Chapter 368: Chapter 203 Feeding You_2

Liu Qing had spoken, and everyone quickly scattered while holding their arms.

Fu Yang had always enjoyed ice skating and had barely paid attention to the camera just now, completely engrossed in the fun, and still felt somewhat reluctant to stop.

His ankle moved slightly as he was about to continue skating, but he stopped after glancing at Shu Wan.

His brow furrowed slightly as he skated over to Shu Wan, "What’s wrong?"

Shu Wan waved her hand, "It’s probably just a chill, it’s nothing. I’ll be fine once I change my clothes."

Everyone else was fine, but Shu Wan’s issue was that her character in the movie was a student from a poor family.

To fit her character, Shu Wan’s clothing was much thinner than everyone else’s. fгee𝑤ebɳoveɭ.cøm

In the cold weather, being out for a short time was fine, but staying out for three continuous hours took its toll, even though Shu Wan was physically fit.

"Are you really okay?"

Fu Yang frowned, noticing that Shu Wan’s face was clearly pale and she looked frail.

He took off his own jacket and wrapped it around Shu Wan, "Wear this for now. I’ll go get you a down jacket."

Fu Yang, young and always focused on appearance, even in winter, wore a thin jacket, but at least it could keep the chill at bay.

Shu Wan wrapped herself in the jacket and nodded, "Okay."

Fu Yang quickly brought Shu Wan’s down jacket and draped it over her, "Are you silly? Can’t you say when you’re cold?"

"It’s not too bad."

Everyone had been focused on shooting, and Shu Wan naturally didn’t want to disrupt the schedule because of her own issues.

Moreover, as a doctor, she thought she wouldn’t have any major problems even if she felt cold.

But Shu Wan had underestimated the flu virus.

By noon, Shu Wan started to get headaches, still thinking it was just a common chill. She took some medicine and insisted on finishing her scenes in the afternoon.

In the movie, Shu Wan played a little girl with an abusive father, and in one scene, the father doused her with a bucket of water.

The actor playing the abusive father was on a short contract with the crew and had to move on to another set after finishing today’s shooting, so it had to be completed today.

Shu Wan wasn’t the type to show issues on her face, so to everyone else, she seemed no different, still cooperating and finishing the shoot.

Just before leaving work, Fu Yang stormed into the crew set and saw Shu Wan wiping water droplets from her face, suddenly he got furious, snatched the handkerchief and threw it aside, "Why aren’t you going home when you’re sick? What are you proving here?"

That’s when everyone realized that Shu Wan’s face looked particularly pale today; everyone had thought it was just the makeup team’s intentional styling, only now realizing that Shu Wan was genuinely ill.

"Why didn’t you say anything?" Liu Qing quickly came over, "Are you okay?"

"It’s nothing."

Shu Wan felt that aside from a headache, everything else was fine.

"Then you should go home and rest now. Let me know if you need anything."

"Okay."

Shu Wan nodded, reassuringly patted Fu Yang’s arm, quelling some of his burgeoning anger, "Let’s go back."

Fu Yang looked very cold, "Let’s go."

Once in the car, Fu Yang couldn’t help but yell at Shu Wan, "What did you tell me before I went to school? Didn’t you say you were going to the hospital this afternoon?"

"I felt it wasn’t serious, I thought to finish the shoot first."

Shu Wan spoke, her headache intensifying, her voice dropping lower towards the end.

Fu Yang clenched his teeth, about to say more but, seeing Shu Wan’s furrowed brow, he pressed his lips together, "There’s a doctor at the Estate. We’ll have them look at you when we get back."

"Okay."

The car was warm, and the warm air seemed to steam the chill in her mind into a mist that filled every corner ambiguously.

Shu Wan closed her eyes to rest for a while, but less than ten seconds later, Fu Yang shook her awake, "You’re not passing out, right? Hey? Shu Wan?"

Shu Wan opened her eyes reluctantly, frowning slightly, "I just wanted to sleep for a while."

"Fine."

Fu Yang frowned, "I’ll call you when we get there."

"Okay."

Shu Wan closed her eyes again as Fu Yang sat beside her, occasionally glancing at her.

Finally, they reached the Estate, where Fu Yang woke Shu Wan up, and the medical team was already waiting in the living room.

As soon as they were back in the living room, a doctor came forward to treat Shu Wan.

"It’s Type A influenza, a high fever of 38 degrees, let’s start with an IV to prevent it from getting worse."

"That serious?"

Fu Yang listened, frowning deeply, "Then hurry up and prepare the medication."

"Yes, Young Master."

The doctor set up the IV in Shu Wan’s bedroom, and she lay in bed feeling only the desire to sleep, knowing only that the doctor and Fu Yang were bustling about; she was oblivious to everything else.

Time passed and Shu Wan woke up, feeling something fuzzy by her hand. She turned her head and saw Fu Siyu sitting beside her, placing a hot water bottle next to her hand where the needle was inserted.

"Fu," Shu Wan tried to speak but found her throat felt like it had been scratched with a knife, too painful to speak.

"I’m here," Fu Siyu raised his head, seeing Shu Wan awake, he took a towel and wiped her forehead, "You’ve slept for seven hours, do you want to eat something?"

Shu Wan remembered it was around six o’clock when she came back, having slept for seven hours, it was now past one in the morning.

Shu Wan had no appetite at all and shook her head to indicate she didn’t want to eat.

"Have just a little?" Fu Siyu checked Shu Wan’s forehead with his hand, "The fever hasn’t gone down, you still have a long battle ahead."

Saying that, Fu Siyu stood up and had a servant bring over a bowl of light vegetable porridge.

Just as Shu Wan was about to reach for it, Fu Siyu took a blanket and wrapped it around her, then sat beside the bed, helping her sit up against him, "I’ll feed you."
