Twin Treasures: The CEO Wife's 99-Day of Revelations-Chapter 1134: CEO Kingston Wants It!
This woman... does she have repressed social skills?
Seeing that she was already lying down, Vera reluctantly turned to leave and closed the door behind her.
Back in her office, wearing her lab coat, Vera stood before the mirror gazing into her own eyes, lost in thought.
She’s forced to go house hunting with Ian in the afternoon.
Morning.
The Kingston Group, towering buildings touched by dawn, their spotless glass facades reflecting the clouds in the sky.
Justin Kingston sat on the office sofa, his tall figure elegantly cross-legged. Though his expression was gentle, his presence was unmistakable.
"CEO Kingston."
Finn Morgan sat at the desk, analyzing some materials of the major shareholders of the Dalton Group for quite a while, "There’s something restless about Leo Lee."
Justin leaned forward, picked up Leo Lee’s profile from the coffee table, and scanned it again swiftly, "Although the document seems fine, I also find him suspicious."
Their premonitions aligned.
Justin picked up another document, "Quinn Miller is also not a decent person. His shady dealings are quite varied. He generally doesn’t involve himself in company matters, yet he often opposes major decisions."
Finn mused, "I looked into the relationship between these two; it seems not great."
This is worth pondering, aren’t they allies?
At that moment, Mia Lane walked in, bringing the Dalton Group discussion to an abrupt halt.
Finn Morgan left with a few projects signed by the CEO, whether intentionally or not.
Justin remained on the sofa, uncrossed his legs, and reached out for her gently.
Mia approached him and placed her hand in his.
Justin gave a light pull, and Mia sat on his lap, "Honey, what were you talking about with Finn?"
"Nothing much." The curve of the man’s lips was appealing, his gaze filled with tender adoration, "Why? Did you stand at the door observing for a long time?"
"No." She shook her head, looking at him earnestly, "Just a feeling."
Justin chuckled, lightly teasing her nose, "Silly girl, discussing how couples interact."
Whoosh!
Mia’s cheeks flushed slightly.
Justin’s large hand cradled the back of her head, kissing her lips, "Wife, when will you fulfill the promise to Gigi and Dolly?"
"What promise?" She thought carefully, befuddled, "Did I promise to buy them anything?"
Justin looked at her intently, wrapped his arm around her waist, stroked her hair, appreciating her natural beauty, "Think again."
"I didn’t promise to buy them anything." She pondered seriously, racking her brain, "Also didn’t say I’d take them anywhere fun."
Justin watched her earnest look, reminding her, "But you promised to give them a brother or sister."
"..." Mia met his gaze, stunned.
Seeing the bright smile on his lips, she gently punched his chest, "Is it you who wants it, or them?"
"I want it."
Justin fixed his eyes on her fair neck, mischievously stressed the word ’want’, then added, "They want it too." That word, as usual, meant they wanted siblings.
Before Mia could say anything, his kisses landed again, on her cheeks, her lips, her neck...
"My goodness, this is the office!" She panicked.
But Justin felt unfulfilled, intending to tease her further. As the two tangled playfully, Jerry Garcia walked in with papers.
Into the office, he startled at the scene, Justin and Mia looked over at the voice.
Jerry was shocked, knowing his timing was off, but found himself stuck between advancing and retreating, "CEO Kingston, President Lane..."
Mia quickly stood up, as if caught in the act, a blush on her face, embarrassed enough to wish for a hole to hide in.
