Chapter 1011: So, did you catch her?

“Don’t worry,” Idan gently hugged Arabel and planted a gentle kiss on her lips.

“All the Platinum-ranked beasts are already at the Dark Realm, so we only have to face the Gold-ranked beasts.”

“I know,” — Arabel nodded, pressing her face against Idan’s chest, as if energized by his energy.

“Besides, our goal is not to destroy all the beasts, but to protect the cities. The presence of Platinum-ranked creatures can scare them away and prevent a collision.”

Idan looked around at the small group of people who were ready to defend the cities. Instead of mobilizing all the Guild members, it was decided to create several small units, consisting mostly of creatures of Platinum rank and above.

“After all, the beasts are not moving to attack cities, they are following the Dark Sphere, being under its influence.”

Even knowing all this, Arabel couldn’t stop worrying.

After a short stay in the tender embrace of his wife, Idan returned to his group.

As promised, Darkia gave the coordinates of the portals hidden outside the Federation Capital. With the help of the Doppelgangers and Snow and Whitey, portals leading there were soon opened, and all four groups left the Kingdom.

A group consisting of Arabel’s Avatar (Bera), Eulalia, Liam, Arslan, and his doppelganger set out to intercept the northern wave of beasts.

A group consisting of Lina, Nemo, Neri (Irene’s doppelganger), Ren, and Lightning Fox (Lina’s second contract) set out to intercept the eastern wave of beasts.

The group, which included Idan, Ned, Pulsar, Crowey, and Mira (Milena’s doppelganger), set out to intercept the southern wave of beasts.

Finally, a group consisting of Esma, Lucinda, Aliya, Mari (Esma’s doppelganger), and Milena set out to intercept the western wave of beasts.

Considering the events that had taken place in the anomaly centers, each group was on guard, expecting ambushes and attacks. They were prepared for any difficulties, even to encounter a sixth-rank being, which seemed unlikely.

But everyone hoped that for a while the Dark Sphere would distract the attention of all interested parties, giving them the necessary time to complete their task.

After Idan left, Arabel immersed herself in her work.

Asking Milica and Sierra to monitor the situation, she stepped through the Permanent Access Portal and found herself in the Temple.

Due to the absence of most of the residents, the Temple seemed rather empty.

However, there was a Nanny puppet present, vigilantly guarding and taking care of the two little ones at the same time.

Rizzy immediately noticed Arabel’s appearance and reached out to her.

Arabel came over and gently took the baby in her arms, holding out her finger to feed her with her own blood. Catching her finger, Rizzy bit down with her sharp fangs and happily began to savor the fresh blood.

Due to her busy schedule in connection with the Disaster, in recent days only Arabel could give the baby her blood, and then in bottles.

Holding Rizzy in her arms, Arabel reflected that soon she would be holding her baby in her arms and feeding him, as all mothers do, with breast milk. This thought made her look at her breasts and wonder: will they grow up when they are filled with milk?

Wondering this, she began to imagine how Idan would react to her breasts when it grew up. She quickly shook her head to banish these thoughts, which were completely inappropriate right now.

Then she looked around the Temple and caught herself thinking that it had been a long time since she had seen the Staff Hero. From what she had heard, it could be assumed that she was already starting to get used to her new body.

“Maybe we should ask Essora to help her give birth faster?” Arabel thought.

“I wonder if she will decide to remain a woman after giving birth, or will she want to become a man again?”

The next second, she found herself in front of a familiar strange building, the doors of which swung open, welcoming her arrival.

“Hello, everyone,” Arabel said, remembering that this was not just a building, but a building made up of Doppelgangers.

The building rocked and creaked, welcoming her back.

Only then did Arabel step inside, ignoring the countless stares directed at her.

After walking a little deeper, she found herself in a room where Geminia was already waiting for her. She was enjoying a cup of tea while reading one of the many books she had brought from Earth.

Geminia noticed Arabel, put a bookmark in the book with a smile, so as not to forget where she had left off, and put it on the table.

“Have a seat, Arabel,” she invited.

“Greetings, Geminia,” Arabel replied and took the seat opposite.

Geminia couldn’t help but wonder, knowing Arabel’s situation.

“Thanks to the contract with Bera and the First Constellation, I am immune to the energy of madness. So such an amount of energy as here does not pose a threat to either me or the fetus,” Arabel said with confidence.

“Oh, great, then,” Geminia said, pulling out an extra set and pouring tea.

“Here, try it,” she offered Arabel a cup.

“Thank you,” — Arabel replied with a smile, accepting the drink and taking a sip.

“So, did you catch her?” — Geminia asked, her smile fading, replaced by seriousness.

“I’m sorry in advance, Geminia, but we haven’t been able to catch her yet, or even find out where she is.”

“She wasn’t in the Anomaly’s heart, and I’ve already instructed Felicia to look for her in the Capital.”

“But even if she’s not there, don’t worry,” Arabel assured, “even if she hides in the World of Darkness, we’ll definitely find her, I give you my word.”

Geminia looked at Arabel intently, and only after about ten seconds did a smile appear on her face.

“Okay, I’m counting on you.”

Arabel mentally wiped away the non-existent perspiration. For a moment, she felt fear of Geminia, and now she began to doubt the correctness of her decision.

“If you didn’t come to report this, then why did you come looking for me?” Geminia asked.

Arabel took a sip to moisten her throat before stating the reason for her visit.

“My husband and I would like to ask you to allow us to move the Kingdom from Earth to Limbo here, to the Forest of Doppelgangers.”
