Granted, Dawn City is a bit out of the way, in the southwest corner of area A308.

This actually corroborated a guess Yu Jin had always had.

In the Wasteland World,
there really is a Refuge City named ’Dawn City’!

Since he’s on Blue Star right now, he can’t see it at all, let alone manage his refuge city.
