candy, has your mom ever talked to you about your dad?"

"My daddy?" Candy paused for a moment, then looked at the handsome uncle. After thinking for a while, she replied, "Mom told you last time that I was adopted. So maybe I am. I’m not too clear on that matter, Uncle. If you want to know, you’ll have to ask Mom yourself. I really don’t know."

"Okay then!" Qi Longbing chuckled and patted her little head. Seeing her happy face, he then asked, "Where does Candy want to go play today? How about Uncle takes you?"

"Yes, yes! I want to go to the amusement park, I want to go to Happy Valley, and I also want to visit the Ocean Animal Park!" Candy rattled off a list of places, grinning from ear to ear. She was growing fonder of this Handsome Uncle by the minute. She hadn’t expected him to be so nice to her! They had only met twice, and he was already taking her to fun places and buying her so many toys. Oh, she was ecstatic!

Qi Longbing listened to her list of places and smiled faintly, his handsome face lit up with joy.

"So, shall we visit them one by one? Let’s start with the Ocean Animal Park. Then we can go to the amusement park, and finally the zoo. How does that sound?" Qi Longbing said with a smile. Actually, he had never been to any of these places himself. Luckily, this was a good chance to enjoy them too.

"That’s great! Uncle, you’re so nice! I really love you! You must take me to all of them. Okay, then we’ll start with the Ocean Animal Park," Candy said with a smile.

Qi Longbing chuckled and asked, feigning a mysterious tone, "Little Candy knows where she wants to go, but do you know how to get to these places?"

"Hmm, that’s a tough one. I have no idea how to get there. Do you know the way, Uncle?" Candy said, laughing. Her large eyes blinked charmingly, making her look exceptionally pretty, lively, and clever.

"Uncle doesn’t know the way either, but Uncle has GPS! It’s installed in the car. We can turn it on, and then you just tell it where you want to go, and the car will take us right there!" Qi Longbing said with a laugh, turning on the navigation system.

"You’re right! Uncle, you’re so smart! Oh, I really can’t wait to go to the Ocean Animal Park! I want to see the goldfish, the big sharks, lots of strange-looking fish, and the octopuses!" Lost in her excitement as she spoke, Candy promptly climbed from the back seat to the front passenger seat, chatting animatedly with Qi Longbing.

Qi Longbing looked at Little Candy with a smile. "Alright then, Candy, sit tight. Uncle is taking you to the Ocean Animal Park now!"

Then, Qi Longbing drove Candy to the Ocean Animal Park.

As luck would have it, while at the Ocean Animal Park, he bumped into a girl in a green dress, her long hair flowing freely. This time, he didn’t forget her name; he remembered she was called Xiao Qing.

When Xiao Qing saw Qi Longbing, her large eyes instantly crinkled into a smile.

"President Qi, hello! I didn’t expect to see you here!" Xiao Qing said, her gaze shifting to the little girl beside Qi Longbing, her eyes lighting up even more. "Isn’t this President Hua’s daughter, Candy?"

"Yes, that’s me! And who are you, Miss? I don’t think I know you. How do you know me? Is it because my face looks like a child star’s?" Candy said with a laugh, her dark eyes sparkling brightly.
