"So the council doesn’t know about this?" Jacob inquired.

Jacob nodded, acknowledging the being’s words.

Jacob smiled cunningly, with these newfound abilities, coupled with the ones he already had, there was no way he was holding back anymore.

"Oh... and remember, with great power..." The regulator started again.

Jacob laughed, and in a flash he was whisked back to his soft bed, he lay in it for a couple minutes, his head hurting slightly from all the information he had just processed, all the knowledge he was now privy to, he knew basically anything.

’There was truly no need for the library huh?’ He mused, a faint smile playing on his lips.

He stepped in front of the mirror for what seemed like the billionth time, the reflection that met him almost blew him away, his current looks made his former self seem even ugly, he still had the same color eyes, hair, and skin, but he looked even more magnificent.
