MamMon DæMon Narrating:

*...’The Aether’...

The term was once considered as a space only accessable to the Gods, and provided space for the immortal deities to escape, after their mettling interventions with humanity.

It was a place only for the most divine and where no feeble human could follow.

So when the Greeks began recording ’language’ some time around 1450 B.C., they recognized there were ’things’ they shared their world with. ’Things’ that couldn’t be seen or observed...yet.

Without a gauntlet of mind numbing distractions to constantly avoid, early humans deconstructed the mysterious world they were living in.

They properly acknowledged the existence of a ’movement’ they couldn’t explain, contain, or constrain, and they somewhat understood the basic logic to the ’scientific method’, even if it wasn’t a legitimate technique.

’If one certain action, constantly leads to the same re-action, it must be the universal truth for all’.

However, they never properly credited the universe as it’s own individual being nor the Seiõr energy sharing existence with them.

Like other cultures around the world and before them, those scholars personified specifically observed phenomenon as one of ’the Gods’ deciding the ultimate outcome.

When Plato and Aristotle began recording their own observations, they recognized there were certain ’elements’ around them.

One could argue those ’elements’ indisputably crafted this observable existence.

The necessities for all living beings could be broken down to their finest ’ingredients’, or ’elements’ needed to continue living.

The Air surrounding all, allowing us to breath, and carries the sun’s unique ability to give all life, light.

The Earth underneath their feet grew the food needed to avoid hunger and where the vessel of every once living being goes to.

The Water no living beings can exist without. Hydrating all forms of life, and where more food lives, available to be caught.

The Fire that makes meals warm and acts as our temporary safety/comfort until the praised Sun returns.

These original four elements were seen as the ’essence’ of all known existence and all four shared the same theme.

Being a crucial factor to the survival of all life, the core elements can also be a factor in the ending of life if used improperly, or without using them at all.

Without breathing the air in our atmosphere, asphyxiation.

Without drinking clean water, dehydration.

Without the heat from the sun or nightly fires, hypothermia.

Without the earth and the crops that grow from it, not just humans, but all walking life would perish.

On the opposite side of the chart, too much oxygen can cause hyperoxia.

The water that’s absolutely needed to hydrate, can drown and is needed to dampen the soil for the crops to grow before the winter’s cold prevents crop growth.

Finally, the brutal heat from the sun can’t be directly controlled from the source and sometimes the brutal rays create wild fires, destroying shelter or killing unfortunate life in the process.

However, there was a fifth major element the forefathers of imagination believed to exist.

They documented in their beliefs, there was a final ’element’ or ’essence’ that not only fueled an individual’s thoughts, but also kept the celestial bodies and stars from crashing into each other while they moved in the night sky.

The ’Quintessence’, or 5th element, also shared the identical ’theme’ as the other 4 observable elements, but #5 contributes more as the role of ’tools and glue’, per se.

The overlooked element of ’Idea’...

When the senses help organic computers process their surroundings, certain triggers can help create inspiration, or help ’figure out’ a beneficial decision towards the protecting hardware’s well-being.

Humans aren’t the only ones to have the privilege of thought.

Most conscious creatures may act on instincts or impulse, but basic evolution is the proof most organic processors are constantly progressing towards it’s vessel’s ensured safety.

Unlike the other essences, ’Idea’ itself can not directly affect reality or anything outside of the incorporeal Aether realm.

But on the contrary, it isn’t until the physical vessel of the thinking mind takes action, has a strong confident mindset, and enough of an influence over the four available essences immediately around them.

With all those variables, a once considered fictional ’Idea’ within the Aether, can be ’extracted’ and brought into reality, per se.

From the Aether, most social constructs are shared.

While at the same time, it exists as a wasteland full of dead or failed creations.

From countless small, failed fictional universes, to lost/forgotten languages, and completely obsolete inventions, to the tools that have yet to be thought of by the current generation of humans.

For others who are unable to conquer the unlimited void, the Aether has contained all the concepts of justice, politics, and religions. All of which have set a precedent for humanity to strive towards successful growth for the greater good.

Don’t be fooled, the Aether is not exempt from the unavoidable contemporary forces.

If there are options within, meant for the use of good, there will undoubtedly be plans, devised by the most villainous mindsets, misusing the same ’Idea’ for their own nefarious deeds.

For all souls that are righteous and unselfish, the Aether can be a place of dreams, hopes, and goals.

The strive to ’want something different, or what nobody else has’.

The notion to ’become something or discover somewhere nobody else has before’.

The need to ’invent something which hasn’t been built yet’, to help increase their overall quality of life.

The desire to ’create a story within a separate, and interesting universe’, not for fame, but as a sign of overflowing appreciation and an attempt to pay homage to the tales that contributed towards their inspiration.

To repeat, the Aether has no physical matter but, also abides by the constant universal balance containing ’contemporary forces’.

Whenever a righteous or life saving invention is forged from this realm, it won’t be long before a selfish or life taking contraption is also extracted as a way to counter.

Within the Aether is a terrifying, dark void of disparity, greed, oppressiveness, hate, pain, sickness, loss, belligerency, callousness, and ghastly triggers.

The intimidating domain appears the same to all who enter, regardless of intentions, but it is how each person exits, that matters to reality.

The most hateful, selfish, and rage fueled humans manage to leave with vengeful schemes, weapons to kill their enemies/innocent, and blueprints for twisted torture tactics as unreasonable punishments.

While the most righteous individuals with clear intentions, unwavering aspirations, and the proper support, exit with exuberance for others, not just themselves.

Anybody, ’good’ or ’evil’, can be successful in traversing through the Aether. It doesn’t matter how physically strong someone is, or their IQ level.

The most essential tool needed to bring something to reality from the Aether, is one’s own will power.

Just as everyone has their ways to psychoanalyze their beliefs of the observable universe, everyone has the will to continue searching the Aether for what they know deep in their heart can be found.

It’s the individuals who never give in, and never give up, who are the most successful in finding their goals.

Almost in relation with Seiõr and it’s conditions to be accepted, the minds who don’t care for the Aether, or don’t try hard enough to succeed, will live a lifetime of ignorance and failure.

To continue their benighted existences, all the weak wills and lazy laymen live dependent on the gratitude of the Aether’s successful surveyors.*

{Present Day, Mt. Decima,

Higher-Class Residential District 9:30 P.M.}

Inside Tristan and Stephanie’s apartment, at the diner table everyone was eating at almost an hour ago, all the adults (Tristan, Stephanie, Bethany, Isfet, Ichythis, and Peyton) are sitting, listening to the DæMon’s explanation of the Aether.

Tristan is in deep thought, clearly comprehending the new information with more ease than the rest of the group around him.

Stephanie is sweating a tiny bit as a result of the overwhelming lecture, but blushes and grins, watching the man she loves become so locked in on the topic.

Both Bethany and Peyton are completely brain fried from trying to process the entirety of what was just broken down to them.

Peyton: "You lost me... Back up a bit...so it was around 1650 B.C. they started recording Latin?"

While Isfet and Ichythis continue to smoke, the two women calmly take in all the confusing logic they are being told.

The DæMon, in her Money Tree cloak, has the ends of her golden hair laying over her chest, and her almost hypnotic blue eyes glowing from the casted shadow under her covering hood.

MamMon DæMon: "Now with that being said, whenever an advanced enough Seiõr user can ferment enough PsychoSeiõr to access a Mindscape, the Aether immediately becomes the Æther.

With help from the proper universal Seiõr, the Æther completely contorts, colors, and casts it’s spacial totality, into an exact replica of a once considered ’fictional universe’, based on the target’s beliefs."

Tristan: "So what if someone tried going to a universe that they didn’t know much about? Does the Æther fill in the blanks?"

Raising an eyebrow, the DæMon lightly taps the corner of her mouth, examining the curious young man with interest.

MamMon DæMon: "Hmm, I think I’m starting to understand why Erinyes Nephilim’s expectations are so high of you, Boy.

You’ve even become more willing to participate.

...How flattering."

The modest family man gets slightly embarrassed, looking around at everyone else either struggling or not trying as hard as him to keep up with the discussion.

MamMon DæMon: "While everyone else is lagging behind, you ponder on the questions that would lead others to even more confusion...

To answer your question, young man.

Yes, the target doesn’t need to know the intricacies of the desired Mindscape to successfully transport there.

Once the PsychoSeiõr is cast, it doesn’t matter if the target does or doesn’t have useful knowledge pertaining to the selected story. The Æther still exists as the Aether simultaneously.

It contains all versions, of every world created, and how others have imagined them.

The transmogrifying space molds into the most consistently conceived layout of the selected reality."

Ichythis: *exhales puff* "So what you implying is, this ’Aether space’ holds multiple infinite universes, like it was some sort of library?"

The powerful Scandinavian witch laughs out loud behind her hand.

MamMon DæMon: "Oooohhhhhtotototototo!

In all honesty, that comparison is perfect, ’little fish’.

It wouldn’t sound completely asinine to relate the Aether to a ’library’, but all libraries have a finite amount of material. As where the Aether holds an infinite amount of infinite sized universes, Deary.

A prime example, there once was a formidable Valkyrie who went by the name ’Skalmönd’.

Skalmönd’s original purpose was to collect all the legendary blades from the Old Norse tales she had been inspired by.

With the gracious assistance from one of the most distinguished and skilled Völva, Iôunn, the determined woman warrior traversed multiple Mindscapes to find those weapons.

All the Sagas, the tales of Valhalla, and the heavily engaging stories generationally spread by the early North Germans, were all necessary to mold the intended settings for the Mindscapes Skalmönd and Iôunn would eventually enter.

In the end, the Valkyrie used her amazing talents to collect five mythical blades."

Under the table, hiding inside her long sleeve, MamMon DæMon grips one of the stolen legendary weapons, the dagger/wand, Læviatian.

MamMon DæMon: "I’ve already explained how it isn’t possible for the Aether to simply provide someone with that in which they seek.

However, because of the sensational materializing and manifesting abilities of PsychoSeiõr, Skalmönd was able to defeat the mythology in the way of her desires, and she exited every Mindscape, with a ’fictional’ weapon from the Æther.

Armed literally ’to the teeth’ with her extravagant trophies, Skalmönd became a hidden legend, to the world ignorant of Seiõr."
