Everyone’s thoughts were so unexpected to Arabella that she was overwhelmed.

They were actually worried about her health because they heard she was poisoned in Medeus.

It seems that they valued her enough now for them to at least worry about her health instead of just thinking of who would be Ferdinand’s next Empress if she died.

They had varied thoughts but generally, they were worried about her health and how Ferdinand would react if something happened to her; or if she decided to leave because of everything that she experienced after getting married to Ferdinand.

Arabella did not attend any events when they returned since she was busy with work aside from the marquess’ residence for mourning Renee’s "death".

It seems to have worried the ministers that she may not have fully recuperated yet or was still recuperating and Renee’s "death" could have worsened her condition.

They knew that even though it was announced that Arabella was already well, it may not be the truth. It could have been something they released to assure the masses.

They needed her to be in good health since they were hoping for an heir.

The ministers also did not want the possibility of her leaving Ferdinand who had been much calmer and stayed put ever since he got married.

"She has fully recovered. I would have never allowed her to even step out of her room if she wasn’t," Ferdinand said with a straight face.

Meanwhile, the people in the throne room were stunned to silence to hear such words from him since it was clear that he said it out of worry for her.

They never thought he would voice out his concern for her even here.

[Right. With how much he treasures her, he would not have allowed her to work if she was still unwell.]

The elderly ministers were having fun watching and listening keenly to Ferdinand’s every word and action comparing how much he changed.

"If Her Majesty is well, then we are very much relieved," the ministers said and finally backed down.

Arabella glanced at her husband when she heard their thoughts and they were right. He was giving them a cold glare.

He was thinking, [How dare these bastards be so delighted! I shouldn’t have allowed her here after all. Their eyes are feasting on her. I hate it.]

Everyone did not even dare look at Arabella for too long because of Ferdinand’s glare and yet he was still thinking that their eyes were ’feasting on her.’

Arabella thought he had greatly improved after they finally consummated, and yet, Ferdinand still gets jealous of everyone and anyone.

She squeezed his hand while everyone was not looking. When Ferdinand glanced at her, Arabella smiled at him too so he would not feel left out.

Ferdinand’s eyes immediately softened and he smiled at her too. Right on time when the ministers and rulers gathered here and looked at them again.
