Chapter 263: Chapter 262: Confirmation

Various thoughts and methods emerged instantly, only to be suppressed again.

Damian Sinclair took out his phone and dialed a number, "Come to my office." He said before hanging up.

He looked at the photos in his hand. The man and woman in the photos appeared deeply affectionate and focused, intimately cuddling and kissing, and even photos from moments of passion in bed!

Every time he looked at these photos, it felt like Bella Acker was stabbing a knife into his heart.

The dull pain in his chest relentlessly reminded him, making it clear just how foolish he was.

Just yesterday, they were still intimately embracing each other, and he was convinced that her heart held only him.

But reality slapped him hard, showing him how foolish he had been.

She would say over and over that she liked him, only him, but then turned around to be so intimate with another man...

"Bella Acker!" Damian Sinclair clenched the photos in his hand, cold and terrifying emotions in his eyes, "What kind of person do you take me, Damian Sinclair, for? You really have a lot of nerve!"

Damian Sinclair’s chest surged with overwhelming anger, and the corners of his eyes were slightly reddened.

After a long while, he finally calmed his emotions, left the house, and drove to the office.

Damian Sinclair drove with a blank expression, his phone vibrated, the caller ID showing it was Bella.

Damian casually glanced at the vibrating phone and did not answer.

The car pulled into the company’s parking garage, and he took the elevator to his office.

The phone vibrated again, still showing Bella as the caller, and he similarly didn’t pick it up.

He knew the anger in his heart hadn’t really subsided, and answering Bella Acker’s call now might result in saying many harsh and sarcastic words.

He needed to first determine whether the photos were photoshopped or not before deciding how to proceed.

When he reached the office, the senior secretary approached, "Good morning, President Sinclair. The person you appointed has arrived."

"Let him come to my office." Damian Sinclair said with a blank expression, carrying his briefcase as he walked briskly into the office.

The staff in the secretary’s office looked at each other, and someone couldn’t help but ask softly, "What’s going on? The boss’s aura is terrifying."

"I don’t know. Has Special Assistant Lawson arrived? Maybe he knows."

"Stop gossiping and get on with your work. I’ll go get the person." The senior secretary instructed everyone before immediately heading to the meeting room to fetch the person.

The other secretaries exchanged glances and, to avoid any fallout, chose to return to their stations and work quietly.

Damian Sinclair entered the CEO’s office and didn’t go to the desk, instead sitting on the guest sofa, casually placing his briefcase on the solid wood coffee table.

"Knock knock."

The door to the office knocked, and the senior secretary’s voice sounded, "President Sinclair."

"Come in." Damian rubbed his temples and spoke in a deep voice.

The senior secretary opened the door, "Please."

"Thank you." Someone thanked while walking in, "President Sinclair, why did you call for me?"

Without looking up, Damian Sinclair opened his briefcase and pulled out the photos, handing them to him, "Miles Lawson, help me check if these photos are photoshopped."

Miles Lawson took the photos, and after just looking at two, determined, "These photos are not photoshopped."

Damian Sinclair suddenly looked up, casting a cold gaze at him.

Miles placed the laptop bag on the table and took out a computer, "You don’t believe me? Then I’ll verify it with software and show you."

He skillfully scanned the photos onto the computer, his fingers flying rapidly over the keyboard. Using every available method of verification, it was clear the two people in the photos were genuinely close together, not photoshopped.
