Urban Super Soldier King-Chapter 1823 - 1824: Getting Ready to Leave
Regarding Tie Zhuzi, Wu Jing had no solutions either. Seeing that he was being ignored, he could only walk outside.
Xia Cheng had been beaten up by Tie Zhuzi, and he too was helpless, just sitting there sulking.
There were guards outside, and he couldn’t even go out for a walk to check on the base’s situation.
Fortunately, Xiang Yu was showing signs of relaxing. If Xia Cheng continued to persuade him, Xiang Yu might be coaxed into going to Xiao Xu.
Once at Xiao Xu, he definitely wanted to teach Tie Zhuzi a good lesson.
Xiang Yu lay there quietly and gradually fell asleep.
In his dreams, Xiang Yu returned to the times years ago when he was with Zhong Min. Although he tried hard to forget these memories, the more he tried, the harder it was to forget.
In the morning, Xiang Yu woke up, and the dream still haunted him.
"Zhong Min, just wait, I will rescue you," Xiang Yu muttered there.
After washing up, Xiang Yu came back from exercising, and a brother came to report that Xia Cheng wanted to see him.
Xiang Yu knew Xia Cheng definitely wanted to persuade him to go to Xiao Xu, and Xiang Yu was too lazy to meet him, so he said, "Tell him, I’m preparing, and I’ll let him know when I’ve decided."
The man didn’t understand what Xiang Yu meant, and then nodded, preparing to relay Xiang Yu’s original words.
After Xiang Yu returned and had his meal, he called Tie Zhuzi and Xiao Xuan and went to the hospital.
Liu Yuhang was still there, and he wanted to inform him of his departure, so the other party could plan accordingly.
On the way, Xiang Yu and the others saw many troops on the move; it seemed the civil war in Xiao Ba was inevitable.
"Brother Yu, who do you think would win if Ailock and Rolaff start fighting?" Tie Zhuzi asked while driving.
Xiang Yu smiled faintly and said, "What do you think, Xiao Xuan?"
Xiao Xuan thought for a moment and said, "Although the situation in Xiao Ba is chaotic now, the army is still strong. Previously, the rebel forces could only contend with Xiao Ba’s army by hiding in the shadows, but if they engage in direct battle now, I think Rolaff and his men wouldn’t stand a chance."
Xiang Yu nodded in agreement and said, "A thin camel is bigger than a horse, Ailock’s men are regular troops, so they have a greater chance of winning."
Tie Zhuzi snorted unhappily and said, "Neither of these guys is good, it’d be best if they fought to a draw."
Xiang Yu took a deep breath and said, "Wars are disasters; for the civilians, peace is always better."
Tie Zhuzi and Xiao Xuan both nodded in agreement.
The three arrived at the hospital, and Liu Yuhang was holding a thick book, looking as if he was tackling a difficult problem.
Cheng Wulan was the same; both were exchanging ideas and appeared very in sync.
"Didn’t disturb you, did I?" Xiang Yu stood at the door and said.
"Don’t make noise, if there’s something, just tell the deputy director," Liu Yuhang said without raising his head.
"I say, can you stop pretending? Seeing you like this makes me want to punch you," Tie Zhuzi said irritably.
Liu Yuhang was very familiar with this voice, so he quickly looked up.
"Brother Yu, why are you here?" Liu Yuhang eagerly put the book down and said warmly.
"Doesn’t it seem like you need a good beating?" Tie Zhuzi approached and put his arm around Liu Yuhang’s neck.
"Misunderstanding, misunderstanding," Liu Yuhang chuckled.
Cheng Wulan stood quietly, watching Xiang Yu with a smile. She hadn’t seen Xiang Yu in a long time and missed him greatly.
"You’ve lost weight," Cheng Wulan looked at Xiang Yu with full affection and said.
"Really? I’ve actually gained weight now," Xiang Yu laughed and then walked in to sit on the sofa.
After some small talk, Liu Yuhang looked up and down at the three, puzzledly asking Xiang Yu, "Brother Yu, is someone sick?"
Liu Yuhang had developed a habit; whenever Xiang Yu and his friends came by, someone must be injured.
This had given him a psychological shadow.
"What are you thinking? We just missed you and came to see you," Tie Zhuzi said with a chuckle, patting Liu Yuhang’s shoulder.
Liu Yuhang was somewhat afraid of Tie Zhuzi, so he kept his distance.
"Any news about Xiao Min?" Cheng Wulan looked at Xiang Yu expectantly.
She and Zhong Min were good sisters, but they hadn’t been in contact for a long time. Xiang Yu had said he would find Zhong Min, but there was still no news.
"There’s news about her now, rest assured, she’s safe," Xiang Yu assured.
"That’s good," Cheng Wulan nodded.
Cheng Wulan liked Xiang Yu, but she knew Zhong Min and Xiang Yu had a past unknown to others, so she stood no chance.
"We’re here to tell you something," Xiang Yu looked at Liu Yuhang and said, "The three of us plan to leave for a while. If there’s anything, you can discuss it with Wu Jing; he’s not leaving."
"Leaving? Where to? South?" Liu Yuhang quickly asked.
Now the situation in Xiao Ba was tense, troops were heading south, ready for a showdown with the rebel forces.
Cheng Wulan also worriedly said, "The south is very chaotic now, you shouldn’t go, you might get hit by a cannonball."
Xiang Yu waved and smiled, "It’s not as exaggerated as you say, and besides, I won’t be going south; this is Xiao Ba’s internal matter, and I won’t be involved."
Cheng Wulan and Liu Yuhang exchanged glances, feeling relieved that as long as they weren’t going south, everything was fine.
"Let me tell you, we’re going to Xiao Xu," Tie Zhuzi said enthusiastically.
"What?" Cheng Wulan and Liu Yuhang exclaimed simultaneously.
"No, you can’t go there," Cheng Wulan immediately protested, "It’s much more chaotic than Xiao Ba there, can you come back alive?"
Liu Yuhang also looked at Xiang Yu with a grimace; he understood Xiang Yu better than Cheng Wulan in this aspect.
Once Xiang Yu decided on something, he would see it through, and no one could stop him.
"Brother Yu, be extra careful. I’ve watched the news every day, and it’s said there’s constant fighting over there. Xiao Xu is a mess inside, and Turkey is eyeing it, so the risk is high," Liu Yuhang warned with concern.
"We’re aware, but..."
Tie Zhuzi wanted to speak, but Xiao Xuan pulled him, signaling him to keep quiet so as not to make Liu Yuhang and Cheng Wulan more worried.
"Don’t worry, I have arranged things over there, and we’ll be looked after," Xiang Yu smiled and patted Liu Yuhang’s shoulder.
Cheng Wulan wanted to say something, but Xiang Yu quickly said, "Why haven’t we heard anything about Sun Bo these days? What’s he been busy with?"
Liu Yuhang then shook his head and smiled wryly, "I guess he’s in Xiao Xu now."
"What?" Xiang Yu was surprised, "What is he doing over there?"
"He said there’s turmoil over there, with lots of opportunities, so he shipped some medicinal materials there to make a fortune from the war," Liu Yuhang said helplessly.
"Haha, that guy really is something," Tie Zhuzi said excitedly, slapping the table hard...
