Wake Up As Gay Werewolf Prince [BL]-Chapter 9
Chapter 9: THE LUCKY MOLE IS MISSING
The male servant named Ma Qiao had confirmed that he was currently indeed in the Prince’s residence, and it was called Er Huangzi[1] Palace. Maybe the people here were too lazy to think of a name, and they just named the place after the person who lived in the palace.
‘But wait. I’m the second prince here? Who is the first prince? The first prince should be my older brother, right?’ He had that question in his heart after learning the name of the palace, but he did not dare to question his servant.
Bai Chen knew that the servant knew a lot about the real Bai Chen’s life, but he wouldn’t ask the servant too much because he didn’t want the servant to suspect him. He accidentally went OOC in front of the servant earlier, and if he asked another strange question, the servant probably would start questioning his identity.
Therefore, Bai Chen decided to take small steps before he could gather more information about the real Bai Chen who lived in this world. The little white wolf and the system were too stingy to give him more information, so he could only rely on himself to understand this world better.
So far, the world had been good for him except for the fact that he had to be the gay Werewolf Prince, but something had let him down.
“I thought there would be a hot spring or something in this palace, but I can only bathe in this traditional bath made of wood?”
That was what disappointed him.
.....
Bai Chen expected that this ancient world would be like a television drama where a Prince could enjoy bathing in a hot spring together with several beautiful girls, but he had to swallow a bitter pill because there were no hot springs and no beautiful girls.
He was alone in the small bathroom, and even the rubber duck would not accompany him because such a thing did not exist in this world.
Bai Chen was naked in a bathtub made of wood, and even though it was far from expectations, he still tried to enjoy the warm water that the palace servants had prepared for him.
“It feels good to be a Prince because I’ve never experienced anything like this before,” he smiled as he played with the water, but he then stopped his movements when he saw his reflection on the water.
His eyes, nose, lips, and everything else on his face were still the same as what he had when he was in his previous life, and the only difference was the long brown hair he didn’t have before.
Just like in ancient dramas, everyone in this world also had long hair regardless of gender. It was quite troublesome as he never let his hair grow past his ears in his previous life, but he had no other choice but to accept reality.
Moving his gaze away from his long hair, Bai Chen focused on his reflection again, only to see the difference in his face which caused him to frown in confusion.
Raising his hand and using his index finger to touch the area at the bottom corner of his right eye, he didn’t see the reflection of his mole on the water.
“I... I lost my lucky mole?” He whispered with a slightly trembling face.
He did have a mole in the lower corner of his right eye in his previous life, and there was a reason why he called the mole lucky.
[“You have a mole on the bottom corner of your eye, Ah Chen!”
He heard how his mother exclaimed happily, but he just furrowed his brows at the older woman, “What’s so special about the mole in the bottom corner of my eye, Mom?”
“Aiyah!” His mother suddenly hit his head after hearing his question. “A mole in the corner under your eye will bring you good luck with women, Ah Chen. Whether in your love life or maybe in business, you will be lucky with women. I can’t wait to have a beautiful daughter-in-law!”]
He was only ten years old when his mother told him the ‘secret’ about the mole under his eye, but his mother hit him in the head when he asked the innocent question. “Maybe the smack from my mother was the culprit behind my not-so-brilliant brain in my previous life,” he muttered, but then he groaned as he realized something, “This is not the time for that! I want to get an answer to why I suddenly lost my lucky mole!”
Bai Chen looked frustrated when he realized that the mole was no longer in the corner under his eye. He was not a playboy in his previous life, but he was indeed lucky because he was able to hit the jackpot by dating a perfect girl named Liu Ying.
But now he had lost his precious mole, and his body was shivering when he could finally understand the meaning behind the missing mole incident.
“The mole under my eye is like a lucky charm to win women’s hearts, and now that I don’t have the mole anymore, does that mean... I won’t be lucky with women anymore? Does that mean... I should try my luck on the men instead?”
Bai Chen started showing a horror expression on his face as he bit his lips, but not long after, he started screaming like crazy, causing some birds that perched on the tree branch to fly in fear, and also causing the male servant to barge in as he was worried about the Prince’s condition.
And Bai Chen screamed again because he was naked in front of another man once again. He knew that his life in this world wouldn’t be the same anymore.
Meanwhile, without Bai Chen knowing, Bai Lang was also perched on a tree branch with the birds while shaking its head helplessly, “Should I deduct your points again, Bai Chen?” f𝐫𝑒𝗲𝙬𝒆𝚋𝐧૦𝘃𝗲l.c𝚘𝘮
