Transcending Realms With My Leveling System As A Demon-Chapter 104: Zylus vs Victor 3
Then, Patricia stopped in motion, and a hand patted on the right side of her shoulder.
"Don’t worry about me," Victor’s voice rang through her ear, "I’m just seeing his ability." His gaze darkened, "And clearly, I don’t need to hold back anymore."
Petricia looked behind her, and it was Victor’s maliciously looking eyes that met with hers. A tear fell from her face as she hugged him right after.
"Don’t scare me ever again!"
Victor pushed her away, "I gotta focus on this duel, so you should only watch."
She backed away calmly, then pierced at Zylus, who was just standing afar, menacingly.
"What is this?" Zylus wondered out loud, "A love story? Focus on our duel."
For some reason, there were no bruises or marks on Victor after Zylus’s continuous punches. He seemed perfect, almost, too perfect.
Zylus sprinted at him again, this time going the maximum speed limit he could in this form, which was simply Mach 3.
"Come on!" Zylus yelled out loud, "You’re a sovereign, aren’t you?!"
He raised his hand, following with the katanainn his right palm. Zylus’s katana was millimeters off from slicing Victor’s head. He didn’t care much if he were to kill Victor, for Zylus, if he would kill him here and now, then that would mean the individual wouldn’t be able to help in his goal, which is simple: growing stronger to seek out his revenge.
"This is it." Zylus sneered as he closed his eyes soundly, "If you can’t beat me, then there wouldn’t be a point in using you later."
As he opened his eyes bagain he was now sitting. Sitting on the edge of the colosseum/arena or whatever you wish to call it. He was lying there, no blood, no damage, just in a sitting position, on the stone floor. It was almost as if he surrendered.
"What the fuck." Zylus looked up, only to see Victor maliciously staring down at him.
For now, from the information he has gained, the tables have turned.
"Huhh! Huhh!"
"Don’t bother." Victor stated as Zylus tried to tirelessly move, "I used, well, you wouldn’t understand it if I put it that way, so..."
Victor tapped on his jaw twice, before keeping his right hand’s index finger there, "I guess you can say it’s a type of pparalysis But really,"
He stared Zylus down, his scales glittered with a blue or teal type of color. It felt dangerous, powerful, and anticlimactic to Zylus all at the same time. He really thought he had it, but clearly, he was being played as a fool.
"I thought you could at least make a dent," Victor whispered, looking away, "Guess you’re just another one of those wannabe fools."
"Huhhh!" Zylus tried again, but his yells amounted to nothing.
"How pitiful," Victor continued, "It’s like the same case for all edgelords. They suddenly get strength, and then think they’re powerful."
He looked down at Zylus, slight hate towards Victor’s opponent fueled through his limbs.
"I hate people like you." He stated, "Prior, I thought you were better, stronger. Turns out you’re another one of those cocky types that think they can even reach new heights. You’re weak, Zylus, don’t ever come back here again."
"Huhhh!" Zylus’s attempts were meaningless, but they didn’t feel the same to him; he still wanted to win.
Victor crouched down, seeing eye to eye with Zylus. "Fool. I told you, stop fucking trying."
Bam!
He slapped Zylus right across, leaving a hard red mark on their face.
Zylus spat out blood that accumulated from the weight of that slap, he sneered. "And I told you!" He was able to shake his head around, but not his body, hands, or feet.
Zylus glared intensely towards Victor, "I am more powerful physically and mentally!" He yelled, spitting right into Victor’s face.
Bam!
Victor slapped him again, causing an even bigger mark left by the weight of that hand.
He sneered, "Oh yeah? Are you now?" Victor asked creepily, "I admire the fact that you aren’t afraid, but yet again, people can pull off these acts, and not do anything after."
Victor pressed his forehead against Zylus’. "I’m going to leave you here to rot," It seemed as though Victor’s teeth widened, proudly, "You’re a weakling. Never forget that. You’ll never be able to defeat those spirits. It would be better if I were permitted to kill them for you. But then again, us soveriegns are legally restricted by a powerful law we can’t bypass."
Victor started walking back, back to Petricia, who was supposed to be the judge of this bout, but was completely overwhelmed by the strength both individuals held. Even though he was her ’master,’ he never once showed her the true strength of a sovereign, let alone one in the top three.
"Hey, master!" Petricia shouted pprofanely "I’m happy you won!"
Victor looked at her, then looked back at Zylus, who seemed to be losing meaning, "Yeah, yeah." Victor added, "I sometimes wonder whether or not you’re being honest one-hundred percent of the time."
"Well, why wouldn’t I be?" She sneered while asking, "I deceived that idiot over there after all." Her tone darkened, gazing at Zylus. "He was so annoying, I wanted to fucking kill him when he gripped my boob."
Victor chuckled, "It’s that personality that lets me believe you’re tricking me."
"I would never," She then gazed back at Victor, "Can I be kindly given the honor to take him out of his misery, after what he has done to me?" Petricia asked, darkly.
Victor took a look back at Zylus, then looked at Petricia once more, before putting a hand on her right shoulder.
"I’ll give you the pleasure, just this once, since he was so weak. Erase him, then I’ll open the door of transcendence." Victor stated, permitting Patricia to do what she wishes.
"Okay!" She responded in a cheerful and playful tone, the same one she used to deceive Zylus.
Step. Step. Step. Step.
