Unscented-Chapter 1052 - 994 The Baby Is Missing.
Everyone was anxiously searching for the children when Claire emerged from an abandoned factory in the suburb.
She kept cursing because the child belonged to Melissa.If the child was hers,she would not be like this.
"Damn it,Melissa.Were you in a hurry?The baby is missing.Are you crazy?Unfortunately,even if you are crazy,the child can’t come back.And the children is with me.I won’t let you see them again."Claire talked to herself.She kept speaking ill of Melissa.
It was as if a neurotic person had become mad,but she was still rational in the mad state.If she completely lost her mind,she might have done something to the babies.
"Hahaha"Claire couldn’t help but burst into a loud laughter.She seemed to have lost her mind.All she did was cuss Melissa.
Shayna and Melissa were in the hotel,waiting for the police.She called each of her friends to see if they had found the child.
"I don’t think it’s a good idea to wait for the police like this.I think I should go to Murray.What if she is with him?or where he’s familiar with?"Melissa said impatiently.
"Maybe Murray is busy."Shayna added while Melissa just rolled her eyes.
"I’ll go ahead now and check up on him.Just control your emotions okay?Don’t lose your temper please."Shayna said to her.She was afraid that Melissa would vent her anger on someone available.
"Don’t worry.You can go now.I’ll send all my friends away."Melissa’s voice was cold,but she maintained her sanity.She called her friends together in the hall.
"I’m sorry I had to put y’all in this situation.I’m still looking for the children,I’ll like you all to go home for now.When I find the kids,I’ll inform you all when the party will take place again."Melissa apologized to them.But some of her friends choose to stay.They thought it would be selfish of them to leave Melissa alone to her Misery.
Others wanted leaving,so they came up with an excuse.Melissa’s friends rallied around to comfort her.
"We know fully well,who took the children.There should be an update soon from the police."One of her friends muttered.
The police finally arrived.They immediately ordered for the surveillance videos to be retrieved.
Shayna arrived at Murray’s company.She inquired about Murray but none of his workers attested to seeing him.
"Don’t you know where Sir Murray is?"Shayna asked one of the workers.The worker informed her that he hadn’t show up for work that day.
Shayna stood pondering for a while.She felt something fishy.She wondered if something bad had happened to him.
Some of the workers confirmed to have called him severally,but he didn’t answer his phone,and that was relatively strange to them.
"Since y’all haven’t heard from him since morning,why don’t you inform the police?"Shayna asked angrily.
"What if boss intentionally kept his phone away?The situation is too minor,for the police to be involved."One of the staff replied.
Shayna didn’t agree to their thoughts,she brought out her phone from her pocket and said,
"I’ll call the police now.You can keep trying to contact some of his friends,to see if they know about his whereabouts."
Shayna called the police and informed them that Murray was missing.She wanted calling Melissa,but immediately discarded the thought.
It was meaningless to tell Melissa.She had come to see Murray about Melissa’s problems.It would be insensitive to inform Melissa that Murray was also missing.So it was better she awaited the police.
In the abandoned factory,Claire was still cussing at Melissa,she said,
"I’ll make her suffer as much as I did.I want her go come here and kneel before me!Then I’ll consider returning her children."
"Hahaha."Claire let out a hysterical laugh.She took out her phone and placed a call to Melissa.
She said nothing other than an address and hung up immediately.Melissa become tensed,she knew exactly what that meant.
