Wizard: I Have a Game Panel-Chapter 430 - 296: The ‘Qualification’ for Prematurely Fusing Law Prototypes (Part 2)
"The ’qualification’ to fuse Law Prototypes at the Sixth Tier is extremely rare. You must cherish it. Remember, fusing even one more is a gain."
The weight of the word ’qualification’ wasn’t lost, yet no detailed explanation followed.
"Thank you, Manager, for informing me." Lor exhaled gently, feeling at ease now, and once again bowed to Blood.
"Alright, go on." Blood nodded satisfied, and waved Lor out of his space, then addressed the void ahead: "Dream Spirit, quickly, send the invitation to Butterfly!"
Since today’s interaction with Lor was impromptu, naturally, Butterfly wasn’t present.
This matter was too significant; Butterfly had to be informed.
"Hoo—"
A moment later, a crystalline figure appeared beside Blood.
Before it could ask, Blood instructed again: "Dream Spirit, project the image from when Lor contacted me until the moment he left my space."
A verdant screen of light abruptly appeared.
Butterfly’s antennae lightly swayed, looking toward the screen with curiosity.
In the light screen, Lor bowed, "Greetings, Manager Blood, an extremely strange event occurred while I was fusing witchcraft..."
"Fusing the Law Prototype in advance?!" Upon hearing Lor’s description, a hint of joy appeared in Butterfly’s eyes.
In the vast Nine Universes, there’s a saying that goes.
Only those beyond the mortal realm have the qualification to fuse Law Prototypes in advance.
The greatest benefit of fusing a Law Prototype in advance is that it makes the fusion of Laws more cohesive, laying a profound foundation for the future.
Take the two of them; lacking this qualification has caused them to be stuck at the Ninth Tier, unable to proceed further, having to slowly nurture and adjust with the Source of Life.
As to whether this adjustment will be completed...
That depends on comprehension.
Moreover, a smaller benefit is saving significant time in Law fusion at the Seventh Tier, making one a powerful presence upon breakthrough.
It’s worth mentioning that not all transcendental candidates have the qualification to fuse Law Prototypes in advance. Only those favored by the transcendents or the most outstanding candidates can obtain this qualification.
In contrast, more living beings chosen by the Transcendence Treasure possess this qualification, but again, not all do.
However, all of the above, for Butterfly and Blood, were not the most important aspects.
The most crucial was that through Lor’s question, they confirmed thoroughly that Lor was indeed a chosen one of a Transcendence Treasure.
Before this, they were about seventy to eighty percent sure, but it wasn’t absolute; there was an element of gambling involved.
Now, they didn’t need to gamble anymore.
After hearing Lor’s question, Butterfly was about to leave Blood’s space to inform the Sovereign of this good news.
Blood saw through Butterfly’s intention and immediately stopped it: "Hold on, watch the rest before you leave!"
"Well... alright." Hearing Blood, Butterfly restrained its impatience, curiously continuing to watch the verdant light screen.
Blood also focused on the screen, though occasionally glancing at Butterfly’s reactions.
In the light screen, Lor accepted the invitation and was drawn into this space by Blood.
This was followed by Blood’s test.
After the test, Blood issued a reminder and asked two questions, which Lor answered one by one.
"Is this...?" Butterfly’s antennae swung back and forth continuously, its eyes filled with shock, "Could fusing a Law Prototype in advance really be this perfect?"
It had only heard snippets about those who fused Law Prototypes in advance; this was the first time it had seen it.
To think Lor could display such astonishing Defense Witchcraft was unexpected.
"I believe not all beings qualified to fuse Law Prototypes in advance can achieve such perfection. Only Lor and a very few transcendental candidates can achieve it with Defense Witchcraft this perfect."
Blood shook its head slightly, speaking calmly: "His racial talent allows him to eliminate most barriers between Law Prototypes, plus he possesses the Space-Time Dual Element, no matter how bizarre, it wouldn’t be surprising."
"If you say every being qualified to fuse Law Prototypes in advance is this strong, at least I wouldn’t believe it."
Butterfly’s shock pleased it; finally, it wasn’t the only one shocked; it felt quite relieved.
Also, taking advantage of Butterfly’s surprise, Blood shared its well-thought-out explanation, achieving an intellectual domination, feeling even more satisfied.
"Perhaps you’re right." Butterfly gazed absentmindedly at the black and blue dual barrier that withstood millions of extreme attacks without a hint of damage, murmuring softly.
...
On the Betula Continent, within the study of the top floor of the Lor Wizard Tower.
"Qualification..." Lor gazed at the River of Time Scroll opposite the study, thoughts replaying Blood’s words in his mind.
From Blood’s words, he deduced that to fuse Law Prototypes in advance, some incredibly rare qualification was needed.
Most importantly, Blood itself couldn’t reach this qualification, or it wouldn’t hold it in such high regard.
"Is it them?" Lor opened the game panel and sequence panel, muttering to himself.
Aside from these two things, he couldn’t fathom where else his qualification might derive from.
"As that one said, the more Law Prototypes I can fuse at the Sixth Ring, the better."
Lor pondered: "But my first Law Prototype, I fused myself without any intervention."
"Where should I start if I wish to fuse more later?"
As he pondered, his gaze froze on the sequence panel.
[Sequence: 97,658,773
Permissions unlocked: 1: Insight (Insufficient energy, unable to activate).
Origin Points: 35.71%]
The sequence panel showed no change, with only one insight permission among the long sequence number below, and it couldn’t be activated due to a lack of Origin Points.
"I seem never to have amassed a thousand Origin Points before. If I do, would it unlock new permissions?" Lor’s mind roamed with imagination.
The top sequence number remained unchanged; he no longer expected any transformations there.
Yet, the words ’Permissions Unlocked’ provoked thought.
If there are unlocked permissions, there likely are more that are locked.
He didn’t know how to unlock these locked permissions, but the only variable he could control was the Origin Points.
Back then, gathering just one Origin Point enabled the use of insight.
Gathering ten, a hundred, still didn’t cause any changes.
What about a thousand?
"Let’s save up and see; anyway, the Time Runes in the macro-River of Time have almost been plucked clean; the remnants can easily be explored using the River of Time Scroll." Lor resolved with determination, then refocused, attempting to create basic Space Anchor Point Witchcraft and Space Lock Witchcraft anew.
Accumulating Origin Points needed time; it couldn’t be rushed. Conservatively, the answer would be revealed in over two thousand years.
For now, the most pressing matter was to create those two pieces of Space Witchcraft to enhance Space Jumping Witchcraft.
Perhaps fortune would favor him, with one trait automatically fusing into another?

Wizard Calendar 7502, July 3rd.
The players descended onto the Wizard Plane for the seventeenth time.
While contributing to the development of the Wizard Alliance, they also added some Origin Points for Lor.
...
Wizard Calendar 7612, May 15th.
On the Milton Continent, within a large cultivation room at the top of the Francis Wizard Tower.
Francis’s spiritual power sank into the Sea of Consciousness, slowly reflecting his third Trait on the surface of the Origin Container.
Currently, his Origin Container shone with an even brighter green luster, exuding life’s truths, deeply profound.
"Boom—Boom—Boom—"
Compared to the initial Trait reflection, the mysterious heartbeat sound from unknown origins was somewhat clearer now, lending comfort and intimacy upon hearing.
"Buzz—"
As Francis completely covered the Origin Container’s surface with the third Trait, the life luster emerging from the Origin Container suddenly became denser, more dazzling.
The heartbeat sound, echoing in his Sea of Consciousness, grew stronger once more.
At the same time.
"What’s this..." Francis suddenly felt an inexplicable connection to somewhere incredibly distant.
Sadly, this connection was too faint to support any exploration.
