Teasing Her Beast Husbands Until They Fall Hard
Chapter 152: Arriving at Lucia’s Villa
The next morning, Su Yaoyao slowly woke up. Still groggy with sleep, she reached out to the side, only to touch a cold, empty stretch of bed.
She froze for a moment, the cold shock chasing away the last of her drowsiness. A glance around the room confirmed her suspicion—Augustine was nowhere to be seen.
Su Yaoyao thought to herself, ’He must be busy with his complicated affairs again.’
’This actually works out perfectly for me,’ she mused. ’Otherwise, I’d have to rack my brain for a way to sneak out of the palace from right under his nose.’
Su Yaoyao got up lazily and strolled over to the wardrobe.
Her gaze drifted over the gorgeous clothes, carefully selecting her outfit for the day.
Finally, she chose a light pink dress. Its skirt was as light and ethereal as flower petals, while the collar and cuffs were adorned with delicate lace, giving it an air of elegance with a hint of playfulness.
She picked up a matching half-mask. It was like a fine work of art, made of delicate silk and embroidered with lifelike patterns. When worn, it perfectly concealed half her face, leaving only her bright, captivating eyes and luscious lips visible, adding an air of mystery.
Once everything was ready, Su Yaoyao left her bedchamber and went straight to where the flying cars were parked.
The flying car had a sleek, minimalist design, its smooth lines showcasing a technological aesthetic.
It didn’t require a manual pilot; one simply had to enter a destination on the console, and its advanced intelligent system would automatically take flight.
Su Yaoyao got into the car, expertly keyed in the address, and the vehicle vibrated slightly as it slowly ascended.
However, as the flying car reached the palace gates, it was stopped by guards.
A guard respectfully approached, bowed slightly, and asked, "Your Highness, may I ask where you are going? According to regulations, the Holy Female must report to His Majesty before leaving the palace."
Su Yaoyao’s heart skipped a beat, but she kept her composure and quickly fabricated a lie. "I’ve already reported to His Majesty. The dresses sent to the palace aren’t to my liking, so I plan to go out and pick a few I prefer." As she spoke, she secretly prayed the guard wouldn’t see through her deception.
Hearing this, the guard frowned slightly, a hesitant look on his face. After all, this rule concerned the Holy Female’s safety and the palace’s order; he didn’t dare to grant passage lightly.
Seeing the guard’s hesitation, Su Yaoyao feigned anger. Her brows shot up as she raised her voice. "Can’t I even go out to buy a few clothes?! Do I not even have that little bit of freedom?" She put her hands on her hips, her eyes flashing with a mix of dissatisfaction and authority.
The guard panicked at her outburst and quickly forced a smile. "Your Highness, please calm down. It was my mistake. Since you’ve already reported to His Majesty, I will let you pass." With that, he hurriedly signaled the other guards to open the palace gates.
Su Yaoyao huffed coldly and sat back down in the car. Like an arrow loosed from a bow, the flying car shot forward with a WHOOSH, disappearing beyond the palace gates in an instant.
Meanwhile, Noah, who had been staking out the area near the palace gates, recognized Su Yaoyao’s car at a glance.
He couldn’t help but wonder, ’What is my sister doing leaving the palace?’
Noah pondered this for a moment, but a cunning glint soon flashed in his eyes.
’But no matter why she’s going out, the right move is to follow her. This is definitely a good chance to see her.’
So, Noah quickly hopped onto his own aircraft and tailed Su Yaoyao’s flying car closely.
Sitting in her flying car, Su Yaoyao was completely unaware that Noah was following her.
Her mind was completely focused on her upcoming meeting with Lucia. The thought of getting to touch those nine fluffy tails made her heart beat faster, her eyes shining with excitement.
The flying car soon arrived in the neighborhood where Lucia lived. It was an elegant area, the streets lined with tall trees. Sunlight filtered through the gaps in the leaves, casting dappled shadows on the ground.
Su Yaoyao got out of the car, took a deep breath to calm her excitement, and then walked toward Lucia’s house.
She arrived in front of a European-style villa. The exterior was exquisite and magnificent, with white walls and a red roof that gave it a particularly elegant look.
Su Yaoyao gently pressed the doorbell. A moment later, the door slowly opened, and Lucia’s familiar figure appeared in the doorway.
He was wearing a loose white shirt with the collar slightly open, revealing his delicate collarbones. He wore black sleeve garters on his arms, which not only artfully accentuated the lines of his arms but also perfectly outlined his firm biceps, exuding a sense of power.
He paired it with a pair of black casual pants, making him look both ascetic and alluring.
When Lucia saw Su Yaoyao, the corners of his mouth lifted into a very captivating smile.
"Yaoyao, you’re finally here. I’ve been waiting for you for so long."
Before the words had even left his mouth, he opened his arms and enthusiastically pulled Su Yaoyao into an embrace.
Su Yaoyao’s petite frame was held tightly in his arms, as if she were enveloped in a warm, safe harbor.
She could clearly feel Lucia’s firm chest muscles, the warmth radiating through his thin shirt, and the faint, refreshing scent on him—a fragrance that seemed to be a mix of fresh greenery and soft musk, utterly intoxicating.
"Mhm," Su Yaoyao’s cheeks instantly flushed red, as vibrant as a ripe apple. Her heart suddenly raced, a mix of nervousness and shyness swirling in her chest, yet tinged with a faint sweetness.
"Come on in." Lucia released her from his embrace but gently took her by the wrist. The movement was so soft and natural, as if it were an extremely intimate gesture between them.
He gave a slight tug, leading Su Yaoyao into the house, his eagerness making it seem as if he were afraid she would disappear the very next second.
Su Yaoyao entered the villa. The interior was cozy and filled with an artistic atmosphere.
A few abstract paintings hung on the walls. In the center of the living room was a set of soft sofas, and on the coffee table beside them were some delicate pastries and fruit.
Before Su Yaoyao could get a good look around, Lucia led her to the living room and had her sit down.
"Sit here for a bit. I’ll go get you a cup of tea," Lucia said, turning to walk toward the kitchen.
Su Yaoyao sat on the sofa, feeling both nervous and excited. Her gaze wandered around the room until suddenly, she saw a painting on the wall. It depicted a Nine-tailed Fox running under the moonlight, its nine tails flowing in the wind, looking incredibly lifelike.
She couldn’t help but think of Lucia’s nine tails, and her anticipation of touching them with her own hands grew even stronger.
Lucia came out of the kitchen with the tea, placed it on the coffee table, and then sat down beside Su Yaoyao. He picked up a pastry and held it to her lips.
"Yaoyao, have a taste. I prepared these refreshments especially for you."
Su Yaoyao froze for a moment, her cheeks turning an even deeper shade of crimson at the intimate gesture.
