Governor Martin and Orion went to the border to see the Lord. But she was not there. She was at the gathering point.

It was located in an unexplored region. They had to cross the border and go deeper. They didn’t know what to do right now.

They didn’t have the courage to go deeper.

Just then, someone appeared. The person was none other than the old lady.

She said, "The beast has gone back to hiding. I’m sure it will send corrupted beasts from the unexplored region."

"The blood and body parts of the higher-tier beasts are attractive to them. So you guys have to stay here until the team from the Human Alliance comes here," she added.

Hearing that, Martin and Orion understood the seriousness of the matter. The beast had escaped, but the problem was not over yet.

The old lady instructed them in a few other things. She then went back to her post. She was going to stay at the gathering point until help arrived at the city.

Martin and Orion returned to the inner area. They were standing in midair. In the blink of an eye, the Tier-8 Heads of the Beast Taming Forces gathered there.

Among them, the Dean of the Central University, the Head of the Beast Taming Association, the Beast Taming Families, and Head Harold from the Red Moon Chamber were present as well.

Martin conveyed the conversation that went on with the Lord.

Knowing that the beast had escaped, the Heads got tense. They were afraid that the situation might continue in the future.

But they were relaxed knowing that the Lord was going to monitor the border. The other help was on its way.

As long as a few more lords from the Human Alliance came to the city, they would put an end to the tricky Tier-9 corrupted beasts.

After the meeting ended, everyone decided to take shifts to monitor the wilderness. They knew the battlefield would attract the beasts from the unexplored region.

They didn’t want a situation where the wilderness was filled with corrupted beasts. They decided to prevent this from happening.

They were going to watch over the wilderness in shifts. The governors were happy. They needed their support and help as well.

When everything was decided, a few of them stayed back while others returned to the city. When the shift was over, they would come back to take their places.

Martin and Orion recalled the special team as well. The team of talented young beast tamers had helped them as well.

Now that they had found a way to solve the problem with minimum casualties, they instructed them to go back to the city as well.

Time passed.

Jeremy Night returned to the Red Moon Chamber half an hour later. He walked into the building. He was immediately greeted by the members.

Everyone was happy that the battle had come to an end. The news of the special team deployed in the wilderness had been leaked.

The members started congratulating him.

Jeremy nodded his head and spoke a few words before going to his room. After reaching the room, he entered and shut the door.

He immediately refreshed himself before going to bed. He lay down in the bed and tried to sleep. His nerves and senses had been up the whole time.

He didn’t know what happened, but he felt sleepy and fell asleep in a few minutes.

The lords from the Human Alliance came faster than others thought. This time, the team consisted of three powerful beast tamers.

They appeared to be middle-aged people. Two of them were male and one of them was female. They had come here after receiving the orders.

The trio didn’t look for anyone. They flew directly toward the wilderness, because they sensed the presence of the Tier-9 Beast Tamer.

The person was one of their own who had been waiting for them. They crossed the core area and the border.

Then they reached the gathering point. The old lady was standing on top of the bedrock. She had been waiting for their arrival.

"Lady Monaca, thanks for waiting for us," the middle-aged woman said.

The other two middle-aged men greeted her as well.

The old lady nodded her head and said, "The Tier-9 Black Centipede. We had a battle. It injured my plant beasts with its thousand legs. So be careful."

"Black Centipede!"

"It’s on our list. We will take care of the beast," the middle-aged woman said.

The next second, the three of them left the place. They rushed towards the unexplored region.

The old lady was not surprised. These three people were among the top rankings of combat power.

They had records of killing Tier-9 beasts before, which included poisonous beasts as well. So the Tier-9 Black Centipede won’t pose a threat to them.

But she decided to stay here. Though she might not have as much combat power as them, she had decades of experience.

If any unforeseen situation arose, they might need her help. So she made up her mind to stay here.

On the other hand, the three Beast Tamers entered the unexplored region.

They immediately felt the auras of powerful beasts, which included many Tier-7 and Tier-8 beasts. They had also felt the aura of the Tier-9 beast. They didn’t want to disturb the others.

They began to move slowly, looking for the Tier-9 Black Centipede.

At the same time, the Tier-9 Black Centipede had been keeping an eye on the wilderness. It suddenly felt the aura of the three human powerhouses entering the wilderness.

The Black Centipede’s intellect came into play. It knew one of them was already waiting there. If they teamed up to fight against it, it could be defeated.

So, the beast started retreating deeper into the unexplored region. If it went further down this path, it might enter the territory of other Tier-9 beasts.

It could cause another fight. But compared to the current situation, the Tier-9 beast preferred going deeper.
