Murray began to investigate the whole thing.Though he didn’t want to ruin his days worrying about it,he also had to prepare himself for the worst.
If Mrs.Gibson really wanted to deal with him that way,he had to be on guard and fight back.

Mrs.Gibson was restless since last two days after discussing with those gangsters.
The prices they forwarded were too high and she didn’t even have idea how they were going to execute their plan.
She planned to negotiate with the gangs again.It would be the best if they could reach an agreement.
If she couldn’t reach to an agreement,she had to think of other ways.
She no longer saw them as family since a very long time and now she had to deal with them as soon as possible.Now,she really had to make a choice and she choosed the option that would benefit her the best.
She always held the grudge that no matter how hard she tried,she couldn’t take over Murray’s company and not even share some benefits.

Murray began extending his company’s business circle.And for that,he began meeting with different influential people of business world.
He was glad that the time he was away from business,he didn’t cut off the circle of friends that he had in business world.
If he needed to fight back against any kind of difficulty,he had to have backups to support him.He had to find out soon what the intention of Mrs.Gibison to contact those gangsters and if it was something related to snatching the company from him,he really needed to strengthen his supports in business world.
Murray was able to get favour of many friends on call because of which he saved a lot of time.
But for one of his most influential friend,Mr.Eden,he had to go himself to show his sincerity.
Once they met,he explained everything to Mr.Eden and began discussing.
"I know everything might sound strange,but it’s true!"
"There might also be possiblity that my mother is in some kind of problem or the gang might be troubling my mom.We don’t know exactly what’s going on!"
"No matter what the situation is,I want to figure it out before coming to a conclusion.Now I don’t know which possiblity might be true but I still we have to prepare for the worst in case."
Murray badly hoped that everything that he was thinking to be wrong and his mother to be innocent but he had to prepare for the worst too.He still wondered what made his mother to follow such a way.
Even if his mother was obsessed with money and power,he still couldn’t believe that she could go to this extreme.Associating with gangsters was really intolerable.
"I understand.I’m ready to help you anytime you need.I just hope that the gangs are just troubling Mrs.Gibison and there’s nothing else."Mr.Eden said.
"Thank you.I will call you to update."Murray thanked him gratefully.He was so happy hearing Mr.Eden’s word of help.
He thought it would be a long conversation to convince Mr.Eden and it was likely to take a long time but to his surprise,it didn’t even take any effort or time to get support.He agreed without hesitation.
He was getting more and more confident that his company would make progress soon.
Before both of their companies had business cooperation with benefited them the most but later,when Linda took over,she messed the whole company which caused him to end the cooperation.
Even though now they no longer had business cooperation,Mr.Eden was still his friend and willing to help him without even any business cooperation or contacts involved which made him feel grateful towards him.
"Thank you for your help again.I didn’t expect that you would turn in for help so soon.I was quite nervous thinking that I might put you in tough spot."
Mr.Eden laughed at Murray’s words.
"I’m a man of my principles.I’ll definitely not be ungrateful towards the people who are good to me,especially friends.Although,our companies are no longer cooperating,we had good cooperation back then.I couldn’t forget that."
"That was all I had to say.Now that we’ve already discussed it,I won’t waste your precious time much."
Murray said apologetically again.He knew how hard it was to make an appointment with these people so,he didn’t want to waste more of his time.
"We can still have a coffee!"Mr.Eden offered and Murray couldn’t deny.They talked for a while before they finally separated their ways.
Murray was sitting in his office,with the latest reports of investigation in his hand.His face turned gloomy reading the reports.
Mrs.Gibison was definitely involved with those gangsters but there was no progress on the reason to why she did that.She was definitely plotting something against him,not only him but the whole family.
The detective tried his best to ask around and get gather the clues but they were extra careful not to leave any clues or traces behind.
"Mr.Gibison,we don’t have much clue now.We can only investigate around.We also don’t have much contact with those gangsters.We could only contact the people around."
"But we found that Mrs.Gibison had contacted the higher ups of these gangsters several times,reaching whom is almost impossible for us!"
The private detective said directly and Murray nodded,lost.
He knew that the problem wasn’t going to be solved easily instead it was going more complicated,so he asked for help from his friends.
They hadn’t been able to figure out what was going on in the gangs for a few days,so he had to do something else.
"You can carry on the investigation.I’ll ask for help to reach the gang and know information about them.But you have to figure out what is the real intention of Mrs.Gibison."
After taking Murray’s orders,the detective left.
Sitting there,Murray carefully looked at the information in his hand a few times.In fact,Murray had come to a conclusion that his mother was not only in contact with the gangs but she was doing more than that.
She was perfectly concealing everything from them.
He never thought she would degrade to this level for money and power that she won’t even recognize her own child and family.
And something worst was that Murray still had to hide it from others.
