Chapter 612: Chapter 612: Black Hawk Makes an Appearance

He reached out to stroke her head, comforting her, "Maybe Mrs. Rhodes took it for dry cleaning? Don’t you have other clothes? How about wearing something different today? If you don’t like any, we can buy new ones."

"No, no, no, it’s not necessary." She didn’t think much of it, looking up with a smile, "The days of spending money are yet to come. Once the baby is born, there will be all kinds of expenses. Besides, maternity clothes can’t be worn later, so why buy so many?"

Seeing her so adorable, Adrian Lancaster couldn’t help but laugh. So thrifty and family-oriented?

Then, he wrapped his arm around her shoulders, "Alright, we won’t buy. We’ll save up for the baby, raise ten of them!" He joked, drawing her closer as they headed downstairs.

"You’re annoying! Who wants to have ten babies?!" Faye Turner teased coyly, but felt sweet inside.

Ever since Faye got pregnant, breakfast at home has been different every day.

Focusing on nutrition and freshness.

That’s why Faye’s appetite is good, and every check-up shows the baby is very healthy.

Adrian Lancaster’s little family’s happiness index keeps rising. If they could find her biological parents and hold a wedding, it would be perfect.

After breakfast, Faye planned to go upstairs to change clothes and head to the company with him.

Adrian Lancaster held her shoulders with both hands, "Faye, can you promise me something?"

He looked somewhat serious, a look he hadn’t used in a long time, and his tone was a bit heavy.

"What’s the matter?" The woman blinked her bright eyes, focusing her gaze on him.

Adrian Lancaster bent down and whispered something in her ear... Faye’s chest tightened slightly, and her expression turned serious.

On the same morning, a man wearing a baseball cap, dressed simply, quickly walked out of a certain alley.

At the mouth of the alley, he glanced around, pulled his rough hands across his coat, and swiftly jumped into the driver’s seat of a van.

"Hawk."

The person in the passenger seat and the man in the back greeted him.

He didn’t respond, sitting silently in the driver’s seat, driving off! This man was Black Hawk, taciturn, with a style as sharp as his gaze.

Around eight in the morning, Adrian Lancaster walked out of the villa with Faye, who wore a pink hooded coat and a black skirt.

Carefully helping her into the passenger seat, then drove away.

The car did not head directly to the company, but instead moved toward The Fairy Tale Nook.

The van appeared from nowhere, following far behind the Lamborghini. In fact, they had been under Black Hawk’s surveillance since leaving the living room.

In winter, dessert shops typically don’t open so early.

So, when they arrived, the shop was closed, and the Lamborghini stopped as Adrian and she got out of the car.

The man in the van watched the Lamborghini stop and parked nearby.

He observed as a man and a woman got out of the car and conversed... after about a minute, he saw the woman take out her phone and make a call.

Soon after, he saw Adrian wave at her and then drove away by himself, leaving the woman alone at the shop entrance as the Lamborghini departed.

In the van, the man in the baseball cap pulled down the brim, his sharp gaze falling on the girl with the high, protruding belly, dressed in a pink coat and black skirt, standing at the shop entrance. She wore her hair down, with a hat, turning sideways toward him.

"Hawk, should we make a move now?" The man in the passenger seat turned his gaze to him, "Even though Mrs. Lancaster has no grievance against us, one corpse, two lives, but we owe Young, we have to repay."
