.

Ferdinand finally let her go to the bath while he stayed in the room to do something about his arousal.

She felt bad for teasing him. But she was truly willing to go for a round or two. He was the one who refused.

She took her time in the bath and the warm water felt so rejuvenating to her body.

When she was done, their brunch was ready at the garden.

Alfredo was there to serve them.

Thankfully, Ferdinand had chosen a spot that was in the opposite direction of where they made love last night.

She wouldn’t have been able to eat if they had their meal in the same spot. She would have been too embarrassed thinking about what transpired last night.

The food was superb as usual with Alfredo leveling up his skills even more. Eating with Ferdinand, of course, made the food taste even better.

As he promised, Ferdinand didn’t touch her even when the night came until she finally allowed him to heal her.

He also gave her a lot of his mana since she hadn’t received any from him in the past two months because they were apart.

They stayed in the mansion for two more days as a celebration of their reunion and to make up for their time away from each other. 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺

On the fourth day, they returned to Ferdinand’s palace and Alvis was still there.

"Why are you still here?" Ferdinand complained at the sight of the Elf King.

"How can I leave without saying goodbye to the host?" Alvis replied with a question. But the host he was looking at was Arabella and not Ferdinand.

"Me?" Arabella blinked repeatedly.

"Of course, Your Majesty. I know your husband would have preferred if I already left but how can I go without speaking with you first," Alvis smiled at her, and Ferdinand made a low growl.

Alvis ignored it though.

"You could have gone while we were away. Now I feel bad for making you wait. And this place is Ferdinand’s," Arabella pointed out that she wasn’t the host.

"I believe this place is the same as yours now that you have accepted to be the Frost Great Primordial’s mate though," Alvis said.

"Eh?" Arabella glanced at her husband.

"Yes, everything that’s mine, is yours now," Ferdinand lovingly kissed the back of her hand.

Alwin rolled his eyes while Alvis smiled.

"I do?" Arabella wasn’t sure she even understands the meaning of this when she doesn’t even understand the extent of what Ferdinand owned. He had lived for too long after all. It was a bit terrifying to co-own something that might be too much for her.

[I knew it. They were busy getting intimate.

She had even more of his mana now.

How could he give so much when she just received mana from Alwin a few days ago?

Are their mana simply that compatible with each other that she could keep receiving so much from him?] Alvis wondered.

Arabella didn’t know just how much mana Ferdinand was giving him, but it wasn’t uncomfortable in the least bit no matter how much he gave her.

[Oh, and what’s with that reaction from my nephew. He kept denying being close to Her Majesty, but he really is. I hope he doesn’t fall for her though. Alwin is still too young to understand what couples truly do when they’re all alone, so he doesn’t fully understand what went on with these two.]

Alvis smiled at seeing Alwin roll his eyes but was worried he may be getting too close with Arabella.

’Haha. If only you knew. Alwin would never fall for me,’ Arabella wanted to point out.

Thankfully, Alwin could not hear these thoughts, or he would cringe in disgust.

Arabella could tell that Alwin’s relationship with Alvis seemed to have improved. They must have had some bonding while waiting for Arabella and Ferdinand to return.

"I shall be taking my leave now, Your Majesty. But I shall meet you again in the human realm," Alvis bowed politely.

"What’s that supposed to mean?" Ferdinand frowned.

Arabella was also confused. Does this mean Alvis would be going to the human realm too?

"I have some business to attend with in the human realm so I shall go there after checking on everyone at home and doing my work," Alvis explained.

[Since Her Majesty is already reborn, the Fairy King may also be alive in the human realm. I need to see him if that’s the case.] Alvis thought and Arabella tensed.

The Fairy King was her former husband. What would Alvis do with having to meet with him once he finds him alive in the human realm?

"Elf King, I didn’t hear about this," Ferdinand brows further furrowed.

"That’s why I said it now. I would be going for a personal reason, so I won’t be there as part of your entourage," Alvis clarified.

"Then, you don’t have to visit my wife. You don’t have to visit Valeria at all if your business is not there. You are just going to be a disturbance. She has a lot of work to do," Ferdinand refused any visits.

"But I also must visit my nephew, so I’ll also visit Her Majesty too in the process. I heard the Imperial Palace, and the Magic Tower are just beside each other. Of course, I have to offer my greetings," Alvis reasoned.

Ferdinand glanced at Alwin. The latter quickly shook his head. But Ferdinand said instead, "I see. Alright then. But you can only see my wife for a bit."

"Yes, of course," Alvis agreed.

"Do not forget to have the limits placed on you. Your mana would be troublesome if you let it ooze freely in the human realm," Ferdinand reminded.

With that, Alvis teleported home.

Arabella was left pondering about what Alvis’ motives could be for searching for the Former Fairy King.

"Shall we go back to Valeria?" Ferdinand offered his hand.

It was time to go back to the Imperial Palace. A lot of work was surely waiting for them there.
