Unique Gamers Travels-Chapter 207 - 203: Legends Never Die

[3rd POV]

Outside of the Waverider, the Legends were in trouble. Sara had the spear from her future Aberration counterpart, and was ready to use it to destroy itself, as Talia was nowhere to be seen, as usual. They were so close to completing their plan, only for Thawne to appear with countless past selves, dozens, if not hundreds of them, surrounding their entire group.

Rip was already unconscious on the ground, looking at the group, Thawne grinned.

"You traveled back in time to help yourselves, I figured I could do the same. You know, it's true what they say. If you want something done right, you really have to do it yourself. Give me the spear, and I'll spare your team. None of you can stop us, not even that bitch Talia" Thawne said, as Stein walked forwards.

"You can go to hell"

"No, but I'll make a hell for you. Do you really wanna lose another one? Last chance" Thawne said, as Amaya whispered to one of the two Sara's that was there.

"Use the spear" Amaya whispered, only for them to stop as a soft glow began to illuminate the area, covering the skies above.

"What was it you said, Thawne? If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself?" A voice echoed, as he growled in anger, turning behind as he looked around, only to stop as Talia stood a bit aways from him, smiling.

"You!"

"Me! Quite the army you've got there, mister "Running from Death". I'd say I'm nervous about all of these, but I'd be lying" Talia replied with a small chuckle, as one of the Thawne's burst towards her in speed, only for her to glance at him, her hand shooting out and snapping his neck the second he attempted to grab her.

"Wha-" Thawne went wide eyed, as pitch Black and Bright Gold Speed Force Lightning arced around her.

"What, did you really think you were the only speedster here? But don't worry, I won't kill you with the Speedforce, that'd be boring, instead, I'd appreciate it if Sara tossed that Spear over to me so I can get this done with" Talia said looking at Sara, who looked her in the eyes, and gave her a nod, as the spear flew into Talia's hands.

As it landed in her hands, the Spear began to glow a brilliant golden light, as Talia's eyes went wide. She couldn't help but instinctually claim her item, eyes going wide as she did.

[True Longinus (DxD) - The powerful spear that pierced Christ, which blessed this spear and made it one of the most holy objects in existence. It is imbued with immense, powerful light energy from the world of DxD, making it do several times more damage to dark creatures, such as devils, demonic beings, etc. When wielded, all light powers, light abilities, light divinities, are strengthened by 5x. When wielded the user is completely immune to light attacks. Can create powerful holy swords that are 1/10 as strong as this spear. This spear can extend and retract at will. It can cut through other attacks, shield the user against powerful attacks, and at full power, can destroy the world. Should the right requirement be met, this spear may undergo an ?????? and become ?????? granting the wielder ?????]

As she read this, a bright golden glow formed behind her, floating as power rippled out of it, the Legends looking upon it in awe, as the True Longinus manifested.

Looking down to the spear in her hand, and then the spear floating besides her, she let out a small laugh 'Definitely feels like the system did this on purpose, that, or my luck that has increased so much over the years, is doing that for me' Talia thought, as she slowly lifted the Spear of Destiny, watching in interest as it glowed, breaking apart slowly but surely, and beginning to turn into motes of light that flowed into the True Longinus, coating it's form in a warm golden glow, covering it's appearance, as it began to mutate and change.

As it did, Talia's eyes widened as she could feel the immense power radiating from it, as it began to quite literally warp reality around them, turning the grass into sand, making the skies dark, warping the clothes upon the body of the Legends, and warping reality itself.

"Wh-What have you done?!" Thawne yelled, as he stepped back, fear filling his being as reality warped and changed as the spear glowed brighter, Gungnir appearing in the space above Talia, turning into motes of light and moving into the spear as well, shaking the surroundings as it's aura increased more and more, Talia's own energies flowing throughout it.

"I've got no clue. But I can say that this is a pretty interesting experience" Talia replied, watching the spear slowly begin to change and warp, becoming shorter and longer, changing to look more accurate to what it truly was supposed to be, and that was...a lane. But slowly, it began to change, as reality warped back to normal, floating downwards.

Slowly it floated towards her awaiting hand, before she opened her hand, and grasped it, eyes shooting wide as she did, the ground shaking as an aura of power surrounded her, the spear's glow finally ceasing, as it revealed it's true might to the world, as well as it's description to Talia.

Longinuslanze - The spear that has punctured the side of Christ, in both DxD and Arrowverse. A spear of incredible power that was born through the fusion of the reality warping Spear of Destiny from Arrowverse, the Light filled Spear of DxD, and Gungnir, the Spear of Odin. Each of these spears have fused to become something...new, something...powerful. Now known as "The Longinuslanze - The Golden Bringer of Change and Destiny". This spear has all the same abilities as the previous ones, but MASSIVELY strengthened. When thrown this spear will ALWAYS hit the target, no matter the range, length, and defenses in its way, only the power of a higher deity can stop it, and will always hit the weak point of the one thrown at, killing them in a singular mighty blow, this is due to one of the abilities of this spear. When wielded, the user's overall attributes, be it physical, mental, soul, energy, etc will be strengthened by 50x. This spear can now consume and assimilate other spears in order to grow stronger, assimilating all their strengths with none of their weaknesses. Anyone who dares try to steal this, will have their body, soul, and very mind seared, for only its true master, Talia Morningstar, may gaze upon its true form, and wield it.

This spear can still create swords that are 1/10 of its power, all with a small fragment of its abilities.

This spears mightiest, and most incredible ability is...its ability to...WARP REALITY of anything it touches, with a singular strike, you can turn an individual into a frog, with a singular slash against the surface of the sun, you may turn it into a dying one, with a singular slash, you can end the lives of millions. The only limit is the user's own power (As in, the spear cannot work on someone so monstrously stronger than the user), for this spear will only continue to grow alongside its beloved master.

It's final ability grants the user...the Divinity and power of the God of the Bible from DxD, gifting them with an entirely new Concept to be the God of. The concept of...Creation.

Holding the spear in her hands, Talia gazed upon it with slight awe, as the spear was easily the strongest weapon she had at the moment, with only her heavenly blade rivaling it, and even that, was questionable. As unlike the Heavenly Blade, this spear, it was...alive. She could feel it's intent, it's desire, it's need to please her, it was...strange.

'...Incredible' Talia thought, as she gripped it in her hands, something that felt so very...right, like it was meant to be there.

Glancing over at Thawne, the spear in her hands, she smiled, as she simply "Poked" the air, as reality warped, and gravity forced him to the ground, weighing down upon that area, as she warped reality so that gravity in the area of Thawne, would be 15x that of Earth's gravity.

"Ack!" Thawne groaned, blood trickling from his mouth as Talia walked closer, tapping the bottom of the spear against the ground, reality warping as confines made of metal held him down.

"You know, I really was expecting you to put up a bit more of a fight. But I suppose you can't do much against a spear that can warp reality, can you?" Talia said, amusement swimming in her eyes as the man cried out in pain, only for fear to enter his heart as the roar of the Black Flash entered the area.

"He's all yours" Talia said to the being, as it lowered its head in a bow, before flashing in front of Thawne with a snarl, as it slammed it's hand into the man, as he screamed out in pain, cracks appearing across his form, as he disappeared from reality as if he was never there.

With that done with, and her levels claimed, Talia looked over, watching as the aberration Sara disappeared, but not before saying "Remember...Legends never die"

"Really? Goonies?" Nate asked, as Talia snorted, the Spear in her hand still.

"What's a goonie?" Amaya asked, as Nate just chuckled.

Back in the Waverider, Talia was putting all her things away, as Sara stood at her doorway.

"So, you're really returning back?" Sara asked Talia, who nodded.

"It's about time I go. The rest of your journey will be best done without me, and I think it's time I go and teach Barry how to do things, back when I left" Talia replied with a smile, as Sara sighed.

"And I'm assuming it's for our best interest that you take the spear with you?"

"Besides the fact that the Spear is now bound to me, and me alone? Yes. The Spear is...different now, beyond what it used to be, it's not something that I can let another wield, nor will it let another wield it" Talia replied simply, as Sara nodded.

Turning to Sara, Talia smiled "I think your future wife will think so" Talia said simply, as she walked past the wide eyed Sara, who watched her walk off to the main bridge.

"Is it true your leaving? You've only been here for a short amount of time!" Ray exclaimed, as she walked into the bridge.

"Ray, your team isn't the only one who needs some mentoring and upgrades. Barry does too, and...if we want to be ready for what comes in the future, everyone needs to be stronger, including Barry" Talia replied simply, as she knew that this wasn't enough, she wasn't enough, not for the one that will bring the great Crisis.

"Talia, I must ask, what happened to the Spear when we were in that opening?" Stein asked, the rest of the team already there. While the ship itself had already left 1916, but not before she made hundreds of clones to train in her new Concept and various other areas.

"I...when I travel through existence, I come upon artifacts, many many artifacts. Some that are the very personification of concepts of the universe. Some that could end worlds or save them. The ones you saw, was the Longinus of another reality, one where it wasn't able to warp reality, but could instead destroy the entire world at it's full power. The other was the Spear of Odin, known simply as Gungnir" Talia replied truthfully for the first time in a while, not seeing a reason to hide this anymore.

"And what are you?" Nate asked, as Talia looked at him.

"I...I'm a Timelord, but...at the same time, I am something far more. If I'm to be honest, I've got no clue, Nate" Talia replied with a shrug, as she really didn't know. She was a massive amalgamation of things, and she was beginning to think that the system's description of what she was, wasn't entirely accurate.

"Pretty obvious what you are" Mick spoke up, as Talia turned to him "You're Talia, don't matter what species you are or whatever, just as long as you remember who you are as a person"

The entire team blinked several times as Mick said this, while Talia smiled "Thanks Mick" Talia said, before gazing off.

"I think it's time I get going. I've got things to do, people to help, and an idiotic speedster to teach" Talia said, as they all let out smiles, following her to the hanger, which would let her walk back onto Earth.

Giving each of them hugs, Talia began to walk out of the Waverider, but not before looking back and speaking "Oh, and I've got gifts for each of you. And Mick, try not to burn the Waverider down, will you?" Talia said with a smirk, as she waved them off, and disappeared, teleporting off to her dimension, leaving a confused group of Legends, who wondered what she meant.

They wouldn't wonder for long, as they cursed her for giving Mick a serum that gave him the ability to conjure fire.

Standing in her dimension, Talia let out a small smile, and leaned back, as she inwardly had one final thought on her mind, as around the world, clones popped, ranging from only a few decades old, all the way to millions of years old.
