Clearly, in the eyes of Lian Yeye and Lady Zhao, the people in the old mansion combined were not as reliable and close as Lian Manman.

"What, Old Three’s family lost money." Old Master Lian upon hearing this, immediately asked.

"Grandpa, it’s our market day egg-selling money that’s gone, a total of 126 wen." Lian Yeye then carefully recounted the lost money incident.

"It must be Eldest’s wife who stole the money, otherwise how could she have run far with those bound feet!" Lady Zhou, hearing Lian Yeye’s words, immediately said aloud.
