"Common out, commo out wherever you are." – said Phantasia as you wandered through the floor in his monstrous form.

(There!) – Phantasia suddenly swung his arm, destroying a wall near him…. But right in the very next moment, a bright light erupted.

"Shit!" – Phantasia was suddenly blown up with a large blast of holy light, giving opening for the Son Of Will to leap out from his hiding place and conjure a bow of light.
"[Light Of Divine: Arrow]!" - The man conjured a wall of pure divine holy light and fired it at the giant creature, hitting it and unleashing a giant explosion that completely wrecked the entire corridor and making the dust kick up everywhere.

"!" – however, it wasn't enough to kill the giant monstrosity as it swung its poison enchanted claws around, smashing anything that wasn't destroying the blast, while also spreading melting acid around.
"…"
(I can't fucking detect him.) – thought annoyed Phantasia as he tried looking around and even attacking the spot where the man hid before.
"COME OUT! AREN'T YOU PRIDEFUL SON OF THE HOLY EMPEROR?!"
"INSTEAD OF HIDDING LIKE A COWARD, HOW ABOUT YOU COME AND FACE ME!"
(Yea… Ain't falling for that.) – thought Son Of Will as he was hiding inside of the rooms, while being covered in injuries that were slowly regenerating on their own.
(Damn monster.)
(I've managed to lure him inside the base, but what the hell is he?!)
(I've hit him with several piercing and explosive shots, as well as made him get hit with traps.)
(So how is he still standing.)
(Dammit! It must because of the link getting tarnished.)

(That bastard's monster and vampires should be currently fighting my men and there is no way they will last long considering how exhausted they were!)

"Okay. Fuck it." – said Phantasia who had enough and transformed both of his arms into guns, turned his mouth into a plague cannon and unleashed his railgun tail, before then opening full out barrage of bullets as well as spells in all directions.
"?!"
(WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT BASTARD DOING?! IS HE TRYING TO DESTORY THE WHOLE FLOORE!?) – thought terrified Son Of Will as he tried leaving the room he was in, only for the hail of bullets come his way, destroying his hiding spot.
"!" – and right in the very next moment, the man and the creature locked eyes with each other.
(FUCK!) – thought Son Of Will as both opponents unleashed a hail of projectiles at each other, causing series of explosions to occur that ended up destroying the occupied floor further.
(Okay! Need to get out of here!) – thought Son Of Will as he used cloud of smoked caused by the destruction as a cover for him to run away.
However, right as he was about to reach the stairs, the floor underneath him shattered as the extended arm of the monstrosity emerged and hit the man with [Gorilla Drum], uppercutting the man with defense piercing fist attack sent the Son Of Will upwards, straight up piercing the roof of the floor and making his way back to the top of the base.
"!" – even thought the man was caught off guard by the sudden strike from below, he quickly recovered and landed safely on the ground as the giant monster busted through the floor and attacked the man, almost catching him if it wasn't for him quickly retreating in time.
However…. Even though the man dodged one attack, he soon realized that he was the only one left as the injured and exhausted soldiers that he was trying to protect were ripped to shreds by the monstrosities created by the Doctor, as well as the vampire soldiers.
"Hm…."
"Is that all?" – asked Phantasia.
"I've thought you would put up more of a fight."
*Huff* *Huff*
"Shut….Up…. Creature." – said the Son Of Will.
(Fuck! I'm the last one?!) – thought the Son Of Will as he realized all of his escape path was completely sealed off by the monsters…. And without even taking a proper look, the man also realized by now the entire base was surrounded by the enemy troops.
"Well, you are apparently the best tactician in the holy empire." – said Phantasia.
"But again, it doesn't mean you have to be a warrior."
(Still, he was fighting me while being heavily nerfed.) – thought Phantasia.
(Even though he wasn't a fighting type of guy, just like Daughter Of Mercy, he still managed to deal shit tons of damage to me.)
(Well, that what you should expect from these bastards.)
"Yea…. I can totally agree with that…. I honestly don't like to be on the frontlines." – replied Son Of Will.
(He ain't letting his guard down…. But he is also not finishing me off.) – thought alarmed Son Of Will.
"Tell me…. The fuck do you want? Prisoner? Or something else?" – asked Son Of Will.
"Hm…. Nah. Don't need you as prisoner." – replied Phantasia.
"Just wanted to see if the emperor would show up if I were to murder you…"
"But I guess the bastard doesn't care if you die."
"So, yea…."
"Die." – said Phantasia as he rushed at the man, alarming him.

"HA! FUCK YOU!" – shouted the man as he suddenly grabbed something around his chest, before moments later a blinding light blocked Phantasia vision, alarming the giant monster who sped up and smashed the entire area with his giant claws.
"…"
"God dammit." – said Phantasia as he lifted his palm, revealing nothing underneath it.
"?!"
"Where is he!?" – shouted confused vampire knight.
"Find him! He couldn't go far!"
"Give up. There is no use." – said Phantasia.
"It was the teleportation."
"The very same kind I've already seen before."
"Somebody teleported the bastard away."
"…"
"But he is definitely still in the city."
"?"
"How can you be so sure?" – asked vampire knight.
"The only ones that were ever seen using this teleportation were the children of the holy emperor."- replied Phantasia.
(It would also somewhat explain how each time the Children Of The Holy Emperor were gone each time we conquered the city…. They just teleported away…. But I think there is a limit of how many times they can do it or there is long cooldown… It would explain why they didn't send them to the last holy city.)
(Still…. Where the fuck is he?)
"?"
"Hold up for a moment." – said Phantasia as he was getting a call from Thanatos.
"What is it, Hunter?"
"…"
"?"
"Juicy info?"
"Then give it to me."
"What did you got?"
[Meanwhile: Holy Castle]

(I'm here.) – thought Son Of Will as he emerged from the portal of light.
"!"
"Your holiness!" – said Son Of Will as he noticed the Holy Emperor approaching him.
"…"
"What has happened to you, my son?" – asked the emperor.
"…"
"My base…. It was overwhelmed by the monsters." – replied Son Of Will.
"And my men…. They are no more."
"I see." – said the emperor as he came closer to the young man.
"You did your best."
"…"
"?"
"H-huh?"
The Son Of Will stared down at this chest…. And spotting the hand of the holy emperor inside of his chest as the blood dripped down from it.
"W-w-"
Before the Son Of Will could even ask a question, a burst of light shot out from his body as the young man screamed in agony.
The young man watched as his own body was turning into the pure light.
He tried grabbing the emperor by his neck, but his entire arm disappeared… And moments later, his entire collapsed and disappeared, leaving behind nothing more than particles of light.

"Your majesty!" – shouted the holy knight that barged into the throne room.
"Are you alright!? We heard a scream and-"
"My son. The one who speaks about the Will is dead." – replied the emperor.
"He died because of his injuries."
"!?"
"W-what?!" – said panicking knight.
"There is no time to morn." – said the holy emperor coldly.
"Reinforce the direction where his base was located. The enemy will soon come."
"Now."
"Go."
"Y-yes sir!" – replied the holy knight as he ran off.
"…"
*Sigh*
(Nowhere near enough.) – thought Holy Emperor.
(I've thought devouring him would help me restore some of my strength… But I guess he must had exhausted his entire power in the fight.)
(Useless trash.)
(His only good trait was his mind, but as a fighter he was nothing.)

"Still, other two should do it. Especially Jeanne." – said the pope to himself as he pulled out two small totem like pendants, before then activating them.

"Jeanne! Magda! Come to me!" – shouted Emperor at the portals.
"This is a direct order! Both of you! Come here!"

"HEY! NOW! ABANDON YOUR POST AND RETURN THIS INSTANCE TO THE HOLY CASTLE!"

(The connection was suddenly cut off?!) – thought the emperor as he realized both of the small pendant totems had turned off, alarming the man.

(They both have died!? How?!)
(Jeann should definitely not died to these creatures and Magda would definitely survive for quiet long amount of time with her abilities!)

(Their presence is still inside the city!)
