Villains Act Shamelessly: The Heiress was the Great National Master!-Chapter 100: Dylan Graham
"Alright, alright, can’t you come up with some new lines?"
Wendy Sherman sounded a bit impatient: "Did you call just to talk about this? I’m busy as hell. If you don’t want to raise the kids, just say so. I’ll call them, but remember to pay the child support."
With that, there was a click as she hung up.
Vincent Sutton: "Cough!"
Wanting to cough up blood but unable to, Vincent Sutton coughed violently.
Mr. Sutton, worried he’d actually burst from anger, quickly poured a glass of water and came over to pat his back.
He considered advising his brother to move on, but thinking about being cuckolded for eighteen years, he figured any man would find it hard to get over, so he said nothing.
Vincent Sutton sat in his seat, sobbing and wailing, "Tell me, how have I ever wronged her? Yes, when we first got married, I did fool around a bit, but isn’t that normal for men? I was out doing business, so of course there were some social engagements. But I didn’t father any illegitimate children outside. And yet, she went and had two that aren’t even mine."
Mr. Sutton: "..."
With both being equally at fault, how could he respond?
Thea Shaw clicked her tongue twice, noting that this kind of male virtue was just not good enough.
Thea took the opportunity to ask, "So how did you divorce her?"
Mr. Sutton glanced at her, disapproving of her eagerness to gossip.
Vincent Sutton, however, didn’t think much of it and said through gritted teeth, "I got caught in the papers during a business engagement with someone else, and she wanted a divorce, threatening to die over it. At the time, I felt guilty. But now that I think about it, how was it me who wronged her? She took half my assets when she left! I’m going to sue her now!"
Thea Shaw: ...
You must have some idea of how much truth there was in your so-called business engagements.
The reputation of business engagements is severely tarnished.
From just one look, Thea could tell her uncle was no good, and the reason for Wendy Sherman’s infidelity wasn’t important anymore. After all, she had two kids that weren’t biologically his.
She even thought Wendy was quite a character.
While her uncle continued to cry, Mr. Sutton was beside him, comforting him to take it easy, reminding him not to get too worked up at his age.
Thea quietly left the scene.
Not expecting such intrigue behind it all, Thea found it quite sensational indeed.

The training center for a certain program.
The participants, usually not allowed to go out, had a special day off today.
The dozens of young men participating in the talent show were thrilled.
Having been cooped up for a whole month, though not entirely deprived of freedom, it had been ages since they’d seen the vibrant city life outside. They were eager to explore!
Dylan Graham was taken out shopping by his roommate Ethan Chase under these circumstances.
Dylan didn’t have a specific goal; being naturally frugal, he found the seemingly mundane dorm life enjoyable.
With limited talent, he was often scolded by teachers at first but doubled down on his efforts to practice dancing every day.
Thanks to being a small internet celebrity with an existing fanbase, Dylan’s ranking was decent. Recently, a candid fan photo went viral, with many fans gushing about his special charm, morphing into ’mom fans,’ making him a strong candidate to debut with the final group.
"Dylan, if you don’t like shopping, just wait here. I’ll go inside and check what’s there."
Dylan looked up as Ethan Chase brought him to a not-so-busy area, but there was still a large shopping mall.
Dylan didn’t think much about why Ethan didn’t take him inside. Since he didn’t like shopping anyway and preferred to save money, he slowly nodded in agreement.
