The Archangel pointed his hand at the Jade Emperor and fired a beam of light that pierced straight through his chest.

FLASH!

The Jade Emperor’s eyes widened as they glowed with celestial light.

"The Great Creator has decided to grant you Minor Administrative Privileges, Jade Emperor. Your continued support is greatly appreciated. Use this power to slay her at all costs, no matter what."

"Thank you! I am eternally grateful for such an honorable task!"

"I will take my leave, but with the Authority I have granted you, you may call upon my power if necessary. We cannot allow her to reach Heaven. Absolutely not."

"Understood!"

With a brilliant explosion of light, the Archangel vanished, leaving everyone stunned. The gods glanced at one another in awe.

"You all heard the great Archangel. Move!"

The Jade Emperor had no time for pleasantries. He urged everyone forward with urgent haste.

The Tenfold Lotus Realm, Vedas, trembled as the ten worlds contained within each of its petals began to stir violently.

The endlessly vast lands started gathering essence. Dragon Veins, Spirit Veins, and Chaotic Veins beneath the mountains converged at rapid speed.

Living beings across every world trembled in fear as supreme deities raced through the tenfold worlds, channeling the very essence of each petal to form enormous Divine Dharma Formations.

Dragons, Buddhas, Deities, and True Immortals shook the Ten Heavens, preparing for the inevitable clash.

With every passing minute, Maria destroyed yet another Celestial Wall, drawing dangerously closer.

"Seriously, what is so impressive about this woman that even the Great Celestials are terrified of her?!" Shiva complained as he soared through the skies, using his divine dancing arts to rapidly assist in the creation of a powerful heavenly seal formation.

"Whatever it is, we must not lower our guard, Shiva," Brahma warned. "An Outer God is still an Outer God."

"..."

As Shiva observed the Tenth World, he suddenly sensed great chaos rippling through the membranes of space and time. A large portal began to open.

No. Something was slicing through it, fighting against a giant wall made of pure, concentrated celestial energy.

Until...

"She’s here..."

Shiva smiled. A potent attack struck the empty air, unleashing a giant wave of sword energy that slammed into the nearby mountain range and split dozens of mountains apart in an instant.

RUMBLE!

As the tenth world trembled, Shiva and the gods beside him looked down. Their eyes widened as endless darkness seeped through the cracks in space.

This darkness spread rapidly in every direction, merging with the Essence of Heaven and Earth in a way none of them had ever witnessed.

"What...! What is this ominous, monstrous presence?! Is this an Outer God?!"

Shiva looked at his own hands and realized they were trembling.

For the first time, he trembled in fear.

His eyes widened as he glared at the entity, his teeth clenched tightly.

Then a wild smile spread across his face.

"She’s here!" he roared. "Heh...! Hahahaha!"

The void he stared into, the abyss that the entity emanated, pierced his soul and began to drive Shiva mad. Laughing wildly, he let his madness take over as he rushed downward.

"Wait! Shiva! What are you doing?!" Brahma screamed. "The formation is not ready yet! Resist the impulse!"

"You idiot, stop!" Kali shouted.

"Shiva!" Vishnu roared.

It was futile. Consumed by madness, Shiva laughed maniacally and charged straight into the spreading darkness.

There, he pierced the void.

And saw her.

A weeping goddess with countless red eyes shedding black tears of pain.

"W-What...?!"

Out of nowhere, an overwhelming sorrow flooded Shiva’s heart. Utterly terrified, he released all of his Divine Power at once.

He gathered chaotic divinity within his Trishula, the almighty golden trident, and spun around in a frenzied dance, spreading chaos and destruction everywhere.

"I am your worst matchup, illusionist! Hahahaha!"

He laughed as the shadows rapidly dissipated. The black tears were destroyed, and chaos surged in all directions.

"He’s dissipating the Outer God’s Domain!" Kali exclaimed.

"The formation is not finished yet! We cannot... Damn it! Send everyone else!" Vishnu ordered.

Dozens of gods emerged from golden gates summoned by Brahma and rushed down to support Shiva.

Amid the dissipating black fog, a single entity of shadows and abyss appeared, overflowing with ghostly flames.

She stood fifty meters tall, with long tentacle-like hair and a dress and veil made of flowing black tears.

In her hands she held two swords of glistening starlight and abyssal nightmares.

Her eyes remained closed, but the enormous third eye on her forehead opened, releasing an all-encompassing wave of power.

"So this is Vedas. What a beautiful, wonderful welcome party."

"KILL HER!!!"

Shiva screamed as every god roared in unison. All at once, the gods unleashed their Divine Arts and Techniques, raining hell upon the Outer God.

Shiva clashed with her directly. While he attacked, the entity swung her sword, splitting space apart and suddenly cleaving two gods who had tried to sneak behind her: one resembling a crane and another a green-skinned man with eight arms and eight weapons.

SLASH! SLASH!

"KUAAAGH!"

As they screamed in agony and perished, Shiva roared in fury. He swung his fists and pulverized the entity’s body with countless explosive attacks of pure chaos.

"HOW DARE YOU! DIE!"

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

The entity was overwhelmed. She continued weeping as her tears transformed into potent magic spells that bombarded Shiva’s body and began destroying his protective barrier.

Shiva swiftly reformed the barrier with his chaotic energies, then gathered all his power into his palms and condensed it into a single sphere of radiant destruction.

"{Radiant Chaos: Ultimate Destruction}!!!"

The sphere erupted, covering his entire body and turning his skin from blue to dark purple. Countless stars glistened across his form.

"UOOOOHHH!"

With a mighty roar, Shiva unleashed a relentless dance of attacks. The Outer God was pushed back again and again while the other gods assisted, dealing more and more damage.

However...

Without a word, the entity swung her two swords and sliced apart six more gods. One slash struck Shiva directly, cutting through his face and chest.

"GAAACK?!"

Shiva groaned, bleeding heavily.

Yet he was tough enough to endure the blow and press forward.

"RAAAAHHH!"

With a thunderous roar, chaos erupted from his entire body. Dozens of new arms sprouted from him, smashing into the entity with devastating force.

"DIE! DIE! DIE!!!"

As he attacked without pause, the Outer God suddenly began to crack.

Then...

BOOOMMM!!!

The entity exploded into pieces, spreading black ghostly fog everywhere.

Shiva’s eyes widened in triumph.

"Haaa... Hahah...! How about that! That thing is dead, Brahma! What were you so damn worried about?!"

"You fool! It is not over!"

"...?!"

Shiva’s eyes widened further as not two, but ten swords pierced his body in a single second. Behind him, he heard the furious flapping of dragonfly wings.

"GAHAA...?!"

Shiva vomited blood. His eyes widened in shock as he glared at ten entities identical to the one he had just killed, all impaling him with their swords.

"W-What?! Clones?! W-Wait a second...!"

Shiva swung his fists wildly, crushing several of the illusions, but more emerged from the fog, which merged with the essence of the world and spread endlessly across the skies.

"Where...! Where is she?! Where is the main body?!"

Despite his wounds, Shiva continued smashing countless clones, but more kept attacking him while slaughtering the lesser gods around them.

"Damn it!"

As he screamed, overwhelmed, thousands of radiant weapons rained down from the sky, impaling and destroying the clones one by one.

"Brahma!"

"Shiva! She’s gone!"

"W-What?!"

Shiva quickly broke away from the clones while Kali and Vishnu rushed to the front lines to defend the other gods and stabilize the situation.

Brahma touched Shiva’s body and began healing his wounds.

"W-What do you mean she’s gone?!"

"That damn monster! You have been fighting a mere illusion! The moment she stepped here... she used an item to skip floors!"

"...?! That’s possible?!"

"We are receiving reports from all across Vedas!"
