Supreme Harem God System
Chapter 2348: So this Universe strengthens you.
"Allow me to show you, Nux Leander.
What the weakest Infinity, the Infinity of Chaos, is."
Zylarith’s voice came from every single direction, echoing right into Nux’s head. Nux expanded his senses, trying to keep control of the battlefield, but it was already too late—
Zylarith lowered his hand and the space between them folded.
Nux understood it—
The distance that separated them lost its meaning.
Zylarith’s only weakness, his Soul Form, which did not have the durability his normal body did, was now untouchable because the distance separating them was infinite.
Nux’s frown deepened.
Again, he hadn’t come here without preparation, he had talked with Azriel, he had learned what an Infinity was.
While Eternals and other beings created domains, an Infinity was a being whose understanding of their Law had surpassed the need for a Domain. Unlike an Eternal, who must create a Domain to gain absolute control within a limited space, an Infinity could impose their Law directly upon reality itself.
Anything that their Law could define, touch, interpret, or claim—
It became subject to their absolute authority.
This was also the reason Nux did not understand it—
Zylarith had power over Chaos, his Absolute Authority should be related to Chaos, Space should not be a part of it—
Then...
How was he manipulating space itself?
"Chaos is everywhere."
That was when Zylarith’s voice sounded again.
Nux’s dimension screamed, almost as if it was being ripped apart, while Zylarith continued with the same leisure as he raised his finger—
"Anything with order..."
Then he raised another finger.
"Anything with structure, anything with sequence, direction, purpose, form, meaning, memory, rule, or even name..."
Then, his smile widened—
"It is mine to ruin."
Nux didn’t care.
Zylarith was clearly drunk on power, so he needed to use this chance to devour him, now and here, before he became serious and made all this more difficult than it should be.
He used the Power over Space and appeared right in front of Zylarith, then, he punched.
BOOOOOM
Right now, Nux was inside his Universe, this was where he was at his strongest, his physical strength that was reinforced by thousands of worlds that he had devoured was more than enough to shatter even a High Level World in an instant—
It was a force strong enough to hurt even a Complete Infinity, let alone an Infinity that no longer had his physical body.
Yes, Nux was going straight for the kill but—
But the moment his fist moved, the distance between them changed again, Nux, who had teleported across infinite distance and was merely a step away from Zylarith—
Now, he was ten steps away.
Then a thousand.
Then he appeared beside Zylarith again, then behind... himself, then his location changed again—
With no pattern, no comprehensible understanding.
BOOOOM
His punch passed through empty air, destroying the space around it without hurting Zylarith one bit.
Zylarith, on the other hand, did not move an inch, he only looked at him with amusement.
"Did you not hear what I said?
Direction is order.
I can do with it what I please."
He spoke like a master teaching his disciple.
Nux didn’t say anything, he used the Space Law, preparing to repeat the same move again, Zylarith however, simply tilted his head and the space around Nux twisted.
Near became far.
Far became inside.
Inside became above.
Above became... nowhere.
Nux’s body vanished like he intended, but he did not appear where he wanted, he appeared somewhere else, somewhere random.
Zylarith saw that and smiled.
"Space is order too."
Nux’s face turned grim, he raised his hand, the Time flow in his dimension changed, everything slowed down, the space that was still twisted because of Zylarith’s sick power froze—
Nux stepped through the frozen moment and punched again.
For a moment, his fist almost reached Zylarith’s face, he was so close that even he had begun to believe that this one might connect. 𝑓𝘳𝑒𝑒𝓌𝘦𝘣𝘯ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝘤𝑜𝑚
But—
Just then, Zylarith’s eyes flashed.
The frozen time cracked, the cause and effect were reversed. The ’before’ and ’after’ changed places. He did ’punch’, but by the time the ’impact’ came, Zylarith was somewhere else.
Zylarith laughed.
"So is Time."
Nux looked at him, his expression now even more solemn. Zylarith looked back with the same confident smile.
Again, never once since this all began did he doubt his ability to win, even now, he believed that if he wanted, he could end Nux anytime he desired, but he just... allowed his child to play whatever games he desired, to use whatever moves he had collected, to show his father the progress he had made so far.
That was it—
That was all Zylarith was doing.
Nux could see it as well and he clenched his fists in anger and... humiliation. Still, he didn’t let his emotions get the better of him, not at a time like this.
He wanted to see Zylarith’s limits, if he even had any. So he did what he was best at, he continued to move.
This time, as he raised his hand, a black-red force formed around his fingers, the Energy of Destruction.
BOOOOOOOOOOM
The Energy moved towards Zylarith with the purpose of erasing him but—
"Purpose... is order too."
He commented as he watched the Energy of Destruction come, then, it stopped, trembled, and turned... inward.
The power that was meant to destroy Zylarith began destroying its own reason to exist.
It collapsed into itself and... vanished.
Nux’s eyes turned colder, the next Energy he used was the opposite of Chaos, Balance.
A vast and bright silver scale formed behind him, the chaotic space around him steadied, the twisted time returned to normal but—
"Using the only force that should be able to contain Chaos, huh?"
Zylarith’s eyes shined in amusement.
"Have you forgotten who I am?
If my power could have been suppressed by mere Balance, it wouldn’t have taken four Infinities to stop me, Equarios alone would have been enough.
But he wasn’t.
Equarios wasn’t enough—"
Zylarith then looked right at Nux and—
"What made you think you would be?"
He questioned with a mocking gaze and suddenly—
The silver scale behind Nux tilted, not to the left or the right—
It tilted in a direction that did not exist.
Balance began balancing the wrong things. Nux’s movement was balanced against stillness, his will was balanced against hesitation, and his very existence was balanced against... rejection.
For a brief moment, Nux’s body became heavy, so much that his head tilted forward, like he was bowing to Zylarith.
Zylarith’s smile deepened, he liked seeing the arrogant boy bow his head in front of him—
"That look suits yo—"
He tried to laugh, but Nux’s golden eyes shined intensely and he—
He stepped forward under all that weight.
BOOOM
The scale behind him shattered, his strength alone crushed the effect the scale had on him and that made Zylarith raise his eyebrow.
Nux, on the other hand, started walking towards him like a predator, his eyes burning with a hungry, overpowering light.
The laws around him screamed, Space twisted, Time cracked, Destruction lost purpose, Balance betrayed itself, yet—
He kept walking.
Inside, his body was being torn apart, blood came out of his mouth before vanishing, his bones were forced to remember how they were broken in the past, his muscles were told they had no direction to move, his organs were dragged into different states, dead, alive, burning, freezing—
The pressure that the Chaos around him had built on him was enough to crush armies of Eternals, or even affect an Infinity. Zylarith remembered using this exact method to stop Seraphielle from closing the distance between them, yet...
Nux did not stop, he glared at Zylarith as he kept taking one step after another forward.
Zylarith watched him, his amusement slowly starting to change into... interest.
"You are strong."
He had to admit it.
A move that stopped even an Infinity, he was taking it head-on, through sheer physical strength.
It was something Zylarith had never seen before.
Even Ul’Thakar, who was the strongest Infinity when it came to pure, raw Physical Strength, couldn’t do what Nux was doing right now.
"How?"
Zylarith couldn’t help but wonder out loud.
And Nux—
He just grinned.
"You have no idea who you are up against, do you?"
He spoke, his bloodied mouth and burning eyes only making him look scarier. Not that Zylarith seemed particularly scared, he was simply trying to understand how Nux, who clearly wasn’t an Infinity, was holding his own.
And that was when his mind came up with a theory—
"So this Universe strengthens you."
He smiled.
"Since you are its God, you must have a way to use some of its strength, this was the reason you brought me here.
You truly believed you had what it takes to defeat me just because in here, your physical strength is slightly higher than normal Infinities.
That is quite commendable."
He praised.
But the next second, he laughed out loud.
"Also quite foolish."
Nux narrowed his eyes, Zylarith, on the other hand, just grinned.
"Allow me to show you why."
