Chapter 2945: The Gods of Olympus’ Fury
A hand with a wing bracelet pierced the red rift that they have created and the immense power of divine origin poured from it. The Apostles of Typhon felt their entire body go tense as the divine energy was almost equal to their master. Even if the pressure was not equal to their master, the being that is trying to catch them is still powerful enough to kill all of them.
Causian could be seen missing an arm which is why he decided to risk it all. He pushed the others into the other rift that they had created. He then transformed his remaining arm into that of a bird talon. Without even thinking what would happen to him, Causian charged towards the hand that pierced the red rift.
Just as Causian is about to land an attack, the hand that pierced the red rift swiped down and released a powerful burst of divine energy that killed Causian in that strike alone. Given that he is already weakened and severely injured, Causian already knew that escaping with them will just slow them down which is why he decided to just die here for now as he bought the others time.
Causian’s sacrifice was not in vain as the others escaped through the red rift that they created and vanished from the area. The newly created rift also closed as soon as they used it as it was designated to be a one time use from the start. It is designed to make sure that they will not be tracked since their escape needed to be flawless.
"Did I kill something?" The God Hermes stated as he came out of the red rift.
The God Hermes could feel the rejection of the world as it restricted a powerful god like him to move without weakening his power. The area that he is in now is no longer at the area of Olympus which is why he cannot just appear here all of a sudden. The only reason why he is not getting heavily restricted is due to the fact that he is a Messenger God. They can somewhat evade the restriction placed on the world as long as they are not in battle as their main job is delivering messages.
"This place is no longer part of Olympus as my body now feels incredibly heavy. They also used something that is imbued with Janus’ energy to escape as well. Unlike this one, the rift they used to escape is only temporary as the traces are no longer present. The fact that they can even escape a god like me known for his speed is something that needs to told to the others." The God Hermes stated as he entered the rift that he used to get to this place.
As soon as the God Hermes entered the rift, he destroyed it with his own divine energy so that no other being can use that rift. The people he chased were the intruders that were able to find the Garden of the Hesperides. They also stole most of the golden apples there and even killed the tamed monsters that should have been guarding them.
The God Hermes did not know how such mortals were able to do so but he did get a whiff of their aura and they were not completely human. The beings that infiltrated the Garden of the Hesperides were beings with monster blood in their system. It could also be said that they only look human but they are in fact powerful monsters that have taken in human form.

Back at Olympus, the storm clouds above could be seen becoming darker than ever as the anger of the God King Zeus has reached its peak. When the God of War Ares told them that the ones that came had the aura and energy of the Primordial Calamity Typhon, the God King Zeus immediately became ballistic but made sure to control himself.
The God King Zeus is not a magnanimous being that is as calm as the skies but he is just like a storm that is about to rage on. If one were to truly know the real personality of the God King Zeus, they would be severely disappointed because he is not kingly in any behavior. The only reason why he became the God King of Olympus is due to the fact that he was the one that freed his siblings from being devoured by their father.
The other being that is keeping him in line is the God Queen Hera as she reminds him what a king should do. This is mostly effective but the God King Zeus real personality is not something that can be changed. It became even more difficult to change because gods are bent on their ways and are the most stubborn beings in existence.
"So, it was all the that beast’s plan." The God King Zeus stated as his entire body is radiating killing intent that formed into a lightning aura.
"I am not one to speak clearly about this father but some monsters were birthed by Typhon. It could just be the residual energy from their bloodline that I have detected. Still, we need to make sure by making an investigation to Mount Etna." The God of War Ares stated.
"What my son says is correct. If that monster has truly awakened then we need to compress the seal on it even more. With grandmother not being here, the chances of us sealing the Primordial Calamity Typhon if it escapes is practically zero." The God King Zeus stated.
"Who should we send? We cannot get near Mount Etna as our divine energy might get siphoned and make the seals on the Primordial Calamity Typhon weaker." The God Poseidon stated.
"We may not be able to get near Mount Etna but we do have the champions to go in our stead. They will merely check on the state of the seals on the mountain. It should not take long for them to go in the dungeon and inspect them." The God Queen Hera stated as a solution which the other gods nodded to.
"Since this is an effort that all parties that know of Typhon and is responsible for its seal, it is only right that the Champion and Envoy that grandmother has chosen to be present in checking it as well." The God King Zeus suddenly added which shocked the God Queen Hera.
"Husband, I think it would be wise to not include them for now. We are still in the middle of investigating if the claim is true. We should not include them for now but inform them of what we are thinking instead." The God Queen Hera stated.
"Why should we think of mortals? They are beneath us! They should be a hundred times more responsible now that grandmother has fallen asleep. Hermes! Make sure to deliver the messages to the Envoy and Champion of the Twin Gods! Tell them that they should come to Olympus in two days for the expedition of Mount Etna." The God King Zeus commanded with his most authoritative voice which made even the God Queen Hera unable to rescind that command.
The God King Zeus felt that his prestige was being undermined by his wife hence he needed to step in. He was the one that thought of the idea to rope in the Envoy and Champion of the Twin Gods. To him, it was unfair that only the representatives of the Olympian Gods to be sent. The side of the Twin Gods should also be responsible as the Twin Gods did prepare the seal on the Primordial Calamity Typhon.
"What are you still doing here, Hermes? Send the message yourself so that they can at least know that our request is sincere." The God King Zeus stated.
"As you wish, father." The Messenger God Hermes stated as he sped away.
"Even though the entrance to the Garden of the Hesperides is located at the middle of the mountain, I want to know how they were able to sneak inside without us knowing. If it was not for me who detected them then Olympus would have been embarrassed." The God King Zeus stated.
The other gods only looked at each other as it was actually the Goddess Athena that detected them as she is connected to the formation on Mount Olympus but they did not dare to voice it since the one who really found out is silent. The other gods would also like to know how these mortals were able to fool the observation spell that the Goddess Athena applied to the entire mountain.
"I have already analyzed the dust that was found on the site. It seems to orichalcum with a mixture of other magic metals. It seems to also have the ability for invisibility and gaze shifting hence they evaded all detection possible. The only downside is that these items are faulty and can only be used once for a limited time." The God Hephaistos stated.
"Did my brother get involved in this?" The God King Zeus asked as it is clear that these items were modeled from the Helm of Darkness.
