Transmigrated to Game World with SSS Wife-Chapter 63: Juliana is Fighting Amelia?
[Amelia's PoV]
"This FLUCKING DECKHEAD left ME and didn't say ANYTHING!!!" Juliana stormed through the mansion's first living space, both literally and figuratively.
Amelia gulped every time lightning shot from her irritated body and hit some part of the building. She knew that at any moment one of the bolts could hit her and then boom.
Ashy Amelia.
Of course, Ugyr was simply sitting there with her stupid smile. Juliana could burn the entire estate down and kill all of Nick's employees and she still wouldn't do anything. The stupid dragon girl didn't care about anyone or anything except for herself.
'But she is scary... and I guess Nick doesn't mind her company...'
"FLUCK THIS DECKHEAD!!" Juliana screamed before smiting a table.
Ugyr began laughing the exact moment Amelia squeaked. That table was right next to her...
Ugyr's laughter only escalated due to Amelia's fear, a clear sign of sadism if you asked Amelia.
Juliana took notice of her laughter. Turning to the dragon, she snarled, "What the duck you think is funny, huh?"
"Heh. You know." Ugyr winked as her tail jerked in excitement.
"BICH!!!" Juliana screamed before sending a huge bolt of lightning at Ugyr's face.
Amelia couldn't completely tell because it all happened so fast to her, but she was pretty sure she saw Ugyr pucker her lips like a kiss as the bolt neared her. But why would she want to kiss a lightning bolt?
Especially one that blasted her into the wall?
The mansion shook after Juliana's lightning bolt blasted Ugyr into the wall. For a second, Amelia was certain that Juliana way overdid it and that the entire mansion was going to fall.
In the next, she was certain the mansion would fall, but for an entirely different reason. Ugyr's smile had completely disappeared, instead replaced with a nasty snarl. Her tail no longer twitched with pleasure, instead it stood behind her like a barbed weapon. Additionally, she had all of her claws out in full display.
"Who do you think you are?"
"Who do you think YOU are, BICH! Poisoning my king's mind like that!"
As they spoke, hundreds of small streaks of lightning began circling Juliana while at the same time, Ugyr's bloodlust was increasing tenfold.
Sweat dripped from Amelia's face as she felt like melting against such intense pressures. Strength like this... she could never hope to face. And it was so terrifying.
But Nick was gone, doing that raid so he didn't have to kill one of them. Even while he was protecting her, she was still defenseless.
Useless.
At this rate, he was going to come back and find his sapling of a kingdom completely decimated. Worse than that...
'No...'
Tears replaced her sweat as she screamed out, "St- stop! Why are you 2 even fighting!"
"Because she's a bich!"
"Because- No, you're right. I'm sorry Amelia."
At the sight of her tears, Juliana had completely called back her inner storm inside. Amelia watched Ugyr, fearing that she'd take this opportunity to land a cheap shot on Juliana.
Instead, she retracted her claws and lowered her tail before shrugging and muttering, "You two are boring."
Then she did her turn into a dragon and fly through the ceiling trick, leaving the two girls alone.
"Flucking bich." Juliana cursed one last time before turning to Amelia.
Taking a part of her black dress and bunching it up, she walked towards Amelia and wiped the tears off her cheeks. Then she sighed and whispered, "You have to stop being a baby, you know. I don't know if this is the kind of life you wanted, but... it's the life you have now."
A life of danger...
For just a second, Amelia wondered if it would've been better had she never met Nick and Juliana.
Then she smiled and whispered thanks to Juls.
Silence ensued, one so deep that not even nature dared to speak. Wind was still, animals were quiet, and even their breathing was shallow and imperceptible.
In that moment, they shared both the pain and wonders of being a Valkyrie. If Nick wanted, they both knew that he could control every facet of their being. However, that would never happen.
His greatest desire was to protect them, to live a new and better life.

Juliana was the first to speak again.
"Amelia... I really think you need to learn how to fight. I know Nick said he couldn't force you to, but..."
She shook her head as she grabbed her arm, the one Amelia instinctively knew held her brand. Amelia's sprawled all across her back.
Taking a deep breath, Juls continued. "I'm going to force you to fight. If the choice is between you living by facing your fears or dying because you can't even lift a sword, I'm choosing that first one for you 11 times out of 10."
Amelia's breath caught in her throat as she listened to her speak. Why did she even care?
Just because she was another one of Nick's soldiers, and a soldier was better living than dead?
But so what if that's the reason? At the end of the day, she wanted Amelia to live—meaning she was willing to protect her.
Amelia opened her mouth but was unable to even sound an "ok." For some reason, she couldn't even talk.
Fear.
If she said ok, she would have to fight. Even just practice... just a spar was beyond scary. What if Juliana overestimated her defense?
Just from her earlier showcase, Amelia felt that Juliana could kill her very easily just on accident. All it would take was one lightning bolt and Amelia would end up like the goblins they effortlessly slaughtered.
So... why would she say ok? There- there was other stuff she could do besides fight. Like tending to the kingdom!
"Amelia. If Nick has to worry about you during every fight, he can't properly defend you. War is approaching. I don't know why exactly, but I can feel it. We're all going to need to fight."
With that, she forced Amelia to her feet and dragged her out of the mansion.
"W-wait! Uh, I- I have a cramp!" Amelia screamed, her voice finally working.
Juliana shrugged before saying, "Oh well. I'd suggest fixing that fast though!"
