"Senior Quinn, it’s fine, nothing happened." Bella said, "Never mind, I’ll call President Lloyd to talk about it when I get back."

"Why would he become unsettled if I don’t accept it?" Bella was puzzled, "Ms. Cheney, do you know something?"

"How would I know? Just guessing." Sharon laughed, "Don’t overthink it."

Bella didn’t believe it; her intuition told her Ms. Cheney knew something.

That day, Ms. Cheney also came out to find her and met with Damian. Was President Lloyd’s behavior really because he feared Damian?

She didn’t have her phone with her, so she had to go out to use a public phone. Fortunately, there was a phone booth outside the set. She bought a phone card and dialed the number she knew by heart.

The phone rang once and was immediately hung up.
