Villains Act Shamelessly: The Heiress was the Great National Master!-Chapter 102: Dylan Graham’s Deadly Calamity Grows Worse
Dylan Graham wasn’t a fool. He finally realized that something was off.
Why did the old lady take her own money and yet insist on dragging someone else to buy noodles?
That girl couldn’t possibly be her relative, right?
"Dylan, what are you looking at?" 𝘧𝓇𝑒𝑒𝑤ℯ𝑏𝓃𝘰𝑣ℯ𝘭.𝘤ℴ𝘮
Ethan Chase saw the direction he was staring at, but saw nothing, feeling a bit puzzled.
Dylan shook his head, "Nothing."
He wasn’t sure; what if the girl really did know the old lady?
But... but...
Dylan thought for a moment, and suddenly said, "Ethan, would you come with me to the front to take a look?"
Ethan was taken aback for a moment, then said, "Okay."
The two walked forward together.
Dylan walked to the spot the old lady pointed to earlier and found there was only an alley. The alley was very rundown except for one room covered by a curtain. Where on earth was the noodle shop?
The old lady and they had walked this way earlier.
Dylan noticed someone behind the curtain watching him.
He was startled, pulled Ethan back, retreated out of the alley, and once sure they couldn’t be seen, Dylan said nervously, "Ethan, let’s call the police."
Ethan was baffled, "Why call the police?"
Dylan was a man of action and took out his phone, dialing 110 directly.
"I don’t know, I hope I’m wrong, I’d rather be thought of as making a false report."
Seeing Dylan call the police, Ethan’s pupils shrank briefly, and he smiled as he tried to grab Dylan’s phone, "Dylan, don’t joke around."
"I’m not joking."
Dylan dodged his attempt to grab the phone, being exceptionally serious and stubborn about certain things.
He told the police his suspicions and address. The police took it seriously and said they would send someone over immediately.
At this moment, a van drove out of the alley, and as it passed in front of Dylan, a man with a scarred face in the van gave Dylan a fierce look.
Dylan vaguely saw the old lady was also in the van.
But where was the girl?
Ethan began to scold Dylan, "Dylan, are you crazy? Why are you calling the police for no reason?"
Dylan was a bit anxious, "We’ve encountered kidnappers."
He noted down the van’s license plate number, not thinking about being retaliated against, only if the girl from earlier might be in trouble.
Hearing the word ’kidnappers’, Ethan’s face also went stiff.
The police arrived quickly, and after understanding the situation, they searched the alley. As expected, there was no noodle shop, and behind the curtain was a temporary setup; everyone had fled.
There was no other way out; the old lady and the girl Dylan mentioned were nowhere to be found.
The police immediately understood what happened and took Dylan and Ethan back for a statement; the rest was a matter of tracking down.

In the afternoon, Thea Shaw saw the latest news pushed out on Weibo.
An idol from a talent show discovered a kidnapping crime. After reporting it to the police, they caught a gang, rescued two women and one man, and successfully stopped the crime.
To protect the privacy of the informant, the police did not reveal which idol reported the case.
But some relentless paparazzi, through their network, exposed the individuals involved.
Dylan Graham and Ethan Chase were trending.
Thea Shaw saw the private message reply from Dylan.
[You’re really amazing! I almost fell for it!!!]
Thea Shaw replied, [Send me a photo of you now.]
Dylan, not knowing why, quickly sent a selfie to Thea Shaw.
Thea Shaw looked at it and frowned.
Dylan’s deadly calamity hadn’t been resolved; it had worsened.
His call to the police must have been unexpected, yet it brought him even greater trouble.
