Chapter 834 Demon World "Peaceful life?" Max let out a deprecating smile as he looked at the Matriarch. "You might have investigated the things about me on the surface. It sure did look peaceful to you from an observer's perspective. But, if that was really peace, then I don't want peace at all. I would rather live in this chaos."
 Matriarch gave Max a glance. The look in the kid's eyes said much more than it could. It seemed that he had gone through a lot in these few years of life that he had lived. And, it won't honestly be something which needed any confirmation.
 A kid who was raised in a normal environment had come so far that he could literally trample everyone from the same generation as him and even challenged the ones older. There had to be something about him.
 A normal life would not create such a monster for sure.
 "Go and rest for now. I think we have enough surprises for today. Let's discuss things in detail tomorrow. I will take out every information we have collected, and I expect you to do the same. Let's see how much we know about our enemies and their plans.."
 Max nodded to the Matriarch, and with that, his mission, even though was not a full success, it still ended up giving him the result that he wanted.
 'Well, I shouldn't complain when it ends well..' Max smiled but he had no idea what was about to come next. He clearly was not prepared for the doting of the Second Matriarch who finally had her great grandson to spoil. Obviously, this didn't bother Max much, but her plans to revitalize the family while using Max as a stud horse sure did.
 It seemed she was planning to build him a harem so that her family could once again flourish at a rapid speed. Max had no idea but he would have to deal with the antics of the Second Matriarch who was probably still planning regarding this matter.

 A week ago…
 A group was travelling through the Orena, and the members all looked exhausted. This was exactly the group of Wilson and others who had left the hidden territory to go to the Demon World.
 And, now they have finally arrived…
 Mark stood there looking in front of him. At a glance, there wasn't anything unusual, and it looked just like a regular Orena forest. But, he had seen the Princess and the man named, Vandal, disappear in there.
 He suddenly took a step, and pushed his hand through the invisible barrier, and next instant he found himself in another world.
 "Whoosh!"
 A gust of wind kicked across Mark's face, and the next instant his eyes went wide.
 He stood there on a rocky mountain cliff looking at a vast expanse of green land. It spanned across miles, and he literally couldn't see the end of it.
 "Scree!!!!!!!!!!"
 A screech suddenly rang across the sky, and Mark turned his head to see a huge bird tear across the sky and zoom past them. And, there seemed to be someone riding on the top of it as well.
 "We welcome our lady!!" A loud noise interrupted Mark's thought, and he suddenly realized that there was actually a group waiting for them there. And, it was obvious that they were the Princess's subordinate.
 At this moment, others entered the place too and appeared behind Mark and others.
 "This place sure is different.." Wilson muttered as he looked around with interest.
 "Yeah, the quality of energy is very pure. It's a pity that it's not mana.." Mr. Cool muttered as he looked around a bit curiously. But to be honest, it didn't matter to him. He could use his spirit energy by eating the Demonic energy. So, he was still good to go.
 But, it was difficult to say the same for others.
 "Keep it down..if you blow your covers here, then even your dead bodies won't be allowed a peace.." Bayu reminded those as he gave them a glare.
 "Let's go…" Vandal spoke as he let out a whistle and the gigantic bird which had been with him until a while ago suddenly appeared from the sky and descended in front of them.
 The princess on the other hand went towards the carriage which had been brought for her to travel.
 'Are they not on the same level as us when it comes to technology?' Mark wondered as he looked at the carriage. He really wanted to know whether the Demons had vehicles like they did.
 "Oh..look at this..whom do we have here?"
 A voice suddenly rang across the place, and Beli who was calmly climbing onto the carriage suddenly stopped upon hearing it.
 'Talk about trouble. I thought I would have a little rest after coming back. But, I had to meet her. Talk about a bad start..' She sighed inwardly before turning around and sure enough there was a dot in the sky approaching them rapidly.
 'She is so far..yet still won't leave me peacefully. Does she never have enough of the losses?' Beli thought as the dot in the sky finally became large enough for people to realize that it was a gryphon and there were two people riding on it.
 "Where have you been, Belial? I have been looking for you for the past few months.." The same feminine voice rang again.

 This girl had been one obsessed with her. She didn't know the reason, but she would always find and challenge her. She literally couldn't remember a single day from childhood when she hadn't been challenged by this girl, Charla.
 At one point, she had even tried to run away from her. But, it was practically impossible to avoid her. So, she had to give up on it.
 'She is probably here with another ridiculous challenge. But I can't send her back..' Beli sighed.
 Yup, she was helpless here. It was all because of the identity of the girl. She was the youngest granddaughter of the current Acting Lord of Demons.
 "Caught you!!" The griffin finally descended and a girl who looked three to four years younger than Beli jumped down from it with a cheerful smile on her face.
 "What are you waiting for? Come down too!" She suddenly looked back at the griffin, and it seemed someone else was there as well.
 It was only now that people noticed that there was actually a chain in her hands, and when she gave it a tug, a person was pulled down from the back of griffin and smashed onto the ground face first.
 When Mark, Mr. Cool and Wilson saw that, their faces twitched because they realized something, and immediately swore in their minds.
 'F*ck!'
 Charla on the other hand, smiled at Beli, "Let's have a human slave battle today!!"
