Transmigrated As The Final Villain of a Death Game-Chapter 161: The Divine Healer [ 8 ]
I approached Adam and eventually stopped in front of him.
Judging by his expression... he wasn’t really happy.
"Amon... it seems I have misdiagnosed you."
Yeah?
"It appears I forgot to take into account your idiotic tendency to flex your power."
...Ouch.
Though I did deserve it.
What I did was stupid.
I underestimated myself.
"That amount of energy could be sensed from half the continent, so we’ll have visitors soon. Until then, however..."
Adam reached into his dimensional ring and took out a shovel as well as a pickaxe, then tossed them at me.
Catching the two, I glanced at Adam, who pointed off into the distance.
"When someone does something wrong, I expect them to make it right. Do you understand what I’m getting at?"
My brow twitched.
"You expect me to fix all those holes down there?"
A warm smile appeared on Adam’s face.
"Why don’t you also put that Telekinesis to good use and fix that mountain you destroyed?"
"..."
Oh boy.
If this were anyone else, I would probably just walk away.
But since I didn’t want any stupid animosity with someone like Adam, I decided to just play along.
Yet the moment I took one step backward, the ground shook.
And when I turned around, I spotted Aliyah with her brows furrowed, slowly walking toward us.
There were a few droplets of blood on her face, and honestly... she looked pretty menacing.
But when she walked past me, I realized her anger wasn’t directed at me.
"You."
She pointed at Adam.
Then, she took three small Rainbow Lotus Flowers out of her inventory and tossed them at him.
With his eyes wide, Adam carefully caught all three, then stared at them in shock.
"They’re real...?"
"No shit they’re real. Though every single one of them is guarded tightly by either the Holy Order or the demons. It was a pain in the ass to get the three."
At Aliyah’s words, I rubbed the back of my neck slightly.
I knew that they were guarded pretty tightly.
Though I felt like if I told her one of the parties guarding that flower was the Holy Order, she’d think I’m asking her to steal something that might not be a flower.
Even though she’s wanted like Clementine and I, she still has morals after all.
"I don’t know what to say..."
Adam lowered his head.
"If these are actually real, then maybe..."
Aliyah grumbled and approached him before bringing her palm down on his back, straightening him out.
"Stop mumbling like a moron and speak properly."
"..."
"I need to do some testing first. I need to de-synthesize a small leaf and see if that gets rid of my symptoms."
He walked back to his hut.
Right as he was about to close the door, he stopped and glanced back at Aliyah.
"Can we talk in private?"
She paused for a moment.
"Do you think anything you’ll say will make me forgive you?"
"Could you let me try?"
Seeing the conflicted look on her face, I decided to back off a little.
I knew that both of these people wanted to have the final say in things.
So I had a feeling that they’ll just keep talking over and over—
"Let you try? Shouldn’t you have tried several years ago?"
Yeah.
I’ll have none of that.
I approached Clementine, and after gently pinching her cheek, I gestured at the mountainside walkway leading down.
"We should probably leave them be for a while."
"Agreed."
With that, Clementine and I went a little bit lower, eventually entering one of the hot springs.
It was the same hot spring where I showered earlier.
But since it had a lot of space, Clementine just hummed to herself and dipped her feet into the warm water before continuing to read.
She was unbothered by everything, and she had her priorities straight.
That’s what I loved about her.
I leaned down, placed a kiss at the top of her head, and then sat down not too far away from her, atop a small boulder.
A lot has happened in the last hour.
And now... I really wanted to review the changes.

Two stars?
Is that because of the buffs?
It would explain why my Gifts feel that much more powerful.
But even then, I couldn’t wait to limit test my Gifts now.
Sadly, that’d have to wait.
Also...
My stats increased by so much, but I only went up two Grades.
It’s sad that now it’ll become so much harder to raise my stats.
So to get stronger, I’ll need to raise the mastery of all my Gifts, abilities, and traits.
It’ll be a long but worthwhile process.
As it stands now, I’d bet I’m in the top 1,000 strongest people in the world.
Clementine might be at the top 900, if not lower.
There were just that many powerhouses in this world.
Most of them are in hiding, while the others are just hard to come across because of how big the world really is.
Though... given our bounties, I’m sure it won’t take long for them to start bothering us.
Shaking my head, I glanced at one of my Gifts again.
★★Black Lightning Manipulation [Expert] (Lv.99)
The last thing left before I could reach the Master-Rank was to create a guardian.
Normally, this would be the part where most people would struggle, since it takes years of mastery for them to even get an idea of how to do it.
But unlike ’most people,’ I had Kevin’s dumb monologues and knowledge in my head.
So of course, I knew a massive shortcut.
