"At least you weren't late this time," Fu Ya remarked. Gazing at the descending skull and the miraculous world within, she sighed wearily. "He's become far more troublesome after ascending as a Sovereign."

"Our stances align. There's no way I would leave you to face this alone," Tian Yu replied.

The tips of his ten fingers shimmered with flowing light as he coalesced his divine domain.

A heartbeat later, shards of space burst forth from the spatial rifts. Brilliant fragments of space, imbued with Tian Yu's divine power, shot toward the God King's skull.

The fabric of space was sliced into pieces. The Primordial Chaos Starry Region became fractured as its laws were erased and its Heavenly Daos thrown into disarray.

"Enter the Ruin Realm!"

The fragments of space headed directly for the eye sockets of the God King's skull and plunged into the Ruin Realm.

Tian Yu's fragments of space appeared like shattered worlds to Ying Yue, Han Yi, and Mu Duo. As they drew closer, it looked as if world after world was hurtling toward them, the spatial energy sending out frenzied shockwaves of heaven-shaking might.

Despair flickered across Mu Duo's face. "We are no match for a Sovereign. Every one of their strikes rewrites the laws of heaven and earth!"

"The Ruin Realm won't be destroyed, will it?" Ying Yue cried out.

She and Han Yi had thought that they could take part in this battle and help shoulder some of Pang Jian's burden after ascending to high-ranking godhood.

However, after witnessing the might of Fu Ya, Tian Yu, Luo Hongyan, and even the ex-Sovereign Black Empyrean Phoenix, they realized just how laughable their thoughts had been. They were not even close to powerful enough to aid Pang Jian.

He had long since slaughtered all the invading high-ranking Gods in the starry region and the Ruin Realm. He had even blasted apart the Hall of Gods, reducing it to rubble that sank into the bizarre mist.
