Zhang Shishi stayed at his house, and he would always do the chores eagerly.

Shao Jue was playing games in the study. Looking at the accusatory Shao Chen, "Why are you here? I didn’t invite you."

"Why did you ask Shi Shi to clean for you?" Shao Chen questioned him.

"She volunteered." Shao Jue shrugged, "Didn’t she tell you?"

"You’re taking advantage of her! How dare you say she volunteered?" Shao Chen clenched his fists.

"Taking advantage?" Shao Jue scoffed, "Do you know what it means for a male star to exploit a female star? Is it just cleaning, or is it about a good performance in bed?"

Shao Chen raised his fist to punch him.

Zhang Shishi quickly embraced him, "Shao Chen, don’t! Shao Jue really hasn’t bullied me, never before, and not now either..."

"Sure! You can clean for me." Shao Jue, being the eldest of four, never liked tidying up the room.

"As long as I want!" Shao Jue smiled devilishly.

"You’re cheating." If Zhang Shishi wasn’t holding him back, Shao Chen would’ve fought Shao Jue again.

"No!" Shao Jue laughed, "If you do well, it might end soon. If you don’t, who knows when it’ll end. That’s fair."

"Okay." Shao Chen agreed.

"Go on! Clean thoroughly before you leave, don’t interrupt my gaming." Shao Jue closed the door.

Zhang Shishi immediately said, "Shao Chen, I’ll clean with you! It’ll be quicker this way."

"No need." Shao Chen refused, "I can handle it."

He wiped the windows, mopped the floor, and tidied up the living room.

Zhang Shishi didn’t want him to tire out, so she kept helping nearby.

She watched Shao Chen’s serene, handsome face, not daring to speak much, just occasionally handing him water to drink.
