But, I probably had to stack swallow soul for what was going to happen next.
No choice, S Grade strategic areas were few and T1 guilds would definitely compete for them. Moreover, the Badger Valley was really important and had to be fought for. Whoever got it would occupy the main position in the event!

A bunch of badgers fled from the bushes and charged into the nearby forest. The Badger Valley wasn’t their home anymore and it was now a battlefield between humans and dimension legion troops. The moment Lin Xi entered, with a dark streak of light, I appeared on the other side and walked side by side with her into this foreign.

The instant that I entered the valley, a dense colony of bees appeared above my head. Each bee was the size of a huge wheel that dove down.

Instantly, Lin Xi used Ancient Totem+Sword Tempest. Cal, Light Lantern, Haotian etc used their ranged attacks to draw aggro from the death bees but it was still too late. In a blink of an eye, a large group of them entered the ranged team behind us.

Green light shone around the With You players around. Life like Dream, raise stats of allies 100 yards around by 30%, moreover raise luck stats. This meant that players’ avoidance, critical chance resistance etc hidden skills will greatly increase. It was enough to increase their survivability to a whole new level!
But that was not enough. I used Envoy of Light to protect Shen Mingxuan, Gu Ruyi and Light Frost. In this event, they were our treasure. If the few of them died, our overall damage would drop. This was a price that we couldn’t handle.

Along with there being more of us, our situation stabilised. But Vanguard was still in a tough situation. They were being attacked by many Death Bees and their losses were heavy. But in the crowd, their top Mage Not Fish was performing really well.
“Hong!”
Red Flame Hell was released among the bees and the scorch effect was very apparent. She then used Flame Whirlpool to stack damage. When the bees charged at her, she spread her left hand and flames spat out. She was calm and said, “Flame Control!”
A flame palm appeared in the sky that trapped a bunch of the bees. As arrows covered them, these bees turned into corpses.

Light Lantern nodded, “We can’t be overconfident. In the last T1 rankings, Vanguard was really high, they were higher than Limitless and Winds of Battle. They have 9000+ people here now and left the strategic areas to their divisions. They have the number advantage over us.”
“That might not be just an advantage.”
Haotian frowned, “3:2, if we can beat them, let’s find a chance to beat up Elements and we will be the top T1 guild.”
“Don’t be overconfident.”
Lin Xi looked at us and said, “Vanguard has started since Jian Feng Han and Simple’s times. Their main guild and divisions have always been active. These are the 9000 most active members. We have our own advantage but that might not mean that we are stronger than them. We have to go all out for this battle!”

At the center, there was a 200 meter tall flat ground, the only high ground in the valley. On it was a bunch of dimension legion monsters looking down on us.

In the sky, a golden robed mage stood high above. He held a red staff and looked coldly at us. He laughed coldly, “Just you people want to take down Badger Valley, stop dreaming!”
I looked up and confirmed that this was a Chaotic Grade Boss just that he was a mage type so it shouldn’t be tough to kill him. At least for With You and Vanguard it wouldn’t be too tough. After all, we had Assassins. Assassins against Mages was like father hitting their son.
“So how?”
Cal frowned and looked at the monsters around.
“Vanguard’s intentions are obvious.”
Lin Xi said, “Their main force is on the other side and they want to fight us for high ground and control over the boss. Whoever gets the flag wins.”
“It won’t be so simple.”
I shook my head, “After players take it, we can still fight for the flag. So after taking down the boss, that is when the real fight begins.”
